Accessibility: unfortunately there isnt accessible parking right in front of the store; there are usually lots of empty parking spots but someone could come park next to you at any time so that wouldnt work if you need extra space to get in and out of a vehicle. There also isnt a ramp to get up to the sidewalk right in front of this store but there is one farther down in front of another store. To get into the store it is a pull door, but once you go inside it is very small and narrow so maybe not great for wheelchairs.Experience: I have been here a few times to print things and make copies of keys but this is one of my less favorite stores. The man who owns or runs this store is very direct in his communication but to the point of abruptness/rudeness. Sometimes it feels like he is talking down to you and he will say things like I did all this work for you so its going to cost extra, as if resizing an image to be printed (which takes one single minute) is insanely hard (it is not). But considering all this, it is cheap to print things, make copies of keys, get a passport photo taken, get cards and packaging so it gets the job done when you really need it.

They do a GREAT job here! I only use Postal Annex, and this one is especially good. They work hard to help you out and get it right, and they go above and beyond!

I needed to send a package Express to NY before a deadline for a customer. They helped me pick the best company to ship with and saved me a bunch of money on the shipping costs. With the shipping company they recommended my package ended up arriving early and I looked like a hero! Ill be using them again in the future and I feel a lot better about expanding the services and shipping areas of my business with their help and expertise.

Postal Annex in San Marcos on Center drive is awesome!! They were very professional and accommodating. I had to get a live scan done and they accepted my short notice request. They provided excellent service. Thanks again, you guys are the best!!

Went in today a little frustrated because I had to re ship a package & I had a bad experience with USPS. Once I sent my shipping label to the postal annex email the gentlemen helping me made my day!!! Excellent customer service! Super helpful, nice and kind. Made a frustrating experience end more positive! Will be back again.

Avoid. Everytime I drop off a paid shipping label and ask for receipt they wont give that to me.. trying to save money on a small piece of paper. They will not tape anything for free like others. Every chance they can charge you a penny they will. Also, employees arent that friendly. Sometimes I get attitude when I ask a question like Im supposed to know. If I knew the answer then I wouldnt be asking. Stingy horrible service.Youre better off going anywhere else.Replying to owners feedback below. My review is based on experience way before covid days.I still dont go there anymore. Ill drive an extra 2 mins to get decent service with no attitude. Not everyone can run a business. Im sorry.

Ive been here several times for notary and shipping reasons and its always quick easy and friendly service. Really no reason to go anywhere else for me.

Went in to drop off USPS prepaid shipping today. Aymar refused to take packages with Usps prepaid shipping from Ebay unless I paid him extra money... 3 total packages, 1 envelope 2 small 8 x 12 x 4 boxes. He told me to call corporate if I had a problem with it...Ill l update when I hear back

This owner does not like providing convenience services where he does not get a profit.I selected this store to hold a FedEx package for pick up and the store rejected the package as oversized. The package was 39x14x7 in and 18lbs. Standing it up would not take a lot of space.Even though you may not be profiting from holding packages, it increases foot traffic to your store and is an opportunity to be recommended to other potential customers.I will now only use the actual FedEx store even though it is further away. I have also told many of my co-workers about the negative experience with your store and the funny thing is, some of them said they had same bad experience.

What a shame there is no lower rating that one star, it is too great a honor for the pitiful establishmebt Postal Annx. Despite their shotty service, entire lack of connection with their parent company online and inability to properly organize stock these are not in fact the issues that marred PA for me.It was actually, two different promises made by two separate employees that were not only never fulfilled but impossible to accomplish for someone at their level. In essence, the employees of PA will dish out untruthful information judiciously reguardless of consequences.As a single former customer there remains not much I can do save warning the general population of this affliction on society. Adjectives such as scam and unprofessional will forever come to mind when PA enters the thoughts. Do yourself a favor and choose any PO box service than PA.

I walked into this Postal Annex, and saw he was taking care of someone getting their passport photos done. I sighed, as I knew how long this could take. Especially with two small children.Imaginemy surprise and delight, as he not only took care of the passport photos, he got my package together and shipped. In what I consider a decent time.This store understands, your time is valuable.

I love this postal annex! There are 2 close to my house, this one just a little further away, but I will always go here. They are always so helpful and willing to package up big, bulky, awkward items for me and help with whatever I need!

What an awful awful customer service. Fact that I was just dropping off the package & wasnt paying anything the guy told me that he can’t receive my package now & will email me the receipt in 3 hours as someone else showed up after me & wanted to help them 1st. I couldn’t leave my package worth $2000 & I took my package and he yelled at me & asking for $2 for the tape I used. I rather drive extra mile & go some where else.
