Terrible rescheduling fees!!! $25 per child is insane specially when you have 4 kids like I do. I called to cancel our appointment because my wife and I were too sick to take our children, something we couldnt foresee 72 hours in advance, which is the only way to cancel an appointment without being charged. Thats $100 at our next visit! Needless to say we are not coming back to this place.

I had to cancel my appointment for my baby because there was too many issues with getting the new patient forms. The link on their website doesnt work. So I asked that an email be sent to me, but that didnt happen. I tried calling but no one is answering their phone at the Duluth location. It wasnt until I texted them to cancel the appointment and they asked why, that was finally emailed the new patient form. However, I was then told I would be charged a $25.00 fee if I canceled the appointment that would be due when I rescheduled. My baby is 13 months old, this would have been his first visit, if there is already disorganization before the appointment, then I have concerns with using this office for their services. And I certainly dont take well to threats of fees. Ill find another dentistry for my baby.

Yea they definitely are insurance scamming and trying to rack up money off these babies teeth. And it looks like they target people of color. I took my daughter (She is 4) there they said she had 4 cavities and needed 4 crowns! I said can you do fill ins and I was told no she was too young I said can the crowns be white they said no. I did the research online on the price of crowns vs fillings and I was like oh that is why they want to do the crowns because they can bill 1-2k a crown...fillings are only 50. I took my daughter to another dentist and long behold they said she only needed 2 fill ins and she was in and out in 30 minutes and the fillings are white and match her teeth. Imagine if I didn’t get that second opinion they would have my baby walking around with 4 metal crowns in her mouth unnecessarily.

I regret switching my kids to this place they CHARGE for Everything damnnnn, they come with the excuse “your insurance doesn’t cover this and that” I never did pay so much money on previous place !!!!

Entire staff is amazing! Dr. Ian Alexander is great. Very kind and patient with my 6 year old daughter. She has been with this dentist office since her very first dental appt. We have never had a bad experience. My daughter and I also love the new location. My daughter loves the kids play room.

Attention attention!!! Me and my wife took out 3 year old for a cleaning. The dental hygienist was very nice and professional. She said she didnt see any major issues. however the dentist cane in and only checked my son for two seconds and told us he had 2 cavities without even doing x-rays . They gave us a referral letter and said we needed to act fast and have them filled. . We aren’t dentist but something felt odd . We took our son to a different Dentist office and they couldn’t find any cavities . THEY ARE TRYING TO SCAMM INSURANCE . DONT GO THERE !!!!!

It was such a great office. Every one in the office was so amazing with my kids. I loved the way they took time with each if my kids and told them everything that was happening. Plus the office was extremely clean with great toys. So happy we found this place.

Our Hygenist Autumn was awesome! She made my daughter feel at ease all while doing a very thorough job. This was the first time my daughter has ever let anyone REALLY clean her teeth always being super scared of the dentist office. We will continue seeing Autumn as long as she’ll have us!🙂

I truly love this place. I go back and forth between their Perimeter location and Duluth location. Their front desk staff, is top-of-the-line. Those two girls up-front are very welcoming and you can tell they enjoy their job. I really enjoyed my experience with the checkout girl, I think her name is Melissa, she is very thorough with my estimates and going over my daughters treatment. My only complaint is that the office in Perimeter, is very cold. I highly recommend this office.

Can’t say enough good things about this place! Dr. Ian and Autumn were wonderful with my 3 year old. My son was relaxed and comfortable the whole time.

Today was my daughters first time every seeing a dentist and the experience was amazing. We were greeted with a smile and the service was great the entire visit. The dental assistant explained how the visit would go and Dr. Black was very thorough, and personable from the time he walked into the room up until he finished the examination. This gave myself and my daughter comfort. I would highly recommend to anyone looking.

Everyone in the office is amazing. Kesha did a great job cleaning my 2 year old teeth. Love the new office.

They are very kind and great with my kids (10 months and 2 years old). They over explain (which is great, because often times the process is so rushed youre left with unanswered questions), so I always know what is going to happen and what to expect.I love that they have a movie playing in the waiting room to keep kids distracted as they wait, and they always end the visit with a balloon (which my oldest LOVES)!The office itself is a little small, but they have just recently opened this location and I know that as the business grows they will expand.So excited to have found this office!Ive already recommended friends!

WILL NOT BE GOING HERE AGAIN! Scheduled a cleaning for my son 6 months ago when we attended our 1st appointment. When I called the office for help, thats definitely NOT what I got. Instead I got a receptionist who wanted to argue with me. I unnecessarily missed work, and my son missed out on a PBL project showcase that will be graded, which he is extremely upset about as it will lower his grade. Your office is ridiculous to say the least! SHAME ON YOU! DITTO to the review I see listed from another unhappy parent 2 weeks ago saying, Dont even think about charging me a non-cancellation fee! Your office is a complete JOKE. Change out your receptionist!

The staff there were amazing, start to finish!! Every staff member I interacted with was very helpful and was able to provide me with what ever information I needed. I would absolutley recommend this office.

Great service, the location was very clean and nicely decorated. The customer service was excellent all around. This was my toddler first visit to the dentist and we will be coming back in the near future. Thank you!

My sons appointment was at 1:40 pm and a hour later we went inside. Staff are friendly but they need to find a way to make this work. From 1:30 to 3:15 that is alot of time for a normal checkup and cleaning. The dentist is friendly and plays with the kids but in my opinion he works way too fast. He only checked my kids for less than 2 minutes. You can be a good dentist and all but thats too fast.

When I set up my daughters appointment I was given their new business card that had their new address that they havent moved to yet and wasnt informed about that. The staff is amazing and very apologetic about the mix up.

My kids love Dr. Nash and his entire staff! We could not be happier with our experience! The office is very clean, the staff is very professional and my kids love the tvs mounted on the ceiling as they get their teeth cleaned.

I have never had any problems, the office is neat, clean, exellent staff and dentists.

Everyone was friendly and made sure we were comfortable and understood each part of the process. When we got to the car my kid says, “I like the dentist.” If that doesn’t say it all...

Unprofessional! Weve been waiting outside since 8:45 for my daughters 9:00 appointment. The time is now 9:34. The doors are still locked and no one is answering the phones! Needless to say, my daughter will be removed as a patient! Oh, and dont even think about charging me a non-cancelation fee!

My son is Autistic, his fear and stress is difficult to handle, the Doctor has been patient and very kind to him. Although dealing with my little one is not easy, thank you for treating us with respect and empathy without reaching trauma for a simple dental cleaning.
