Nails 2000 is phenomenal in every way! Everyone that works here is so genuinely kind and attentive. Their quality is beyond, and they are very up front with costs, and personable. Hellen or P is fantastic and literally gave me the perfect nails! This is the only salon I’ll go to time and time again

I have been going to Nails 2000 for over a year. I absolutely love Helen and Lilly. Their services are amazing and extremely professional. They are extremely clean and are following the social distancing guidelines set by the CDC.

I came in for pedicures and Mason (son) after the incident I asked for the name and gave three different names. He started my pedicure and on my left foot I asked could he go back over and I guess this is where he got upset. So when he got to my right foot he was extremely hard and rough and ended up cutting me. I was bleeding an she did nothing but just look and wanted to continue. He never apologized or anyone said they were sorry for this happen. He was upset because I asked for more on one foot and took his angry out on my foot. I am so mad. This should be addressed by his upper or however. If you can’t control your actions you need not to do the service if you upset

Initial Impression:Very quick friendly service and flawless work. I just wish the massage part was a little longer at least 5 minutes for basic services.Update:My pedicure lasted longer than my gel nail, which only lasted a few days. Then they touched them up for free, but my nails started chipping again the day after (in whole pieces). I ended up having to take the polish off myself. Wasted my money on a gel set that was supposed to last almost 2 weeks. Then they tried to tell me that my nails were too oily or that I was probably washing my hands too much. Funny, cuz this is the first time my gel set didnt last more than 2 weeks.

Been going here every month for two and a half years for pedicures. Will continue to do so.

Waited a long time to get my nails done again, people recommended this place. walking in no good customer service, asked what was in or what they would recommend (had not get my nails done in years) bad attitude dont care about customer just about doing many to get their money. got them on Friday evening and a nail broke on Sunday morning the day of my event. people should not do stuff that they dont enjoy doing.

Nice clean!!!! Taking temperature and plenty of sanitizer... Plastic shields EVERYWHERE!!! THEY ARE PRACTICING SOCIAL DISTANCING!! This actually isnt my nail salon but I broke a nail while I was out and decided to get it fixed. I will be coming back

My experience at Nails 2000 was overall the best. I got glammed by Ryan! Ryan had an extreme high level of customer service. He changed my whole mood. My nails are absolutely beautiful as well as my eyebrow wax, and toes! I will definitely consider switching to a regular here!! I wish I could post the photos of his work!! Definitely visit Nails 2000!!

I was afraid because of my weight and not being able to get in the chair, but I was made very comfortable and like I mattered. My tech was very skilled and I normally cry from experiences, but not this time.

The place is old and overrated!The wait is ridiculously long. I can’t believe people sit. We called and made an appointment and when we got to the shop they said it would be a 2 hour wait. Really? What’s the purpose of a reservation.

Customer Service is Very Bad. When you call and ask what time do you take the last appointment..... lady said 6:30 pm we’ll take you. Well, you get there the very short rude guy will not honor what they said. Then he starts giving all kinds of excuses. Go to an AMERICAN nail salon. Where they understand good business practices.

I love this place but be prepared to sit. They only do walk-ins so you may be there over an hour before getting your nails done however, its worth it because they do an amazing job!

Their personality is great until they try to overcharge for services. The little man of the crew will take advantage if you do not watch him. My nails always crack. This time there are 5 I need redone!!! Cant wait to try others that are in the area.

Went for the first time to this nail shop and it would be my last time. I got the cat eye design with gel polish, within that night it was peeling off. I returned to the shop to let them know, my nails were re-polished and I got the same results (peeling and the gel was not dry) now here it is 2 days later, now more of my nail polish is peeling off my nails. Wont be getting more of my business or money.

The appearance of this shop is very outdated and it smelled funky in there. I came in the shop with a picture of what I wanted. They didnt have the colors I wanted so I got something similar. The lady that did my nails was very nice. I will give her that. But, she isnt a good nail tech. My nails were on fire the entire time she was drilling on them. They came out sideways and bumpy all over... I had to leave the shop and go buy a nail file to make them somewhat decent.. I spent $55 on a set of nails. I think I could do much better somewhere else.

Very very unprofessional on their nails. Didn’t even get the acrylic all the way on the sides. Got up and left because once I told him to fix it he started talking to Vietnamese with everybody there. I highly do not recommend this place at all.

Literally came in at 9:30 a.m., and it’s now 9:57 a.m. and I’m walking out the door. I was definitely in a rush and they got me in and OUT! Thank you for my gel pedi!

Love my nails. My first time here definitely not my last

I came in here last Wednesday and got a pedicure and full set. I got the basic pedicure for $23. The employee only let me soak my feet for 2-3 mins before beginning to dry them to paint them. I realize that I got the basic pedicure, but other nail salons leave your feet in the water for at least 10 minutes. If I had of known their “basic pedicure” would last 2-3 minutes I would have just paid $8 for “paint only”.When it was time for my full set, the nail tech that started on my nails had me switch to his sister to finish my nails. 3 minutes later, one of her regular customers comes in And then I’m forced to move to yet another nail tech just because she knew her. Neither one of the first two nail techs said a word to me besides what shape I wanted and what color. The other two customers that they took care of, they had full blown conversations with them.All in all, very unfriendly staff unless you are a regular and don’t get a pedicure from here.

They do decent nails but they close the entire business for weeks at a time to go on family vacations. Its frustrating to get used to a nail tech, and then they disappear without notice. You literally show up one fine Wednesday afternoon needing a manicure, and theres a note on the door saying closed until whenever...ugh

This is my only nail spot. Love the staff it is family owned and they are wonderful! They dont charge you for every little thing. So their deluxe is their regular package for pedicure.

This salon has a policy in place to benefit themselves and not the consumer. My acrylic nails both broke in half after getting them filled the day before Thanksgiving. I went back the day after Thanksgiving to ask them to fix it and they politely told me that they have to charge me because I didn’t get a full-set and once I walk out of the door with a fill they don’t fix broken nails for free if you only received a fill (even though they broke later that day). Also, my french pedicure is crooked and chipped. I brought 6 of my family members to come here for their stay in town for Thanksgiving and I’d never recommend a nail salon puts a policy in place to benefit themselves and not the customer, especially when it’s their work.

Walked in was greeted and sat immediately and they started right after and I already am leaving in under 30 minutes very pleased will return

Customer service is great, but they did my nails really fast and thin . The next day one nail cracked and as the days went by they kept cracking and coming off. Ive only had this set for a week and 4 nails have already came off. I suggest going some where that takes their time and give you good quality. First and last time going there.

I just left out of there because the gentleman getting ready to do my nails was so rude to me. Everything he said to me was rude and with an attitude. I guess hes not used to customers asking questions, or perhaps hes having a bad day. Either way I chose to take my business elsewhere, and I will never go back.

The quality of the nails isnt all that great. Plus its mostly young inexperienced techs that work their. But besides that the pedicure was pretty good.
