I just wanted to do another review because they are so incredible here. My nails are always perfect, they always get me in, and they are just really sweet.

I love this salon because I always walk out taken care of and more than satisfied! The staff are so kind and very welcoming, if there is any issue she will take care of you. The salon itself is quite tidy and very organized.

I am super picky and particular on my nails and who does them. She takes her time. Shes very detailed oriented and I love that. I dont regret because I dont have not one complaint!

I would like to thank for doing such a great job on my nails! I came in and showed her my inspiration and she almost had it down to a tee. She paid attention to detail and was very careful with her work.

My mother-in-law had a stroke in January and can not use her left side. The lady that was doing her nails did not hide her frustration when I had to hold my mother-in-laws left hand open for her. Then I accidentally bumped one of her fingernails on her right hand and it smudged the paint. The lady did not offer to fix it so I took the fingernail polish and fixed it as best as I could myself. She was very rude and I will not go back there.

The customer service is beyond what i could have expected. The staff is super friendly and the owner has a great approach. Theres a huge selection of colors and the inside setup is really nice.

I may make this my usual spot to go to. I got in and out pretty quick but they usually are pretty steady with walk-ins and other appointments.

I took my stepdaughter to get her nails done for the first time. A little over a couple weeks ago. She got acrylic nails and last week they fell off in her sleep. Smooth, clean off. For $60 and they were like some store bought nails. I was worried when she was done at the same time as me and I only got gel done on my nails. Not only did the lady rush through it but she wasnt very polite either. I would recommend having one of the gentleman to do your nails.

The guy that did my nails was extremely nice. Didnt talk in another language the entire time I was there. Does awesome work and did my nails just how I like

If I can give it 0 stars, I would. For a $50 pedicure, youd expect them to do a perfect job. The heel of my feet still has dead skin on it, its like all he did was polish my toe nails. I couldve done that. This has been the worst service I have ever gotten. I will never go back nor recommend anyone to go there.

I came here in preparation for my wedding. It was a group of 6 of us. I had made an appointment and they were ready for us. They did a beautiful job on my pedicure and French tip acrylics. Other ladies in the group had gel and shellac and everyone wad happy with it. Last time I had my acrylics done here, they lasted 2 1/2 weeks before they started loosening. Im super rough on my hands/nails. Usually they only stay this long with a ton of damage to the nail. That didnt happen with these. My nails quickly recovered after removing them myself. I will definately be going back!!

I would give this a better review as some people there are good and nice but the two times Ive been there Ive asked for coffin and they cant get the shape right, from the side it swoops down instead of having a nice curve, the paint is messed up, and the stations are not clean and some tools are not changed between customers. I wanted this photo but with the white accent and this is what I got

I went to get acrylics and am not happy with the results. First we waited 30 min and we had an appointment. The nail technician was clearly in a hurry, twice spilling polish on my hand. Without a word, she randomly left the table 3 times during the appointment. The filing was so uneven and despite commenting on it she did not address it. I just went home and filed them myself. The actual manicure was so haphazard, she missed loose skin around the nails. When putting on the topcoat, she did it so fast it slopped onto the skin. Now any one or even two of the mistakes wouldnt be a big deal but the whole thing was a fiasco that I paid $40 for. It was definitely not worth it. On the positive side, my daughter had her manicure performed by the women next to the front desk and it looked very nice.

My wifes Acrilic nails looked really good, but they nicked her skin at the back of the finger nail on four different fingers. I would give them a five star rating but for the fact her fingers were bleeding when she got home and bothered her for about 3-4 days after she got her nails done... I just cant give a better rating than 3 stars. The nails did look good though.

Nice staff. Reasonably priced. I took my mother in-law to get her first pedi and the man who did her feet did amazing. She loves them. I loved my nails when I got them done but I was a little upset with the price. Overall it is a nice place and they do a great job!!

I went to No. 1 Nails this evening for a gel manicure. I had been at a loss for where to go in Dubuque to get a manicure that was both affordable and looked great. No. 1 Nails was both affordable and looked amazing. So incredibly happy with the service, cleanliness, timely manner, and beautiful work that is done in this salon. I’m trying to grow my nails out a bit so some are shorter than others and I asked the nail tech to leave them the length they are, just file them for a little shape. He did just that and did it BEAUTIFULLY. It was $35 for my gel mani and I loved it! Highly recommend!

I usually never have issues here but Lisa was rude today. I got shellac and I can still see my nail bed. She kept walking away to talk while doing my nails. Didn’t check them over just said I was finished. Paid $32 for a polish change when I usually pay $22. Then she threw my receipt at me. Won’t be returning.

I got a set of nails done Saturday and by Wednesday 2 nail feel off... went into to get fixed and dont match color and they made them thinker then others 😡

I went to have a fill and gel nails done. I initially was told 10 minutes, since it was right before the holidays I expected to wait. I was sat down at a table and then proceeded to wait for 40 more minutes with 3 different people sitting down to grind my nails down. Finally the last person started to work on my nails. My nails were left severely uneven, and cuts around my cuticles. After having my nails painted and dried under a gel lamp, I left to discover that my nails had not been paint with gel polish, but rather a normal polish with a gel top coat. The polish started to slide right off my nails and are smeared and messy. Dont go here. They do not care about quality.

Walked in and they greeted me right away. Very kind and helpful. I was unsure of what I wanted and they were very flexible with my requests. Very gentle on my hands, and reasonably priced. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

Totally disappointed in my pedicure tonight. It took maybe ten minutes once she got to me. She didn’t take all of my polish off and didn’t clip my nails. I had to ask her to use the pumice stone! Pretty upsetting!

My daughter and I frequently get our nails done here (every 3 weeks or so). We call ahead to make an appointment and each time they start working on us within minutes after we arrive. They are very courteous and do great work. We love the place!

I had a mani/pedi yesterday. The clear polish on my fingernails is peeling off in full sheets today. The “manicure “ was done while sitting in pedi chair. No soaking- no hand washing..... save your money. I have had manicures in many places across the country.... I have given this shop a couple of opportunities- thinking the poor service and skill was an anomaly.The skills and service at this shop is consistentlyvery very poor.

I have gone here many years. They always do a great job on my nails and toes. I have been very pleased. Everyone here is very friendly and accommodating.

I came here for a French tip and then covered half of my nails in the white and they already have chipped after one day. They are very cracked, ugly and they have big globs of clear coat on top. Not impressed.

Called Sunday morning to see if they were open. They were!! They are open on Sundays not up to the fall. My girlfriend and I went together for pedicures. Their chairs were AWESOME!!! They were busy, so they got our water going and let us go back and soak our feet and get massages from the chairs. They got right to us as soon as they were finished with the clients before us and did an awesome job. Very pleased with the service and will be going back on a regular basis.

They didn’t keep the shape and length that I wanted and all my nails look different! I came back to have them fix it and he kept saying I needed to let them know sooner, Even though I told him multiple times to fix it. He was pulling my arm a little harsher the time I came back! I’m never coming back here! Totally not worth it!

I will never go back. My friend and I went in today to get pedicures and because we didnt want any color on our toes they gave us a very bad pedicure. The prices went up and we got a bad bad pedicure were only in the chair for 15 minutes. Then the ladies just got up and started working on someone else didnt even tell us that we were done didnt even wipe our feet off. We will never ever go back there. And then the girl at the cash register was complaining because our tips werent big enough for them. If you do a shity job you dont get a very big tip. There are plenty other places in town to go to.

Come in & check out their newly remodeled salon! Lots of new changes, they have doubled our pedicure chairs, brought in alot of new colors for shellac(gel). Im always satisfied with my nails and the pedicure there.Should try the SNS healthy natural nails. Best in town.

Love this place. Kevin is the best!! Sometimes you have to wait even with an appt but Kim is good about getting people taken care of.

Language barrier makes it difficult to direct person doing my nails. When asked staff to assist me a caucasian skinny woman with dark hair and sunken cheeks wanted to argue. I asked that a clean nail file be used, but was rebuked for asking. Could not complete anything I was saying as she continued to interrupt and threaten me. I have never been treated this way in any salon. She kept saying I was yelling, but I was merely asking for a clean nail file. Finally the manager came over and talked with me and he said I could go somewhere else. I explained that I merely wanted a clean nail file used on my toes. He agreed and gave up one, however he said all their files were cleaned I reassured him that the man doing my nails was about to use a dirty one. He finally gave up and I got another nail person. A very nice woman. In addition, I watched tools used on me just rinsed in the sink and taken to another customer and used. Disgusting and illegal...I dont care what the manager says!

It was horrible I showed the man a picture and he said he could do it I asked him multiple times because I wanted to be sure and he was positive he could do it. He messed up once using the wrong colors then when it came to the nail I wanted with one half green one half yellow he bombed it. They are all bumpy and messed up. they look terrible and he knew it ! But he did not care. While paying the women seen them and offered a silver line to hide where he messed up. I paid full amount for nails I never would have accepted but I was so upset I just wanted to get out of there. 🤦🏽‍♀️ I only gave it 1 star because it won’t let me give them NO star.

I had made an appointment for a pedicure for the Friday before my wedding along with two members of my wedding party. From start to finish the pedicure lasted 12 minutes.Not worth the money.

Never ever go to this place!!! I made an appointment at 3:00 and they never even said a word to me. Ever time I would try and get there attention they would just tell me to wait one minute. I had to wait and 30 minutes before they even talked to me. Then another 30 for them to start. They made me wait an hour after my appointment!!! They didn’t even let me soak my feet while I waitedand they had five chairs open. After they didn’t even do that go of a job. I got a pedicure and they did a horrible job. They didn’t even take off my caluses of my feet. The polish ended up falling off the next day! Not to mention it was $58 for a pedicure and shellac! I think that is way over priced for the job they did. They don’t even deserve one star!!!!
