Does not follow covid safety procedure all supplies are recycled and not disposed of how many people feet were used on each foot before it touched yours.... also rushed my pedicure did not enjoy it

I have been going here for years. It’s not the prettiest place but I won’t go anywhere else for pedicures. They give quality service for a GREAT price. Frank and Susan are the best!

They do a less than average job and the colors they have are OUTDATED! Customer service isnt the best either. They always expect a tip and even when you do they want more and more and will get mad and talk about you in Chinese if you dont. First of all, the nail service isnt that good to be so pushy over tips and yall need better/new colors. I only come here once in a blue moon for a toenail polish change because this place is local and my regular nail techs are closer towards the city but this will be my last. I wouldnt dare ever get a full set manicure/pedicure from here even though its cheap. Just a toenail polish change and they can barely do that right. It looks like a 6 year old did my toenails. THEY ALSO REUSE TOOLS THAT SHOULD BE THROWN OUT AFTER EVERY USE LIKE TOENAIL FILES. All they want is your money.

Pedicure is $15, I mean you CANNOT beat that! I feel like they even have extra care and attention to getting my feet extra smooth, which for such a cheap price I wasn’t expecting. It’s definitely dated inside, but staff was friendly and my nails looked great

I went in randomly to have my no chip taken off. I was pleasantly surprised it was only $5 and she did a nice/quick job. But as I was leaving I noticed she was pouring the acetone I used to soak my nails in back into the bottle! I couldnt believe it and was so disgusted. I will not return.

The best bang for your buck! Have been going there for decades and never have been disappointed. Friendly and accommodating.

This place is definitely a “you get what you pay for” kinda place. They do not seem very friendly but for a $15 pedicure it does the job. The only serious complaint I have is that it’s horribly ventilated. I mean, walk in and have a hard time breathing kind of horrible ventilation. I had a hard time making it through the pedicure. I come here when everywhere else is busy basically. Not the best but not the worst.

I went with my mom and we asked for two pedicures and two no-chip manis. I can’t put into words how rude the people were and how bad the experience was for me and my poor mom. My lady didnt do a massage for either my pedicure or manicure. She rushed through the pedicure without taking the dead skin off. I had to ask her to hit areas that she didn’t touch. Then, she shaped the nail into a square like i requested but they didn’t smooth out the edges. I asked her 5 times to smooth it out and she claimed there was nothing wrong with it. I could literally break skin with how sharp it was. Same thing happened to my mom for her pedicure. For her first no-chip manicure, the lady made her bleed. I asked what happened and she said “i cut her” like it was no big deal. I’m never coming back and i highly suggest that you don’t either. I’d rather pay more than be physically harmed by something that your pampering yourself with.

Me and my friend decided to get our nails done. When we got their, there was a long wait. My wait was about an hour and a half. The wait was long but worth it. The nails turned out great. The lady I got was a little impatient but they still look good. My friend got a worker that was very kind and very patient. We both got full sets of acrylics. They were really cheap. Most of the other places I’ve been were a lot more expensive. I would recommend.

I have a hard time finding a good place to get natural looking acrylics because I have a bad habit of biting my nails. They did an amazing job and no judgement - felt comfortable

A bit rude to walk ins...everyone suggested make an appointment then Susan is the best. How about be good with or without an appointment. Im undecided about giving them another try...

I have been going to this place for the last 7 or so years and regret it more every time. They absolutely put no effort into the service. Ive lately tried 5 different nail techs and all of them were equally just bad. I recently went for a pedicure and have never been so disappointed. I understand its only 15 bucks but that doesnt give someone the excuse to not do their job. My toenails were crooked and she removed no calluses which is the reason I went in the first place. I take care of my nails so it was an easy job to do but she still managed to mess it up. Also never have I ever been to a place at any price where they dont give you at least some sort of massage with the service. The facility is always extremely dirty as well and I have seen nail techs use the same utensils on a few clients in a row. I think this was my last attemp in receiving any sort of decent service from this place.

Price is very reasonable compared to other nail salons in area. Pedicure was cheap yet fast but otherwise was relaxing and job well done.

My first and last visit here. Rude staff that did not greet or attempt to assist my mom and I. They seemed bothered that we were coming to spend our money in their “hole in the wall” establishment. I’m not sure if it’s because we are Black but whatever the case may be, I will surely NEVER be going back. Made an appt an hour in advance, had a pedicure and dipping powder manicure was in and out in an hour and a half! Great service and definately great price!! Cant wait to go back!

Came in for a pedicure today. Only $15 which is awesome compared to anywhere else where you cant get away with one for less than $30.My pedicure was completely butchered, from the time I sat down and walked out it took 13 minutes and the lady was completely careless. Came home and had to clean polish off of 6 of my toes.When I got situated in my chair, I extended the little table attached to the arm rest to put my phone and keys and cup of tea on it. Another employee came up half way through my pedicure and took my tea, threw it out without saying anything, and pointed at my stuff from which I understood I was supposed to take it and keep it in my lap? I dont know. Really rude. Would not recommend to anyone.

Cant beat a $15 pedicure. Cindy was great. Very gentle and nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. No waiting and many vibrant colors to choose from.

You get what you pay for.. and I will pay the extra couple bucks next time somewhere else. 1/4 of my fingers and toes from my no chip and pedi were cut. And she would put the acetone directly on my open cuts each time. Would grab my hand before the light even finished the time it’s suppose to be in there for..

Bad attitudes, seems they only talk friendly to the other people, each time Ive went we dont a hello nor a goodbye thank you when we leave. I dont like when they speak their language when talking about situations with customers.

The night before my daughters birthday, we needed her nails done desperately. We absolutely love their services plus they have variety of polishes to choose from.

All i asked for was my nails painted and they didn’t even Dremel the nail base to make it flat just started painting messed up the paint and got it on my hands they made the clear coat so it didn’t dry even and made it wrinkled so i had to put a new clear coat on myself because the didn’t even check on my nails after:( and they also messed up my friend that I brought nails and then for my friends nails, they made she shape uneven and the lengths uneven, they made the polish messy and rushed the whole process. And they put seven rhinestones on one nail, and six on the other hand they also cut my finger with Dremel and it started bleeding:(

The worst place ever! They are incredibly rude and talk about you. The place is filthy. Yes, you only pay $15 for a pedicure, but it shows. It’s not sanitary, and I don’t want to risk toe fungus. The staff is so incredibly rude beyond words. If you can’t afford more than $15 for a pedicure then do it yourself instead of being exposed to rude staff and dirty conditions.

Great experience for my daughter and I. Quick but efficient. Pedi only for me. Feet look and feel great. Mani & pedi for daughter with flowers painted on as well! Only $42 for both! 😀😀😀

While my nails look cute (for now.... Just had them done 10 hrs ago) the underside of 3 of my fingers have cuts on them from the lady filling like a mad women. She also would pull my arm where she wanted it to go. I get she doesnt speak much English (all she said was round? Pay now & yes go) but she didnt have to be so harsh either. She put me under the drying lamp and started doing a pedicure. After 20 mins I asked the girl how long I had to be under. She said something to my lady who gave me a dirty look and said yes go.Not returning.

I went to get my nails done today for graduation. I got acrylics. I’ve been here many times before and always had ok service. The costumer service is awful. The staff is always rude and jerks your hands wherever they want them to go. They give you dirty looks whenever make them fix your nail(s). I had noticed while getting my nails done today that the lady was really hurting my fingers. During her filing I noticed that I had started bleeding quite a lot but the lady didn’t do anything about it. When I got home I check my fingers and I have more than 4 deep cuts around my nails! Yeah my nails are sort of cute now but my fingers are so sore! The price is good but it isn’t Worth it! If you have a choice to go to another nail salon near you go there instead. My sister and I went together about 3 days ago to get acrylics and it was terrible! They didnt greet us, the woman I got was super aggressive and rough- I have 7 new cuts all around my nails because she was careless with the electric nail filer, and the actual acrylic is even worse than all the pain I went through- they are lumpy, uneven, and the nail polish is all clumpy! Highly recommend saving your money for somewhere else.

Nice place but there was a lady who was very rude and didnt put any effort on my nails. My cuticles were red and she was in such a bad mood. It was my first time doing my nails for my birthday and this lady made my experience bad.
