Had a massage from Rebecca last weekend. She did an absolutely superb job and it was the most relaxing experience. She clearly loves what she does and is a fantastic professional. Highly recommend!

Staff was very polite, great atmosphere, services were good. I had a 90 minute massage but towards the end it felt like the therapist just didnt want to do it anymore. Ive had plenty of messages in the past & Ive never had anyone spend 10-15 minutes just on my head, made my hair a rat nest & I had nail services to do yet. The woman that did my nails was very nice & did a good job but their products are terrible. I had my nails done on Monday & by Thursday they looked awful. They were already chipping 6 hours after my manicure. My nails have also become very brittle and are ripping. I tried to email them about their poor product & did not get a response. I will not be using them for nail services again.

Took the marketing department from our company for a team outing to help relax and revive for work. It was a wonderful experience! There were three of us and we each did the Spa Day Retreat package. All of the staff were very friendly and did an excellent job! They had enough staff to make sure all of us were starting and ending our packages at the same time. Very relaxing atmosphere. We will be going back and we definitely recommend to others!

I used a gift card to come here to get a massage. I tried off & on for months to self schedule online as it was difficult to get someone to answer the phone. (Understandably since covid) The website & self scheduler is not user friendly & I never could get it to work. I did finally get ahold of a human & was able to make an appointment. I let them know that I wanted a massage. The only options I was given for massages were time frames (I think it was either 60 or 90 minutes). I wasnt told any other options. When I arrived for my appointment I was greeted with didnt you get our message? Apparently I missed a message that one of the massage therapists would not be in for my appointment. I was allowed to either choose a different service or reschedule for later that day. Its nearly an hour drive for me to get to the location so I decided to stay in town & take the later appointment. When I met my massage therapist she told me that she noticed that I put on my paperwork that I preferred lots of pressure for my massage & that since I didnt schedule myself for a deep tissue message I would need to either reschedule or take a medium to light pressure massage. I agreed to keep my appointment for a less pressure massage. Ambience was nice as the facility smelled good, was pretty, and the lights were dimmed. I got a massage but most of it was light pressure. It was not 90 minutes. We didnt get started until late & I was dressed and out the door at the time my massage should have ended if started on time. I will not return here. To much hassle for not enough yumminess.

I’ve been going here for 10+ years. Place is always clean always relaxing. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Highly suggest going to see for yourself as there are some serious bridezilla Karen’s in these reviews

Update: I want to update my review as the Spa/Hotel manager called me back today and listened to our whole experience and was very apologetic and accommodating to making things right with us. We are very easy going people and understand that in this industry things happen, however not even getting an apology was tough for us to handle and just letting it go was hard so we are VERY thankful for the return phone call and how everything was handled. Very much appreciated.A friend and I went for a massage/facial package and my friend was forgot about and waited a significant amount of time before having to ask why she hasnt gone called for her massage yet. The receptionist said she would go see what the massage therapist was up to. The massage therapist never apologized and was also wearing her smart watch which buzzed with messages that she checked. The package stated that the facials were 60 minutes and we both got shorted on those. I had already paid before I was told this, and I tried calling multiple times to talk to someone about this situation but have had no answer each time and no return call from the voice-mail I left. Pretty unprofessional for the amount of money spent.

This was my first experience doing a massage or spa experience in general, but one of several for my fiancee. I was impressed by the intimate nature of our couples massage and the amenities provided. The spaces are private and intimate and even for a first timer was definitely an experience I would repeat and recommend to others!

The Potosa Spa did my hair and makeup for my wedding, along with the hair and makeup of my seven bridesmaids. They did an amazing job at an impressively fast pace. They even practiced their technique on a particular type of hairstyle I wanted between my trial run and my wedding to make sure that they could quickly and perfectly get the look I wanted.

It was my first time visiting the Potosi Spa and got a Gel Manicure, they’re “basic” express service. I cannot even begin to tell you how dry my cuticles were coming into this appointment. I work in the healthcare world and sanitize stations and wash my hands often making for dry skin. I didn’t have the highest expectations being that I chose the simplest nail package. Not only was the manicure I received beautiful in color application and nail shape, but my hands feel as if they’ve reversed in age! I had Eryn as my nail tech who did a wonderful job. Definitely coming back and trying the more luxurious experiences they have to offer!

They are extremely unprofessional. They do not listen to their customers and go way indepth about their personal life. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

I had a glorious 90 minute massage for $115. Maggie did an incredible job and did everything to ensure it was utter relaxation for me. The only downfall was the couple in the relaxation room who continued the conversation rather loudly for over 20 minutes.

My husband and I went to Potosa for a couples massage. Massages were good but when we checked out there was an extra $20 ‘’room charge’’ ($10 each person) just for using the couples room. When I booked the couples massage the week prior there was no talk of this extra charge. Let me add there was nothing at all extra with our massages..no champagne, chocolates, extra relaxation time in the room, etc...Just 2 regular massages that were in the same room, that’s it! I work at a spa/salon & never heard of such a thing. I do know that It’s definatly one way to get clients to NOT ever come back!

Beautiful atmosphere with amazing therapists

This spa is a very professional and comfortable place to be. They really know how to make sure you relax and enjoy your treatments. The very front of the spa is a little cramped and doesnt have quite the best feel, but once you actually get into the spa it is much more comfortable. They give you lots of space to change into your robe in the bathroom and they also give you a locker to fill with your stuff. Then they have an excellent waiting area where you can just relax and enjoy the warmth of the room and the carefully contoured lounge seats. The whole experience is excellent and there does not seem to be any rush to leave. They really do a great job. My wife and I did a couples massage here and so far this has been our favorite place. We really liked that it felt so luxurious and that there was not rush to leave the comfortable waiting area after the massage.

I have been coast to coast, & this is by far one of my fav places for a little relaxation!!! Dont think its just for the ladies either, they have services for males as well. Plus, who doesnt like the most RELAXING massages!! They also have a pool area to relax in as well, its available to use before or after. THE BEST!!! Keep it up Potosa!!

Wouldnt even give it 1 star. Didnt even get to really experience anything. They called me 25 minutes before my massage time, when I was parking my car at the spa because they tell you to get there 30 minutes early to cancel my massage. All they said was to reschedule but I work 2 jobs and this was my one day for relaxation. I dont think they understand its not as easy to reschedule. Very unprofessional and upsetting.

I absolutely love it here best place hands down; I had a maternity massage with my second child here and am planning another maternity massage with my 3rd very soon! Ive also taken family members here as a gift and they enjoyed it as well!

I visited while staying at the Julien and got a pedicure for a wedding the next weekend. The staff were all very welcoming and kind. The relaxation room was awesome. My technician was very friendly. However, 2 days after getting the pedicure, the top coat and color began to wear off and chip with normal daily activities which was disappointing.

Amazing spa and even more amazing prices!!!!!! Weve been to a lot of spas in lots of cities and this one is definitely one of if not, the best. It is for sure the best value weve ever experienced in a spa!!

If you get a massage ask for Emily W. I’ve had many professional massages prior to the one with her, and can honestly say she was the best.

Facial, massage, and pedicure were good--disappointed that the color on my pedicure was done on Saturday and severely chipped and gone completely by Tuesday. Ive never had an issue with it needing to be redone so quickly.

Gave this as a gift to a friend and she said she had a horrible experience. Andrea didnt listen to what she wanted and spent the whole time talking about her break-up. Then after my friend repeatedly told her she doesnt like her face massaged Andrea starts tapping on her face with her finger. My friend also said the bathtub was small and uncomfortable. The only positive she said was the robe. Dont waste your money.

I received a spectacular full body massage.

I received a shellac manicure and was very disappointed. The polish didnt cover my entire nail or go all the way up to my nail bed. The polish started peeling six days later. I have gotten my nails done at other places and they last about two weeks usually. I tried calling and got a voicemail three days in a row. Finally spoke with someone and she said sorry and giggled. Not they type of service I was expecting from this place. Very disappointed.
