Went in to get a set of acrylic nails (my first time getting acrylics!) I came out with beautiful nails, but unfortunately they lasted less than a week before they started peeling. I was a walk-in, and waited about 30 - 45 minutes, but I was not in a rush. I noticed other clients waiting a lot longer than me. My nail technician would answer his phone while he did my nails, but I didnt mind as long as it didnt affect his work. He was very detailed with my manicure and took his time. However since it didnt last very long, Im trying out other salons for my manicures.

I asked for something specific. Instead of saying I can’t do it. They said they could and could not.I was told my nails were too short for what I wanted. Couldn’t get gels. Couldn’t get a simple French mani and pedi I’m paying for a service and was told I’ll do this instead because I don’t feel like doing that .I’m paying you my money. Hey,Just being honest. Use to her pedis there all the time but it was My first time getting my nails done in 16 years and after a week 2 popped off. I never even bother to go back and get them fixed. No eucalyptus towel just wiped my leg and foot with a hot towel. The quality of the nail was bad.Go at your will but I won’t be going back. I had always gone there in the past but this last time. Wasn’t a good probably the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a nail shop I wasn’t even mad just very disappointed. I just paid my money and said I’m won’t come back

Gentleman who did my nails was incredibly rude to everyone in the place and this woman who came in stated she called and made an appointment for herself and her 2 girls. He acknowledged that she called and made the appointment but he misunderstood and thought that it was only her. He told her that he could get to her in a minute (yeah right) but he couldnt do the girls nails. He should have done them since it was his mistake.I had an appointment at 4 and he told me he was a few minutes behind... Usually that would be OK except he took an hour to get to me. Very unprofessional!

Don’t recommend. EVERY time I make an appointment they don’t see me as promised. Wasting time is the most frustrating thing. Today was the worst. I got my nails done last week and they chipped in 4 days. Called early in the day and was told to come at 3 which wasn’t convenient for me... but did it anyway so I didn’t have to wait. Anyways when arriving the person who promised to fix my nails looked at me knew I had an appt and proceeded to begin the other walk ins appt., there was about 6 people ahead of me so no chance I was waiting that long especially because I didn’t want to see the same person who did a poor job already! Anyways .... biggest pet peeve is people who waste my time and they have done it several times and I’m done going there now. Not worth the hassle.

Love this place! They recently had to raise their prices but who hasnt since covid? They are all very nice and they always have the place clean. There are times that they get too busy and you have to wait but its never more than 10 minutes. They also use this amazing orange scrub for pedicures and do great massages!

The shop was clean. The workers were friendly. The massage chairs were awesome. Best of all, our pedicures were $20. They massaged our feet and legs with a mango sugar scrub, then put hot towels on our legs! I wouldve given 5 stars, if my girl had used 2 coats of polish in my toes, instead of 1. The polish was thin.

I had made an appointment to get my nails done about a week in advance, since I recently bought a groupon. However, when I arrived for my appointment, the place was closed and there was a sign on the door stating that the were closed for the next two weeks because they went on vacation. Thats fine that they went on vacation, but I dont understand why they wouldnt even call to inform their clients that their appointments were cancelled. I thought thats why they ask for your phone number when you book your appointment? Definitely not a good first impression of this place.

The prices are pretty reasonable, but when it comes to schedule and appointment THEY DO NOT RESPECT THE TIME SCHEDULED. I had an appointment at 1:30pm appointment I arrived 10 min before. I waited 35 min for them to take me in. Ridicules.

I recently purchased a groupon for 2 no-chip manicures. The first manicure went fine although I noticed that the divider between me and the female technician did not look clean! My no-chip mani lasted about 12 days. The second no-chip mani did not go so well. Even though I had a 3pm appt, I was not seen until 3:35pm. It was a Monday and the place had only 2 technicians and the 2 clients they were working on. While I was waiting, I noticed that they did not clean up the stations after they were done with their clients! I was put at a station where the other 2 clients had not been. I had a male technician, who was rough on my cuticles and used very little polish on my nails (not painting the sides well). He was constantly answering his cell phone while doing my nails. While on the phone, he would ask the caller for their name, time they wanted, and phone number, but would never write it down in his appointment book that he had next to him! When I was done, he put a new client in the spot where I saw one of the previous clients! It had not been cleaned the entire time I was there! So, I wake up the next morning to find my nail polish had turned beige after having been painted a medium rose color (it was not a mood changing polish). I realize they have low prices BUT I will go to a more upscale salon from now on and pay a bit more especially for sanitary reasons! Be Safe Everyone!

Made an appointment for 6 pedicures for my daughters birthday arrived on time and they were closed? waited an extra 40 minutes before giving up!! made the appointment a week in advance. thats so unprofessional !!!

Don’t waste your time. All your nails will break they use very cheap product that’s why they only charge $25.

Horrible service. Rude, rude, and rude.I know they have a groupon but I would rather pay $100 to get a no chip. They are so unprofessional. They dont understand what square means, they were also so mean to my 14 year old daughter. I will NEVER go here again. Think twice about going here.

Great place. The area around is still under construction, but the salon inside is very clean and well kept. The staff are friendly. I came in for a pedicure and was treated to one of the most relaxing experiences ever! My nails look great and I didnt have to spend a fortune.

They do a great job, however there was a customer in there eating her hot lunch while getting a manicure ( if you can imagine that) and the place reeked! They need to tell their customers to eat some place else, Its not a restaurant but a salon. That customer was quite ignorant doing that, and needs to stop it.

Every time I come I have an appointment, and every time I have to wait almost 30 minutes to be attended. I done coming here. What is the point of having an appointment?

Im editing my review. Its ridiculous. He told me to come back 1.5 hours. He put my appointment down for 4pm. I showed up 15 minutes early, and i noticed he took 3 new walk ins. He forgot my appointment. I waited. Finally, I went up to him to find out how much longer I needed to wait. He said, I would need to wait another 30 minutes. Seriously?!!! Mind you, those 3 ladies are sitting there waiting too WITHOUT nail techs. He shouldnt have taken an appointment if he was going to just accept all walk ins. Disappointed. Never coming back. And Ive gotten my nails done 5 times just this year by them. Not worth the aggravation.

This is the second time that I have gone in for a manicure when their hours say they are open and there is no one there. I waited for at least 15 minutes each time and no one shows up. When I did get a no chip from them, it lasted less than a week.

Pretty disappointing experience to say the least. Bought a Groupon for a No Chip and arrived around 10 to a locked door. Hours posted clearly state 10 am open. Still waiting for them to open at 10:20. Also, phone number is no longer in service.

I have never been so happy with the way my nails turned out. Never wrote a review anywhere and the job they did, deserves a review. No waiting period at all. The atomosphere was cozy and the girls there are so nice. Jade did amazing job and ill be seeing here really soon.

Rude when I walked in, told me it would be a 15 minute wait. Waited over 30 minutes with no updates so I just left. I was in a time crunch and 15 minutes would have been doable but ended up wasting over 30. Just be honest about time frames.

They are very friendly and patient. They take their time and do exceptional work! They close at 7:30 p.m. and I had an issue with another nail salon (I used to frequent) the day before my daughters prom. We got to the salon at 6:30. She needed a soak-off, full set with intricate designs, pedicure and waxing.They stayed until 9 p.m. servicing her and I didnt hear them complain not ONE time or do a rush job. I now pass up several nail salons just to patronize them because I know I will receive service worth my money. (And they have a reward program!)

She was very nice and did my nails exactly how I like them and they are reasonably price and they do not take forever like some places I’ve been looking for a new nail person for a couple months now and I think I may have found one I recommend this place to anyone I got a acrylic fill in and I left very happy.

I went to this salon to have my nails done on the dip powder method. I am on my 4th week and I have not had one chip. I agree they were not very personable and she was a little annoyed because I couldn’t decide on what color I wanted and she had to keep testing colors but they did a great job. I give them 5 stars. I am coming back next week with company from out of town. My nails still look wonderful! I am carolyn rogers, not Fred.

Very rude. Only 2 girls working on a Sunday and told no way and held up an appointment book and said you can wait but they come on first.

Staff was very rude and rushed me to pick a nail polish color for my nails. Not only that I have gotten a no chip and the polish is coming off a day later! Then I got my eyebrows done by one lady with glasses and she got extremely mad because I didn’t like them. She did my eyebrows again and slapped baby powder on to my face, and huffed and puffed with an attitude. I just paid my money and left! Never will be back here again because I think I’ll catch a case slapping someone.

Horrible experience. Showed up at 10 when they advertised they were opened. Didn’t open until 10:10. The sign said walk ins welcome. The workers were rude and said they were booked yet no clients were there. Never offered to make appointment for a later time. Very unprofessional and rude!!

I was there one week ago and the material is very cheap my nails pill out in 7 days . The girl did her best to make my nails but the nail polish for the deep is not good

Went for a fill as my normal shop is not open on Tuesday. I can still see the gap between the natural nail and then gel, not enough fill? I dont know but I will not go there again. Also SUPER expensive for a gel fill $37

Horrible....you walk in and they are only caring for two people and they ask what you need and dont even say anything back as to how long you have to wait. I sat there for almost an hour with no one saying anything to me....horrible customer service never coming back.

The guy didnt push back my cuticles, my nails fell off within 48 hours. He was nice but Im very disappointed with my nails.

What a relief to go to a nail salon and be treated with such kindness, care and attentiveness. Was going to CT Nail Salon on 75th and they never listen, theyre always trying to tell you what you want. So it was GREAT to find a salon where you tell them what you want and they say ok. The women there are sooo sweet and my daughters nails look great and so do mine. This salon does a really good job!

Very Rude Staff. My eyebrows look terrible! They kept asking if I had cash even though they take debit or credit. Then got mad when I said I only had a card. She examined my ID for a full 7 minutes before she accepted it. Black ppl THIS PLACE IS NOT FOR US.
