I went in for a crown and left there super happy, with an expertly crafted permanent crown in one visit. And not only is it beautiful, but it fits perfectly! (None of that bulging and time-consuming adjusting.) I never have to wait longer than 5 minutes, and the staff there are very friendly and helpful. The doctor showed me actual photos of my teeth and explained the issues and treatment plan so I had a good understanding. Professional and efficient, provided a wonderful experience. THE BEST DENTIST EVER!

This is the most unethical establishment i have ever dealt with my entire life, i have filled a complaint with Humana Dental Insurance and the Consumer Protection Bureau. This Dental Office sent a Pre-Treatment Estimate to my Dental Insurance (Humana) for Fillings on my Tooth with Amalgam Material and got that approved because it is covered by my Insurance under my plan.Humana already sent me a Copy of the Pre-treatment estimate with Amalgam that Yes Dentistry sent to them for Approval on August 4th 2020 and was approved by Humana on August 11th 2020.They scheduled me for an appointment on 10/07/20 and after the treatment they falsified the billing and asked me to pay $147.50 extra out of Pocket, They claimed that the Amalgam the insurance approved was not good material and they have to use Resin a more expensive material not covered under my plan and without getting approval from me or my Insurance.I vividly and categorically told them to do what was approved by my insurance but they keep trying to convince me for another more expensive procedure and also wanted to sell me deep cleaning that my plan does not cover.What a reap off.I have opened an investigation with Humana Claims Department and the Consumer Protection Bureau.Please be very careful with dealing with this establishment.How Shameful and Unethical that you have to present false information about your acts & unprofessionalism of your establishment.Why did you submit a pre-treatment estimate for Amalgam to my Insurance and want to charge me for Resin Fillings?Humana sent me a copy of the Pre-treatment Quotation you people submitted to them, how there you lie that Humana changed the approval from Resin to Fillings to Amalgam?I categorically told you people that i wanted wanted My Insurance approved and you wanted to sell me something else that was more expensive and of more profitable to you.I asked several questions and called multiple times to reaffirm and confirm what was approved by my insurance and you would not provide any accurate information.I have submitted a case evaluation with Humana.How unethical and shameful of you and your management

Ive come here a few times now for dental visits, and each visit has been great. The facilities are very clean. The hygienists are caring and friendly. Even the reception desk staff is a pleasure to interact with; theyre really organized, and Ive never waited longer than 2 minutes after check-in to start my dental cleaning. My dentist, Dr. Kim, is knowledgeable and easy to talk to. When I had a couple of cavities discovered (oops), everyone was very non-judgmental and helpful, which cant be said about the staff at some other clinics. And to top it off, they have some of the most affordable out-of-pocket costs if you dont have dental insurance.Most staff members here are fluent in Korean, but if youre an English-only speaker like me, it shouldnt affect your experience. Id recommend this dentistry to everyone.

These people are so awesome. Life is good when you can smile and Dr. Kim has me smiling again. My implant has been on time and according to schedule. And all four of my crowns are just beautiful. This was my first time in this dentist and Ive never experienced so sweet people like this. The only down side was the clinic was huge and had to wait a little because of a lots of people waiting, but it actually made me comfortable because I could tell why there were many people waiting to get the treatment. Love this place! Warm welcoming, great staffs and professional acupuncturist! I had serious pain and a ganglion on my wrist. I went to few chiropractors for this, but I still felt uncomfortable at using my wrist. From first visiting this place, I got healed and ganglion disappeared about 80%. :D I just went for second time 3days after first visit and I feel much better. I write this after experiencing good treatment and wonderful result. If anyone is having difficulty of using your body parts, check this place out. You will see the great result. Update: So my wife had to have a teeth implants done. The process started around March and the plan/schedule for the surgery in June. We were supposed to have 2 to 3 checkups by the doctor but the only checkup that we got was a week before the implant surgery and the doctor said he didnt see any problem. Well, lo and behold, while as the surgery is about to start, he tells my wife that one of the molars next to the implant location must be removed or there will be no surgery. No idea why he did not notice during the final checkup before but definitely getting a vibe that this dentistry are scamming and scaring patients into having their teeth removed to make a few bucks. I would definitely not go to this dentistry.Old: Been visiting this dentistry for 4 years and the experience has been great with every visit.

I came here after I was involved in a car accident and could not have been happier. Dr. Kim and her staff here are all super sweet and helpful, extremely welcoming every time I came in. Dr. Kim is really sweet and will talk to you about where the pain is so she can understand everything going on and how she can help. Also, Dr. Jin does the chiropractic adjustments and they were so helpful! He is definitely really knowledgeable and also really nice.

I dont snore my nose, my mouth doesnt dry while I sleep, no nose rubbing, also I can breath well with my nose after doing this sinus treatment. For me, it got a fantastic results. I strongly recommend Dr. Soon Kim at Yes Clinic at Duluth.

I had an okay experience. Not the best, but not the worst. Ive had a really good hygienist before so Im picky. This hygienist did a decent job. She was very patient about having to suction often. The staff was courteous. My only complaints would be that they werent thorough with the x-rays (they only took bitewings and refused to give me a copy of my own information) and they didnt give me a goody bag like most dentists do.

If I could give no stars I would.. they are the rudest people...and definitely out to get your money. They wont perform services same day. They will push you out the door for the next patient if they assume you cant afford the work without explaining anything. My experience with Yes Clinic Acupuncture was great! I was treated for my ankle sprain 3 times. I am a runner and my ankle has fully recovered through this acupuncture and laser therapy. I would definitely recommend Dr. Soon Kim at Duluth.

Tl:dr - Offers good cleaning service and the doctor is very professional and straight to the point but scheduling is riugh.Have been with him for the past 3 years but recently, the scheduling has been outright ridiculous. I had an appointment scheduled at the end of November that was moved three times to the point where I was so confused I missed the appointment. The first appointment was scheduled at the end of November and I had all intentions to arrive until I received a call that I needed to check on my insurance and they claimed they were going to block out the slot until I could confirm. I called back two days later to confirm that my insurance was still valid but that my appointment slot had been taken. Although I was annoyed I rescheduled for two weeks after the initial appointment for 2:40 in the afternoon. I was called the week of and confirmed for 2:40 and thus was scheduled to arrive at that time. However, at 2:00 I was knfinfor that my appointment had been scheduled for that time and I was late. In fact, they had changed the time without my knowledge and had only sent me a text the day before as a courtesy notification, one that I thought was a confirmation text. They informed me that they would not be able to see me for the rest of the year and that my insurance would run out by the end of the year anyways. Really disappointed by this scheduling mishap.

Aside from dentistry and implant, YESclinic is most helpful/effective chiropractic and congestion recovering place Ive ever been to. After a few chiropractic/massage sessions for my lower back pain, it was gone. As for my congestion in my nose, they use a very special and useful technique to help you get rid of it in a very hasty and simple way. I 100% recommend you going there!!!

I began visiting the Yes Clinic in early September following an accident I suffered injuries from. My accident happened at a corner and the owner of the dry cleaners located at that corner recommended this facility fervently. I tried calling when I was first able to and even after I hung up after not getting an answer, they called me back (as I assumed must be their practice) and happily scheduled my first appointment with me. I had thought that I would just be receiving chiropractic services, but was quite impressed to find that in addition I would receive every single visit electro-massage, pressure-point massage, as well as acupuncture. Dr. Soon Kim has a very gentle hand while administering acupuncture and a very steady hand when treating via chiropractic methods. I have always received immediate care during my appointments, never ever sitting in the waiting room for more than three minutes-even when the waiting area has been full. All of the staff is impeccably well-trained and courteous. The facility, itself, is also impeccable in terms of cleanliness and even technologically surprising and advanced when you had no expectation of it (they have flatscreens in their restrooms!)! I have never ever had a problem when I have needed to reschedule and I always feel very welcomed when I come through their doors. I am happy I followed the recommendation to visit Yes Clinic.

Incredibily unprofessional staff.I gave my insurance information fully when I made first appointment, it turned out they were not able to accept the insurance until 3weeks later.They informed me this information when I showed up for the first appointment date. Reschedule for appointment 3weeks later, Today was second appointment date, now they are saying they are not able to accept the insurance completely.I found another Doctor who takes my insurance but my son has to wait another 3weeks to get his much needed dental service from ANOTHER DOCTOR because staff of YES CLINIC are ignorant.

I am a consistent Claritin-D taker. If I do not take them I cannot breath. I have inflammation in my nose that prevents me from breathing. I tried many things to help improve the condition such as Vicks Vapor rub, nasal saline solution, and vaporizers. None of these solutions worked for long. I found my solution when I met Ms. Kim. Before the treatment started my nasal passage was only partially breathable on one side but after my treatment my nasal passage opened up immediately. It was very relieving to be able to breathe from both of my nostril. I also understand that it is not a onetime deal treatment, it requires maintenance but the treatment Dr. Kim provides is better than any decongestant medicine on the market. I highly recommended if you have hard time breathing from decongestion in your nose.

I go to both acupuncture and dentistry! All in one stop which makes me so convenient as well as great service! one of the treatments i do is cosoom, the sinus treatment, which is cure for almost all illness. I am so glad that I got to know this treatment and Dr. Kim makes it feel less fearful for the treatments! :) I highly recommend for everyone who has sinus problems, headache and many more symptoms about cosoom, the sinus treatment!

Got into a car accident and the staff was very polite, friendly, and concerned for my health and well being. Love how they combine different practices into each of my sessions and all located in the same office. Massage,accupuncture, chiropractic, and other muscle relaxing techniques were used to help relieve my pain from the accident. They have met my expectations and then some! They really go all the way to make sure of your well-being. I am definitely recommending this place and will continue to go there in the future. Dr. Kim accupuncture is super sweet and really takes the time to listen to your concerns and helps to make you better. Dr. Lee is a great chiropractor! It was the first deep cleaning, but the injection was painful, but I am satisfied that Mr. Ha seems to clean it thoroughly. I visited from afar. I wanted to get treatment in one day if possible, but I did not need to come from afar because Kim Ju - Myung s cleaning was done and soldering immediately.

I visited it with tooth decay, but I was planning on two, and there was tooth decay right next to it, so I got a total of three treatments.I had an anesthetic cream and I had an anesthetic injection.
