I called for an appointment and was told that a person by the same name was nasty to a stylist and that I couldnt come in for an appointment. The receptionist handled it poorly by saying that she was having computer issues and needed to put me on hold, only for another woman to pick up the phone to deliver the news!! RED FLAGS. I declined receiving their services AFTER I cleared up their mistake. They handled the situation very poorly. I think I know why the other person was unhappy with services.
