READ this before you join Kelly Services at Highland park, MIData Entry Clerk - Highland Park, MIIf you have applied for the Data Entry Operator position at this company, you need to hear me out as I have been working for this company as a Data Entry Operator for over 5 years.- I started working for Kelly Services in 2015 with a pay rate of 10/hr. After 5 years, it will still 10/hr. THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS PAY RAISE IN THIS COMPANY.- As a Data Entry Operator we were expected to enter data accurately into the clients systems. That is, ONLY if we have enough work for Data Entry. If we didnt have any Data Entry work, they would bring other departments work which has nothing to do with data entry and force us to do them. Its more like labor-intensive works.- The Manager was: Joveria Mumtaz- The manager lady who is responsible for the Data Entry Department is hated by many employees because of her attitude and the way she conducts things. As a manager, she knows that we are hired for data entry. She has no right to make the decision for us and tell the other departments manager that we would help them with their labor-intensive work.- The manager lady literally would ask if there is any volunteer to go and help the people from another department. If no one is willing to go she would yell at all of us and say things like We are all going to go. She makes the decision without asking us first, then yells at us. and HELPING OTHER DEPARTMENT IS NOT OUR JOB. THAT IS NOT DATA ENTRY.- The manager lady doesnt understand your health issue or personal needs. All she cares about work and work only. It doesnt matter what is your condition, she expects you to come to work. She would literally bully you to come to work.- The manager lady doesnt care about COVID-19. She told some people that not to answer the COVID-19 questionnaire correctly. If you have a fever, dont check the fever box in the paper. If you were in contact with someone who traveled internationally, she told us not to check those boxes in the paper.- The manager lady would set unrealistic goals that no one can reach within the given time limit.- Many of my co-workers left the job and planning to leave because of the manager and her attitude toward the workers.- If I say she is not nice, that would be wrong. She is nice. She would bring breakfasts for us sometime. Arrange parties and all other stuff. But everything goes to the gutter if she is in the bad mood, or she wants to force us to do something.- We talked to her many times about a pay raise. Then during a meeting, a guy from HR said Kelly doesnt give raises. After the pandemic started they gave us $0.15 raise. Which means our hourly rate is $10.15 after all these years. By this, they are literally telling us Screw you. At the same time, if you look at other companies, they are paying $13 - $16 per hour for the data entry position after the pandemic started.- If you are wanting to work for this company, be prepared to listen to their yelling and unjust demands. And also be prepared to be forced to do something which you were not hired for.

VERY CHEAP PLACE THEY SEND U TO A JOB 12$ A HR BUT ONLY PAY YOU 9.25$ HR THEY GET PAID FOR US WORKING INSTEAD OF GIVING US OUR 12$ THEY USE US TO WORK FOR THEM LIKE SLAVES IN KEEP THE 12$ A HOUR FOR EVERYONE THEY SEND TO WORK SO IF YOU CHECK IS SHORT THIS IS WHY IF YOU BLACK DO NOT GO THEIR

Now I see why the rating is so bad! Why send your employees on bs jobs! Example XENITH! like if you wouldn’t work there yourself why send your temps! This company needs to spend time helping there team instead of just trying to make a dollar! One of the worst agencies out here! You need to be closed down completely! Please dont go here if you do any anything else just dont go here this place is horrible they dont pay people in the timely manner Jennifer has a smart attitude for no reason because they have company messed up on payments they have an address in the system that I did not give them they also have a W-4 filled out for me that I did not fill out Im constantly being smart talk to smart I have not received my payment for the work that I have done my me and my wife anniversary is this weekend we cant even go to the room that we got together because they didnt want to pay us so we can pay the babysitter to babysit our kids were supposed to be and I dont know were supposed to be on vacation and I dont know why they decided that they firing me because I said I was going to get a lawyer because she ruined our weekend vacation and anniversary weekend they decided they wanted to wrongfully fired me because I said I was sue I made plans and I did what I was supposed to do in order to be paid and received my checks and they did not do what they were supposed to do I let them know ahead of time that they could not send mail no checks to me at this address because of the federal postal block that is on this address I guess no one cares because everyone else has already been paid and then they anniversaries are going to go good regardless of what happens to me I was not made aware that the checks will be mailed out by the way they never told me that and itll orientation with Kelly Services Inc in orientation with Kotex and orientation with any other orientation nobody never mention it hey were going to mail you your first check would have been nice I just didnt want to know why they have my bank account number and nobody I made everybody aware of this situation on Tuesday morning at 9:15 a.m. And nobody did anything to resolve this situation Hell my first check could have went to my bank account you got my account information
