Hippa/oshas bus trip seminar was great. Made a boring subject interesting

I’ve been contacted twice by the same recruiter, not going to throw them under the bus by name but initials: W.L.This recruiter is kind and comes off as helpful but appears that she’s either really busy, careless, or not honest.On two separate occasions she has made me hopeful and left me in the dark regarding an IT role with DTE.The first time I rejected an opportunity, while it paid a little less, it was a direct hire role with better than good benefits, while the DTE role is contract first then potential hire.Second time around, once again, what should be at most a 2 week process has now become almost a month.This was a clear sign that maybe I’m better off moving to another, warmer, state than to continue my efforts in SE Michigan.This is not a reliable recruiter. Which reflects their organization.

So far this agency has not been helpful at all. I called and the person that answered the phone had a dry tone. He advised me to email my resume and a recruiter would contact me. I waited 4 weeks and called back, same unenthusiastic person answers the phone again, and tells me I just have to wait. The man offered no information other than just wait.

High turn around for there MSA position.
