Decided to get all white nails for the summer from my usual French. Julie did an amazing job! Elite is very clean and professional! You can’t go wrong with any of the nail technicians!

Julie did an AMAZING job! I appreciated the effort she put into making my nails look perfect. I have longer nails and she even cleaned up the under side which Ive never had done before. I came based off of a family recommendation and Im so glad I tried this salon out.

Elite Nail was my number one go to but after my last two visits i will not be back. The first time i had an appointment and had to wait an hour to get my nails done. A week after my appointment my nails started to chip. The last time I had to wait an hour and 45 minutes and that was with an appointment. i had polish on my nails prior to my appointment. They did not remove all the color. When i mentioned it to them I was told that my skin was stained and they could not do anything about it. The polish was on my nails not my skin. (wish i had taken pictures) when I got home I took nail polish and a q-tip and cleaned it up. I dont understand why they make appointment and then dont honor them. I am so disappointed the service has suffered because of over booking. It was the best place in town and now I will not go back. Be prepared to wait if you go even with an appointment.

Does not honor appointment times. Way over priced. I got a basic manicure. She was not happy that she had to remove my prior color and was obviously complaining in her language to the person working next to her. Things also didn’t appear to be cleaned very well. Very concerning just coming out of a pandemic. Will not return.

Had a bad dip done. As usual they were busy. The owners werent there that day. Gald to wait and was ok with that. When the lady was ready for me she seemed alittle angry. She kept saying what coler and I said light pink. She said go pick it out on their nail color, but there wasnt any light pink. So I picked one out. I knew it was way to dark and when I said could she go lighter she got mad and started going off in her language. Well I picked another color quick. She went and got it and also brought a real light pink which is what I wanted. Then she started the process of filing my nails. Well 3 of my fingers have been filed were the skin is missing. You talk about hurt. There is absolutely no reason for this. I have going there for along time

Good pedicure but way too expensive

Appointment at 10:30am for a mani-pedi did not get started until 11:45am. Kind of rude speaking amongst themselves and knowing the general population dont speak the language.

Not punctual. Very very overpriced for very poor quality. Very rude. Just not a good place to go. Would not recommend.

Danny did a great job! After trying four places in Dubuque I found my home salon.

This was my first visit because I normally go to another local salon that was too busy to get into tonight. The prices were the same as the place that regularly go to but my nails look so much nicer! My daughter got hers done as well and she left very happy too! We will be going here from now on:)

I went in for a full set and showed them pictures of what i wanted. The guy said he could do it. It wasn’t a hard set. I asked for a light chocolate set and I left with pink nails. PINK. was not worth it at all.

I was absolutely impressed on how they treated my mother.My mother is on crutches the lady helped my mom from each spot holding her arm so she wouldnt fall she was amazing with my mother helping her through everything 💜I will definitely be booking again

After moving here and having the same girl do my nails for 6/7 years in my previous town it was very hard to find someone close to the work she did. Im a very picky customer when it comes to my nails and I want perfection as bad as that sounds. A customer of mine suggested elite so I checked them out. I had the pleasure of being introduced to Tyler. When I say he SLAYED my nails is an understatement. He did the most beautiful job on my pink-white blended ombré. They always look amazing and I never have complaints. He is patient and kind and ensures you love the work prior to leaving. I did have the opportunity to have Simon do my nails (Tyler’s visiting home for a few months) and Simon absolutely knocked them out the park as well. Perfectly shaped, colored and blended. He is always checking in to ensure you’re happy with his work and the progress of the nails.It’s best to schedule an appointment as they are busy and due to covid there are policy’s in place that need to be followed. I would absolutely suggest Elite!!!!

I was coming here because of the services. But today Lillly started speaking in Chinese not knowing ots a second language. Talking about my feet being rude, rushing thru my pedicure. This is one of the worse experiences Ive had in Iowa with Nail Tech

Good fast service.

They did a good job. I was in and out in 45 minutes for a pedi. I will go again. They are pretty easy on the pocketbook as well.

I took my 92 year old mom there To Get a Manicure and pedicure And they treated my mom like a Princess As always, I have been going for over 5 years and never been Disappointment, I have also brought my daughters and granddaughters and always been happy You may have a little bit of a wait but it is so worth

We walked in for a pedicure for my girlfriend. Danny saw us literally right away (no wait) and was super nice. He even offered me a chair to sit in while I wait cause he could tell I wasn’t sure what to do with myself. In a welcome attempt to include me in her experience he ask if I wanted to pick her color. We all kinda smiled and I agreed. Will absolutely be coming back. :)

Not much of one to complain but I do not feel this shellac was worth 30$. I can do a better job myself which is why I dont get them done often, and then when I do this is the result. My fingers are HURTING right now!🤔😥

First time I have never left a tip .Guy cut me then kept hitting same place over and over . Was the guy who answered the phone and takes appointments. I won’t be back .

I just had the worst service here. I made an appointment for 5:30 and by 7:00 they were getting ready to start mmy pedicure after putting my feet in water for 45 minutes. I dried my feet off and the whole place looked shocked as I said no thanks. Those who had 6:00 and 6:30 appointments were getting started with their manicures while I sat there waiting. It was very slow service for my daughter who also waited an hour to be seen. If you go here, add 90 min to your time. Bad news. I will never go there again. My first and last visit. All they said was, “sorry.”

Beautiful work on manicure, gel, pedicures. Large choice of color selections. Friendly courteous staff.Nice facility. Ive been to all salons in this area and this salon its #1 in my book.Simon is great and they are polite despite rude demanding customers.My nail polish stays until its removed.Looks fresh for weeks 💛💙💜💚❤

They do an amazing job on your nails. Wonderful atmosphere. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because even with an appointment you still end up being there for 1.5-2 hours. Overall it’s worth the money but the waiting is too much some times. Love my nails when I get them done there though!

This place might be good if you are lucky and meet a lady who can help you get your nails done, never let a GUY to help you with your nails unless you dont care if you will get hurt or a cut, everyone else is more qualified than him.

I love the entire staff! I have had experiences with all staff members very friendly, professional and do a phenomenal job ! Nails on toes or fingers always look fabulous when I walk out . Very clean and comfortable establishment as well ! Thanks elite nails

Did a wonderful job with my mani pedi before a wedding. Lasted for a long time too. The wait time was not long and the service was very nice. Would definitely like to visit here again.

Wonderful job! I went to Elite based on the google rating to fix a really bad gel/shellac manicure done by another salon. They were so nice, knew most of their clientele by name, had a clean and beautiful salon, and most importantly-my nails look great! Would highly recommend this salon!

I was sitting there for 3 hours before i actually go seated to get my nails done, went in at 4:35, left at 8:20, and the woman still did a terrible job. she was rushing and didn’t do a good job. will never go back.

A few girls and I had a appointment for 1:00. We arrived at 12:40 and we were not seen until almost 3:00. My nails are not filed down evenly and they are all different shapes.

Got a gel polish here 3 1/2 weeks ago and it looks as good as the day I got it! Julie was awesome!

6:30 appointment for daughter and her friend on her Birthday for mani and pedicure. Waited and waited for 2 hours. Just leaving at 9:45. Would never go back

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO MY WORST ENEMY. Danny did my French acrylics and wasnt even paying attention when he was putting the tips on so none of them are straight, he didnt file the ends so that they were the same shape. He would see that they were uneven or not glued enough and he wouldnt do anything about it until i said something. He did not say one word to me the entire visit at Elite Nails. Do not waste your time and money at this place. Not worth it at all.

Horrible experience made a 930 am appointment 2 weeks ago and had to wait for over 30 minutes while they took walkins first. Not pleased at all. So only go if you have a full day to waste

The nail technician barley trimmed by cuticles. She spent the majority of time she was working on my feet chatting with the women working next to her, often take long pauses. She also switched the nail polish I handed her with one she already had on her cart when she assumed I was too busy reading my book to notice.

I made an appointment for 10:30 for 2 pedicures and they didn’t even get us in a chair until 10:50 and didn’t start our pedicures until 11. They did a terrible job massaging our feet. My toenail polish on 4 of my toes came off in less than 24 hours after the pedicure. Won’t be going back.

This was an ok experience. The woman who did my pedicure missed some details that make a great pedicure like not removing all the old polish around the edges, etc., but she was nice. I also dont personally like the big tvs that are common in these types of salons. I wouldnt say this is a place to go to for a spa experience, but just for a cheap, basic pedicure it seems to do the job.

Ive been there a twice my first time it was amazing I think her name was lilian she did everything right but the second time I went there I got this dude named larry he put the nail glue everywhere. My nails werent shaped right they were unevenly buffed he kept digging into my nails. He didnt put a top coat on my nails like the usually do. It just really up set me.

I honestly didnt care for the way they did my nails as I waited almost 2 hours to get them done and they did a horrible job with me having acrylic nails done the lady did a in such a rush that my whole nail wasnt even painted. I will never go back to get my nails done here!!

I went in like last week to get acrylics and he said 60 just for a color and I agreed but then he was putting tips on too low and I didn’t like it and so he ripped them off and now I have half a middle nail :(

Nails were not put on straight nor all the way to cuticle and were falling off less than a week later. Wont go there again.

I LOVE Elite Nails...Simon is the BEST!!! I have worn artificial nails 4ever....n he gets them 2 last lookin great for 3 to 4weeks and im a nurse!! I have NEVER EVER had any problems w fungal infections and I have been goin there for 4 years now and lots of my friends too!!! Yelling is NOT wat they do I have never been yelled at they all speak loud its their nature...and the art is beautiful! As fas as conversation it takes them time they r tryin hard to speak to us n we have a hard time understandin and every1 knows how frustratin that is...yes they talk 2 each other in their lang and I get worried but I ask and they tell me!!! But just comes natural cause it is their lang people!!!...BUT if u want the crappy service listed by other on here lol...go 2 Solo nails now theres a place 2 b SHUT DOWN!!! GREAT WORK ELITE (Simon) KEEP IT UP I LOVE U GUYS XOXOX always will come back!!!

I hated it they yelled at me to stay in yhe dryer they were so rude the always spoke chinese they were so rude they would dig into your skin i absoutley hated it they never talk to you at all never at all will i go there at again
