Ive been going here for a year because its always empty but I got a pedicure and acrylic nails the job was horrible I had other pressing business so I left and came right back and the horrible job that was done was obvious so the young girl tried to fix my nails and my feet this is one hour later and I woke up next morning and another nail had broke while I was sleeping the acrylic was almost paper thin I went back next day for fix and they charged me another $5 when I originally paid $75 and gave a generous tip as I do for all service ppl of that type and also when I walked in she immediately offered me a mask but I had my own in my hand and as I was there ta white couple walked in without masks and she didnt offer them a mask until I said something

I went in to have acrylic set SOAKED off. They proceeded to chop off my nail length that i had been working to grow out and gouge at my nail with a used and cut tip to pry the acrylic off. They damaged my nail beds so bad I couldn’t even dry myself home from the pain. I asked the multiple times to stop and soak the nails in acetone and i was told that “isn’t how acrylic is removed”

Very good! I went there for a manicure and a pedicure and i got gel nail polish and it was probably the best nail experience i’ve ever had! Would recommend!

Didnt do a good job on my Sister nails and feet

My first visit and last!! I stop to get my granddaughter nails and toes done. She is 5 years old. We pick out the gel polish lollipop. He did her toes and then her nails. the bill was $30. I pay $20 at regular place. Then we get home, she takes a bath and now 3 fingers no polish. It wasnt on a good 3 hours. Next day gone on her left hand. I call today and they say bring her back I need to her nails. You costing me money to come to and from..........DONE!!!!!!

Asked for Liquid gel nails received Powder gel nails thats looked seriously not worth the money paid??? Would not recommend this establishment...had to repeatedly tell the tech that my pedicure wasnt acceptable after her argument with me about my feet??😡 and my manicure 💅 began looking terrible after 2 days...thought it would have lasted at least til I get to a real professional nail salon...

I had an appointment at 3:00 but no one started on my pedicure until 4:30. I also asked for a gel manicure. I had gel on my nails already that should have been properly taken off but all the man did was peel them off which i could have done. This also left more damage to my nails. The gel nails only lasted half a week and the soft pink color that i chose came out of the bottle being hot pink. All of that cost me 45 dollars at my regular salon which was closed. At dothan nails they charged me 75 dollars. DO NOT GO HERE!!

Highly disappointed/dissatisfied. Went for a polish change on my toes, a fill-in and a cutdown on one hand. The guy who did my toes was quite rude. And the color I chose (light pink) looks white. I’m assuming he refilled the bottle with something else because there wasn’t much polish in it and he got up after he began polishing my toes then came back. The guy who did my nails cut both hands down which wasn’t necessary. I originally had coffin-shaped. Nails now aren’t even remotely close to that. Some are now thicker than others. I wanted the same color which was a really light/soft pink. I now have some terrible peachy-white color and the polish coverage isn’t even consistent on every nail. So many other details I’m looking at that’s aren’t up to par. Ugh. Money and time wasted. Won’t be returning.

I have been going to Dothan Nails for maybe 9 months . Each time I go I never had to many problems . The last two times I have been there I have had one lady to mess my eye brows up and I called the manger she said they will fix it I waited and maybe a couple weeks later to get my eye brows done because the manger said she will do them over for free . Well I go in today and this guy pulls so hard on my face that when I left there, I left with a headache and with one eye brow smaller then the other . I won’t be back nor will I recommend anyone to this establishment. Very disheartening because the manger is a very sweet woman..

Ok I try not to be that person but my gel paint job was terrible. Looks like a child did it. I have dried up acrylic on my skin. I just went there to ask the guy about it and they completely ignored me. The only reason I went was bc my nail tech is gone for several weeks. Its terrible, I could have done this myself. Ill NEVER go bk!

I went to get my old lashes took off and a new set put on . It took her over a hour to do so . She glued my real lashes to the fake ones so it wouldnt come off .... thats not right .... she used so much glue it looked like I had eyeliner on . But yet 3 days after getting them done they came right off 🤔 she charged me a extra $5 to take my old ones off and I left a $10 tip.she didnt know what she was doing ! What a waist of time, money and lashes !!! Will never go back

The front door clearly says they open at 9:30 but this morning upon arriving at 9:30 the lights were still off and door was locked... They finally got there and opened at 10.... I had already gotten my eyebrows done elsewhere. Its ridiculous. They need to realize that without the customers they get no paycheck!!! Get it together Dothan Nails!!!

This place is horrible. He rushed through my pedicure. The polish looked disgusting the way he just slapped it on my toes. He kept jumping up and doing other things. I am never coming here again. It was a waste of my time and money! This place is awful! Do not waste your time, money or energy coming to this place! You will be highly disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just got a fill there and waited a little bit, but it was worth it because they girl took care in her work and did my nails exactly how I want em. Im a picky customer so its rare that Im fully pleased, everything was clean and nice Ill definitely be back!

I wouldnt recommend anyone to get services done at Dothan Nails. For one the owner allows her nail techs to use terrible customer service . Not to mention they are more focused on the quantity of customers not the quality of service. It is far too many nail salons in Dothan to patronize at that have great customer service skills and take pride in their work.From my experience if I could rate Dothan Nails a zero they would get a zero.

Clean facility, friendly employees, price is reasonable and quality is excellent . Received a fill in two weeks ago and my nails still look presentable. I’ll definitely be back.

DO NOT COME HERE. Got my nails done today and it looks like I already need a fill. Acrylic sits in the middle of my nail and the polish and glue is all over my skin. Nails are all different shapes and sizes. Dont waste your money!!!

I came here on a Sunday because my regular was closed. The lady did not do a good job on my ombré French tips, the next day they were chipping so I went to get them fixed and the man had an attitude and acted like he could not fix them. He even got some polish and polished over my airbrushed French tips! It did not blend at all and when I stated what are you doing? Youre going to leave it like that? He said yes. I told him that I would NOT be coming back there. Stay away from this place!

She did good on my nails, although she was being rude. I asked for her to add jewels and she huffed and puffed and shook her head. She was like, next time if you want jewels you need to call us and tell us....why in the world do u have to call ahead of time just for some simple diamonds 🤷🏽‍♀️...and one of my acrylics were crooked

So I went asking for a fill in they said ok but then a customer there told us not to come here theyre terrible. We were about to leave when then lady told me to come over so I did. She started taking of my nail I asked her what she was doing and she told us to do it at home. Now theyre really ugly 🤢

If I could rate it a 0, thats what it would have been. All I wanted was gel polish and the lady started on my nails and then went to another lady getting a full set of acrylics, then would come back to me and get up again to go to the other lady. And between all of that she was walking around doing other random things and going to the back of the salon doing God knows what. Then just disappeared. Me and the lady were looking at each other confused. Then a guy came out and rushed thru mine, and the girl finished the other ladys. He put the wrong color on my nail and when I told him, he claimed they didnt have the color I chose on the nail display ... I was just annoyed at that point and wanted him to finish so I could leave. Within a couple days the polish was peeling off and looked awful. I will NEVERRRRRRRRR go back and there are way too many nail salons in Dothan for someone to make the mistake of coming here twice. 💅 💅 💅

Great place to get great service

I got false lashes on Sunday afternoon, within a matter of hours they had already started to come off. They didnt match each other (left eye was noticeably fuller then right eye) after sleeping with them on for 1 night 2 chunks had come off completely making me look ridiculous. $25 (plus $5 tip) for lashes that are supposed to last 4-6 weeks and it didnt make it past the first 4 hours..... Very displeased!!!

I wish I could give negative stars. The man had a disgusting sore on his hand that wasn’t visible until after he had done two of my nails or I would’ve left. He should’ve at least had gloves on if he was going to work with that on his hand. He was on the phone the whole time, then when I got in my car, I could see literal polish beads where it was so thick it had dried in drops. I uploaded the pictures so people could see. It was horrible.

The fastest pedicure ever! The lady next to me, been here before me, we beat her getting finished. My wife and I by far were not pleased.

I went on a Sunday the guy who did my pedi and nails sucked, he did my pedi so fast wasnt even worth the time or money then he did my nails so thick I just rolled with it 4 days later 3 of them were coming off went back the owner fixed them now 3 days later there coming off again I had to go get some nail glue and nail them back on, so needless to say I will not spend no more of my money here

I went there today to get my nails and toes done. They done a bad job on my nails but done a good job on toes. I asked for a discount but the manager would not give me one. I will not go back to them .

If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible my nails are uneven have a spot on my thumb close to cuticle that there is no Arcrlic stuff. And he charged me extra to color as the French manicure part. Will not be going back

They basically just washed my feet and painted them. And some of the customers gave me unapproving looks. Just my opinion, tho.When I came out after supposedly having my nails dried. Some of it came off when it touched something.

HORRIBLE. pedi wore off after an hour. Polish all over toes . Look at this crap

Pedicure was okay, but my nails look terrible. Only hours after having them done they were chipped. The paint didnt completely cover my nail and the paint has air bubbles underneath. The nail polish looks old and cheap. Dont go.

I went to get my eyebrows waxed & I told the man that I did not want them too thin, to just remove the stray hairs & he basically took off my whole tail of my right eyebrow and my left brow is super skinny while the right is thicker.
