Ben didn’t talk much but he got the job done! Beautiful results for a $55 walk-in. The owner may want to look at getting a bigger space and more employees as they are super busy. So if you plan on doing something advanced or multiple services I suggest calling and making appointment. Also would suggest having a picture ready to make it faster.I got nude acrylic powder & used the liner paint for V tips.

They are very friendly. Their customer service is top notch. It is very clean, in there, too. And, they want their customers satisfied. They do great work. Ruby is awesome, so sweet and she does not take long. You will be well pleased with her finished work.

I flew in to town today from Dallas and had the pleasure of meeting RUBY. She was so attentive and did an amazing job on my nails. She was also very funny and polite and I will definitely be back next time I’m in town!!! 10/10 recommend!

I asked to get my nails taken off and the woman was very hostile with me. she used another nail under mine and roughly got it off after i expressed how painful it felt. and she didnt even get all of the nail glue off ! she completely ruined my right thumb nail. NEVER COME HERE.

The outcome of the nails is fine, but it is not the best quality Ive ever experienced. Another downside is the wait time is always over an hour long. You should make an appointment, or try to be the first one there.

Ive been going to Venus Nails for a few months but my visit today will be my last. I felt very uncomfortable as I was getting my nails done the The nail tech doing my nails was laughing and giggling with the other tech next to her while doing my nails the entire time. They were also talking amongst themselves in their native language and continuing to look at me and giggling. I thought this was very unprofessional of them. I will no longer be a repeat customer.

I went in to get my nails done didnt want to cut my nails due to Im trying to let them grow all she did was paint my nails instead of gel or dip like I asked an charged me $35.. 4 days later two of my nails aremessed up.

When I got there, they sat me down right away for my pedi and unfortunately, I was waiting longer than expected, but Im so glad i did because they gave me extra treatment and made me feel extra special! I had two people working on me at once. One for my manicure and one for my pedicure. They were funny and very nice and they always asked how did it feel and if i was okay. I liked that about them. I highly recommend that you try Venus Nails out. 5 OUT OF 5!

I will never go to this establishment again. I came in with a picture of how I wanted my nails. I asked the technician several times could they do it with the exact colors, she was not helpful at all. Once I realized she just wasnt going to help, I decided to just pay for my half done pedicure and go somewhere else. The nail salon I found saw the picture and had no problems helping me with everything. Im so happy with my nails. Elegant Nails is a go to nail salon...❤❤❤

DO NOT GO HERE!! First of all the lady continuously talked about my nails that were perfectly done(shape and acrylic) she asked if i wanted a cut down and to keep the coffin shape and i said yes... she did not shape them correctly they were wide square and when i asked her to fix them she tried to argue and tell me what she liked and that it would be more money to shape them..also I HAVE TWO CUTS ON MY FINGERS. I will NEVER return

Pedicures were amazing!! Beautiful facility.Came in yesterday 10/7/19 got gel nails and Nails are so thin after leaving my daughter and I are having issues with our nails bending.Today 10/8/19 my daughter had her nail polish chip.

I thought this will be a great place to get my nails done because they weren’t busy but I was very wrong. My pedicure was very short and only last 15 mins. My dip was worse! I can see on the sides where the dip wasn’t on and then within a week my dip was chipping and cracking! Then to insult me further the owner kept telling me to get my eyebrows waxed. I am trying to grow them and I don’t need anyone to keep telling me I need to get them done. Then to top it off they give you coupons to use within a week because they know you will need to come back within a week. Spent way too much money and was not worth it!

Recently I was just their and I was overcharged when we had spoken on the phone earlier my amount was originally 55 dollars but came up as 70 and that was without a tip . Although I am satisfied with my nails I am disappointed for being overcharged.

Rushed on my wife’s feet she was not happy, and they talked about us in their language. Lived in Japan for 3 years in the Air Force so I picked up some of the things they were saying little did they know.
