It was my first time there and everyone was so so friendly and helpful. They do such great nail designs too! Catherine and her staff were so accommodating when we had last minute appointment changes too. My daughter loved her fist set of nails and couldnt wait to show her friends! We will definitely be back.

Terrible manicure! It was costly and to top it off, a new employee performed my pedicure. She had trouble remembering the steps and did a poor job. Did not remove the dry, dead skin and had trouble applying the polish! Someone more experienced had to step in to finish. One week later- the polish is already coming off and the old, dry skin is very apparent. It was my first time trying this place- will never return!

I LOVE Happy Nails! I have been going to this nail salon for 10 years!Danny and Maggie (owners) are wonderful people. They accommodate you, always listen, are very professional and treat you like family.Kathy (who does my pedicures) is sweet, happy and good at what she does.Sky who does my no-chip (with diamonds!) is a pro. He always makes my nails fabulous!I will not go anywhere else.They also have a second location, Nail Fairy, in Westmont.

Really looked forward to going here after hearing rave reviews from my aunts/family and best friend... unfortunately, this review does not support these recommenders.I went here for the first time yesterday and despite an initially great start on my polish removal (dip nails from another salon), the woman decided on doing a full manicure (even though I just asked for nail polish removal and change) and completely ripped up my cuticles. When I flinched, it turned out she had dug so deep into my nailbed and I started to bleed - but she didnt stop nor did she apologize.I remained quiet and asked her to decrease her intensity - instead, she went to the other hand and almost matched the deep cut she gave me on my left hand with that on my right hand! My poor hands are still tingling from pain.Upon putting on the coats of dip sand/polish/color, she didnt ask what shape I wanted in my nail... s didnt even shape the nails before putting on the polish - in fact, she ended up doing the shaping at the end of the manicure, which totally makes the polish look unfinished and a lighter color than the rest of the nails, now! When she finally did finish the 3 dip polis layers, she was staring at my hands without saying a word - but she was holding what I thought was a top coat... then she called over the manager.I dont know if it was because she noticed the blood on both my hands still flowing from the nail beds or the rawness of my fingers at that point, but he ended up coming over to my table - where the original nail artist just left without a word to me - and he ended up putting on the top coat of dip polish (which, by the way, was in a contained labeled BASE and not top/finishing coat)...I will be honest, the managers was non-stop talking to me, as well as offered and gave a hand and wrist massage with lotion/oils. I do NOT plan on returning here - I was impressed initially because they knew their clientele by name and never made anyone wait more than 5 minutes to sit down... but my nailbeds are bruised, my fingers hurt, and I really wish I had an apology. Im so sad that my friends/family recommendation on nail salon turned out to be a bust.

I’ve been coming to this salon for nearly 7 years! Love this place and all the kind and wonderful workers. 10/10 would recommend coming here. Just a wonder place over all!

I love this nail shop they do a great job there really quick and they also take time to give the service you want and they all speak English which is extremely important for me they understand what youre saying when you ask for something and they deliver. The place is nice theyve got great pedicure chairs and a got good drying station. Jenny is the best she gives fantastic hand and foot messages.

Great job on my nails. Done in half an hour and like the many selections of colors and styles. The gentleman that did my nails was a bit rough in the handling of my nails but for the service and detail I overlooked that a bit. He really did do a great job on my hands. Didnt like the constant leaving from my session to take other customers info when there were others who could have helped them while I was being taken care of. That is a bit annoying I have to say.

The owner is very nice, 5 stars. However, the guy that provided the service did not even offer lotion at the end. At other salons, lotion and a hand massage is always provided. The guy rushed through the no chip manicure and was being sloppy. He was taking shortcuts, I did not get what I paid for. Loved the owner but very disappointed with the service. Employees need training on customer service and QUALITY.

I love that theyre willing to fix any defects within 10 days, however sometimes you wouldnt need a fix if the tech just slowed down and was great at their craft.

My nails were in horrible shape when I walked in there. When I walked out they were beautiful. She took the extra time to make sure all the cuticles were trimmed, and nails were shaped the way I wanted. She was extremely nice and the atmosphere was welcoming. I would definitely got back again!!

So I returned to the nail salon after a year of COVID. My daughter was in town and I thought to visit Happy Nails after doing my own nails at home as a nice treat for her and I. I was immensely not impressed with the nail service I received. The ladies who I am familiar with are no longer there. My nails were not done the way that I like them or are used to seeing them after leaving. Really disappointed. The tips had a very thin coat of acrylic or gel whatever she used, I can bend my tips. Not good!!. I will not be returning.

I enjoy the staff and they do well on the pedicures and nails. Prices are fair and great selection of colors.

I had a ambre fill with Jenny. She did a fantastic job and was very reasonable

Yes the place to go. Im visiting from Texas so it was hard to determine where to go. I felt welcomed & most of all my mani & pedi was everything a girl needs!!Especially the manicure, I believe his name was Mike (or some sort of common name) he moved very fast so I was a little skeptical about the outcome but he understood the exact way I wanted my nails & Im a HAPPY gal!

My pedicure felt rushed. I had to tell them to buff certain toes and there were gaps in the polish. I wasnt even asked if I wanted a design which is the standard up charge for them. Will not go back!

Danny is amazing! I have been going here for 8 years!! The only nail salon for me. If you are unhappy Danny will make sure your nails are corrected. My daughter has been enjoying the mani and pedi for 3 years. She messes her nails up before she leaves everytime. Danny checks her nails before we walk out and wil fix them. Love the service! Love my nail shop!! Love my nail tech Danny!
