This place is awesome! They do a wonderful job. They have amazing prices! They are friendly, Very nice and so polite! I love this nail salon.

It is hands down the best place to get your nails done. They have those big comfy massage chairs that you sit in while they massage your legs and feet with their hands and with hot stones, then afterwards you move over to their table and they paint your nails with precision. They are very good and make you feel so comfortable.

Never go there again. She did my nails almost 2 weeks when I left I looked at them, uneven, really thick, gaps that wasnt filled in. Just a mess. I went and had them removed same one took them off left my nails in a mess 2 have gouging in to the quick. Another lady came in with hers in a mess from the day before to thick. No I wont ever go there or refer them.

I loved to go to this salon but lately every time I go there are different people working and the last couple of times they have cut my toe. I walked out the last time without getting my pedicure completed

I showed a photo of what Id like and was told that the nail tech could do it. I did not get what I asked for, but the lines and work were clean and neat. I paid a little much for something I didnt ask for. Way too expensive.

They were super fast and my nails look great! Only four stars because he was a little rough on my cuticles with the Dremel. Otherwise everything was alright and Ill most likely go back. 🙂

They Was rushing. They told my daughter they couldnt do art on her nails due to fact they were closing.Their techniques was very sloppy,due to the fact I think she was rushing. I would have rather them to have said we dont have time to get it properly done..$90 wasted

Clean, sanitary, and super friendly service. I made an appointment and didnt have to wait at all. One of the best Pedicures Ive had, and a great job on powder coating my nails.

I paid $55 for a pedicure. At my regular salon, I pay $45 for a pedicure that involves much more than the $55 pedicure at this salon. My nails are crooked. Pain on the skin. I tried to tell them my nails were crooked. The employees constantly had to get other employees to come over to see what I was talking about. I don’t understand. I came here because I was told how amazing this place was. I left disappointed and unsatisfied. I’m going to have to go get my nails fixed somewhere else. Making nails straight/the shape wanted should be the BARE MINIMUM!

My experience was horrible, I asked for coffin nail shape, but Got the opposite . Each nail had a different shape, and they were bulky and crooked, the paint job was horrible. Not worth the $60 I paid.

Not happy with service. Asked for white acrylic powder. Was given dip nails. Had them redone and still was not right. Shape was off and color.

The service is great. I made an appointment and I didnt have to wait at all. The therapeutic pedicure is great it helps with inflammation if you have an ingrown toenail which I did. The peppermint was an extra bonus. I have found my place for pedicures. I searched a couple since I moved here and P N nail is the best . Thank you so much Ben. .

This place is ok pedicure was nice and they did most everything with sterile tools. But when getting my Acrylic nails done they started to use an electric nail filer which you are only supposed to use on the acrylic and not natural nail. Using this on natural nails is a big no no and it causes them to burn the cuticles and the skin next to the fingers and is painful. Especially painful when they go to apply the chemicals for the acrylic that burn. My finger has hurt for more than 24 hours since they were to lazy to use a regular file/buffer on my nails.

I guess I went at a bad time as the lady who did my nails was basically directing the activity of new people coming in as well as answering the phone. She was so distracted and in a real hurry to get me done that my nails, a new set, look like a beginner did them. Ive been doing my nails for years at another place in Dothan and gave it a long term rest to grow my own nails out. Well because of my thyroid condition I had no such luck keeping them at any length. So I tried this shop. I most likely WONT be going back here. Ill go back to the one before and give them a try as they switch out ppl month to month.

Great service but sometimes has a long wait- definitely worth it though! They have the best pedicures around. The prices are reasonable especially for the gel nails. Any of the employees are great.

Took my sister here and I must say Best place EVER!!! the wait was less than 10 mins the atmosphere was amazing, excellent customer service. Was offer the herbal spa jelly like foot bath, I would definitely come back here again

The place is very clean and they do a great job. This is my favorite place to come for my nails. I come every 2 weeks for my fill in. Lisa is a great worker and is very fast.

The place is clean and sanitize. I liked the pedicure I was getting until the end when I picked a color for my toe nails, I didnt realize I was getting gel and nobody told me I was going to get charge $15 extra for it. I also didnt like the fact that the guy doing the pedicure didnt scrape the hard skin off my feet hard enough so I still have some of it left where it was very noticeable so that upset me since it was the main reason I went there.

Came in with my mother to get our nails done. Mom wanted a pedi & mani, I was gonna get a full set, both of us with gel polish. They didnt listen after I told them twice I didnt want a pedicure and started running water for both of us. Then they got mad when I told them a 3rd I wasnt getting a pedicure. Afterwards they refused to acknowledge me so my nails NEVER got done. I told them my mother was hard of hearing and they needed to speak up. Instead they refused to even talk to her and ignored everything she said afterwards. They didnt cure her toes under the uv light so after we left they got messed up.
