I moved here from Florida 2 years ago! I was struggling to find a nail shop that takes their time and cares about the quality rather than rushing people in and out! They do an amazing job with my acrylic nails. My daughter loves getting her nails done with me and they are very understanding and patient with her. It’s always a great time!

They are so polite and professional! I have been to a couple of other salons and this place is the best!

I’ve been going here since i was a kid with my mom and i had never left the salon upset. they have done amazing acrylic nails for me and this is my #1 spot to go to get my nails done. i normally get my eyebrows waxed here, and my brows got bad, so i went in yesterday to get them done. they helped me pretty quickly, and they were really nice, but i noticed that it had hurt more than usual. they put some aftercare products on my brows that burned and made my skin irritated. i have never had sensitive skin, so i had never experienced this. when i got home, i noticed that skin was missing from above and below my brows. they waxed my skin off. also, my brows are messy and have some bald spots. i had never had a bad experience getting my brows done here, but my brows are scabbed and red. i tried covering it with makeup, but it isn’t working very well. that was probably the last time i will go there for eyebrows.

This is the first time I’ve been here and it will be the last! Shortest pedicure I’ve ever had at 45 minutes! Also today I noticed that the clear top coat is uneven, leaving an outline around each toenail. The heels of my feet are also still rough. I can’t remember the last time I’ve had such a terrible pedicure!

I love this place! My daughter and I travel 40 minutes just to get a manicure and pedicure.

The manicures grow out really well. Great attention to detail and clean. I really like this place.

The owner, Brooke, is extremely rude and unprofessional. I had asked her to fix my pedicure but because I already left (literally just left) the building she would not fix them. Completely unable to take responsibility or ownership of her own work. She yelled at me on the phone for asking a question. I would not recommend going there.

I love coming here!! They are always so professional and helpful. The no chip lasts for so much longer than other nail salons! I will never choose another salon! Thank you!!

Great, reliable, local nail place. Brooke and staff take interest in their customers. Always takes time with my 89 year old mom and helps her pick out fun colors!

Best manicure

Not good. Nail tech barely pushed my cuticles back. That’s why I get my nails done, so they can remove all the dead skin. Massage sucked too. Also did not paint all the way back to cuticle. Looks like I got my nails done a week ago (looks grown out). Not friendly either. Thought I’d try it out but no way. Going back to fairy nails.

Not committed to customer service, or doing what they say will do. Employees talk to each other in their own language, and talk down to customers in a rude way. Should be more appreciative of the customers that bring business!

Clean, quick, affordable, and even had Netflix playing for entertainment. The man who did my pedi stayed 10 minutes past closing time to make sure my nails dried enough so they wouldnt get damaged and did not try to rush me out or look annoyed. I showed my gratitude with a 40% tip. Thank you!

I always come here because of the exceptional service. Theyre very polite and always do an amazing job. Very accommodating too. Ill never go anywhere else!

This is by far the most unprofessional nail salon I’ve ever visited. I recently moved here from VA and this was the closest nail salon to me. I walked in one day asking for a refill and the woman in the front was so rude and could not understand anything I wanted. I then came in to get my nails done and the lady made them so BULKY and disgusting looking. Then I came in to get a pedicure and there were 5 nail techs available and it took them 25 mins to even acknowledge me. They seated me in the pedicure seat, let the water run so I wouldn’t leave and then Took their sweet time attending to me. SAVE YOUR MONEY and go to HAPPY NAILS!!!! Much better service, and accommodations.

Go somewhere else! The employees are rude, and will rush just to get more customers in. I got a manicure but because they were busy they just painted my nails, and skipped everything else, and I got attitude because I didnt want to pay full price, which I ended up having to do. They also take too many people at once, so you will sit and wait while they help other people in the middle of your visit. If you ask a question or explain a problem they just ignore you and walk away. Theyre extremely rude. Go somewhere else.

They do a great job! Use tub liners and disposable files. Always willing to accommodate.

Staff was very professional and they had a variety of colors. My nails turned out beautiful.

Owner was very rude when I called back because my nails chipped after 18 hours. She told me it wasnt her problem and was very reluctant to fix my nail.

The No-Chip manicures are great, the pedicures are super relaxing, but most importantly, they are very polite and treat me and my daughter like VIPS.

I was shocked yesterday when I was there, tried to pay for my nails with my card $15, that Chinese cashier who named herself “Brooke” told me “ oh no, if you are paying with card it’s $25”, seriously what kind of place, I don’t carry cash with me and they forced me to pay extra $10 for not having cash, definitely reporting them to The authorities

Not a good place, so dirty, they really don’t get what you want done, they don’t understand English at, Brooke is very unprofessional, I regret going there and will never go back

Sadly the staff has made some rude comments and not very welcoming ... I won’t be going back or recommending ...
