My wife and I came here for a pedicure and our experience was absolutely phenomenal. Everything is perfectly clean and everyone here is very nice. The owner of the establishment, Philip, is so nice!! We enjoyed chatting with him very much and can’t wait to do it again. My wife and I can’t wait to come back here often!

I had gone to X Nails when the old owner was in place, but I have to say- The new ownership is wonderful! The place looks so much cleaner, with thoughtful layout and detail. The service is also great! Choose a service from the menu, no price guessing. My pedicure felt amazing and looks amazing. So happy for the new changes at this business and look forward to coming back!

This place is amazing. This will be my new go to place. I made an appointment last minute and they where able to take me. Michael ad Philip is a joy and very professional. I highly recommend them. I really enjoyed my experience at X-nails. Ann, Joseph, and Michael were very hospitable and they took extremely good care of me and my mom. I got a manicure/gel full set and a pedicure and my mom got a manicure and an organic lavender deluxe pedicure and let’s just say we are both very satisfied.

Its not the fanciest nail salon in the western suburbs but I found the hot stone pedicure & leg/foot massage excellent. Very nice employees.

This is my favorite place to get my nails done at! They always do a really nice job, and this is literally the only nail place that has such tough, long lasting polish. Their no-chip lasted me months and didnt peel off or anything.

First pedicure at X Nails. Love the service. I got the lavender pedicure that was well worth the money spent. The lower leg message was heaven. Yes I will be going back for another. They have just gotten a new customer. AAAA++++

I went to XNails based on reviews. It was Fantastic. Due to pademic I have not had a pedicure in over a year. I had the green tea pedicure and it was worth it. Phillip did a great job and I will go back here in the future

Made 3 visits since under new mgmt. Each visit got worse. First visit was for mani/pedi. Clipped skin while doing pedi and after done, forgot to put on final coat. No chip mani mediocre. Second visit pedi/mani ok but should take a lot less time. Third visit no chip only. Asked to trim nails and they were cut down to top of the skin. Cut two fingers removing skin and they were still bleeding when I left. I always have taken pride on my nails and received compliments all the time. This time I’m ashamed to have anyone see them. Miss Randy and staff. Each one was professional and knew how to treat clients. This owner looked at my nails offered no apology.

My daughter and I came here today (Saturday Morning). We both got a pedicure, my daughter got a manicure and I got a fill. Everyone was friendly and nice as soon as we walked in. Great service. And great work.

I had gone about a week ago for a full set of acrylics which they had charged me $45 for square acrylics. After about 1 week of having them 2 of the nails popped off. It has not even been 2 weeks and 4 nails have fallen off on their own. She had been rushing there were multiple air bubbles in the polish. You’d be better off getting press-on nails.

Staff was courteous and made the entire experience enjoyable. The shop was clean and well kept with pleasant environment.

The manicure and pedicure are awesome and reasonably priced.

Lynn was amazing! This was my first time here. She took her time and made my nails perfect. She did a really good massage and didnt seem to rush anything. Definitely going to be back. I came here upon referral from a friend and Im certainly going to pass the referral on. Amazing service, excellent quality, perfect results!

I have gone to this location 3 seperate times. One bad experience does not a bad place make. I wanted to be fair in my assessment. I have been lied to, ridiculed, treated poorly, and even had an employee raise his voice to me. Not once has the owner listened to what I wanted. I brought two employees with me and we all got the exact same pedicure, except it was not. We ordered the exact same yet i watched as we all 3 recieved different levels of attention and treatment to our feet depending on which staff member we had. I hate this place. I highly and strongly recommend going somewhere else, ANYWHERE else. There are ample nail salons that have quiet atmospheres for you to relax without the biased treatments!

Literally the worst nail job Ive ever gotten. I got an acrylic gel fill and my cuticles were not pushed back at all at the end of it. My nails looked as if they havent been done in over a week. The paint chipped in 2 days even though they a are gel, I wasnt even being rough with them. The lengths are uneven as well. Never going back.

There a woman here who is great but the second you start to say how you want YOUR nails done, she is so impolite & full of attitude. Im a new resident to the area...my search for my favorite salon is still on.... *sigh*

This man that serviced me was so in a hurry, that he burned my fingers a few times. My nails are lumpy, and no longer square shaped.... I knew I should have went to my regular shop😖😖😖😖😖 these lisle nail shops arent good at all

I was very disappointed...I asked for an accent nail on both hands and feet....4th toe 4th finger....one foot is 4th toe other foot was middle toe ...he forgot on my hands and TOTALLY ignored me when I told him until he was done with the 2nd hand....then went over color with the accent color....it was fine...looked good but not being listened to really bothered me

If there was a zero rating I would give it to this place . I went in on Friday trying to get my nails done right before Christmas and i went through the worst expierence . The nail tech Chico short guy with glassess started asking me off by telling me he likes cocaine and he uses it ... Why would a customer want to hear this sort of info. I believe it he was doing such a horrible job applying the acrylic and went he was filing down almost made 2 of my nails bleed . I kept telling him he was hurting me and he needed to be more gentle and refused to. I told him i didnt want him to continue doing my nails and if he could please get his manager . He told me i was giving him a hard time and that i was picky then threw the file on the desk in front of my face . None of the staff apologized pr did anything while this whole thing was going on. The owner/manager came out and said everyone was busy and they wouldnt be able to help me, I would need to come back. Let me remind you my nails were halfway done when he told me I could leave and I wouldnt need to pay . I left and could not believe what happened . I have filed a police report with the Downers Grove PD. I WOULD NEVER RECCOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!

This place is AMAZING! I have to thank Helen, who provided excellent service (mani-pedi with gel) The liners in the pedi bowls gave me that extra feeling on cleanliness. It didnt take long for the hot water to actually get hot! Between the hot towel and the black rock-I felt like I was in heaven. Ive found a new mani-pedi home! Thank you Helen!!!

Not a bad experience but wasnt a relaxing pedicure for sure. Was rushed and the polish job is mediocre. They at least seem clean and use new equipment every time.

Every time I come here, I get the worst service! They always rush and never take their time. If Im paying to get my nails done by someone who is supposed to be a professional, but does work like a 5 year old, Id just pay my niece to do it! Ive been coming here for years, and the work just keeps getting worse and worse. I dont recommend coming here, unless you like your acrylic nails super thick, and your pedicures to look like a toddler did them.
