So this go around there was a guy that did my nails. He did an excellent job! Not quite the design I wanted on my ring finger but I will admit I really didnt do an adequate job of describing it either. I think had I, he would have nailed it (pun intended) 🥰 I loved the care he took on the back of my nails as well as the precision to make them not appear thick but natural even though I got a powder dip. He was also sociable and funny. And although not the design I wanted, I certainly love the technique used to get what I have and love this design even the more.

I went to Arts Nails at 5:45 this evening and left at 9:15 tonight May 19, 2021, and I wasnt alone. They increase their prices without informing their customers and wanted to use the blame game that because of the pandemic and supplies, they had to increase their prices. My regular payment went from $60 to $85.00. This place is always busy and theyre not losing any money. They also wanted me to pay by Zelle; I wonder why?? Another customer asked for a regular French polish on her feet and the technician argued with her telling her she asked for the $45.00 deal. The same technician yelled at me when I asked her to turn on the foot water blowers. Her attitude was horrible! Ive been supporting Arts Nails for years, but tonight was my last night! That is the end of my hard earned money going to someone that does not appreciate their customers.

I have been going here for 16 years and even though I don’t get my Manila and feet done here anymore Jenny still does my eyebrows. But I don’t know if she was tired or what but it was not her best this time around and normally it is perfection. But maaaann this time not so perfect but I will give her a pass. Because I have been going here for so long. But you only get one with me. My eyebrows are on my face.

I like Art Nails, its super convenient for me since its so close, They always do good work. Im trying the gel polish because the regular just doesnt do it for me, and they did it very well. Jenny is my favorite manicurist there, but the whole staff is so nice and does good work.

Nice place. I have a certain nail tech that I see for about 6 years now. She always does a great job for me.

When I moved back home a few years ago my BF bought me to this location. The people iare nice but after 5 years I still drive the extra miles because I like them.

Very horrible ! I had to wait a long time, two of my nails popped off the next day . I asked for my eyebrows waxed and asked for an arch, she rushed through them and one of them was arched but not the other. I don’t recommend what so ever .

They were quick and my nails came out great!

I paid $70 for long gel set less then a week later im down 6 nails .Shop refuse to fix problem i waste of time and money .

I got dip polish on my nails on Saturday by Thursday two nails had already chipped. I went back Friday to get them fixed. I had to pay to have them fixed and the owner said they only guarantee them for three days. I have never had dip polish chip. Ok so I paid and just today 1 week and 2 days later another chipped. Im not paying to have another one fixed. Ill just never go back.

I have been going to the nail spot for over 10 years now and I have never had a issue. I have tried other nail shop like Grand nail bar, luxury nail bar, the one inside Walmart, the one by neighborhood Walmart, and I must say I always come back to this one. They have always done an amazing job with my pedicure, nails and eyebrows. I highly recommend them. I must be honest there are a few times that I did get upset but let be clear you get upset anywhere and with anyone. These ladies are amazing and I will not wait for one certain person cause they all are fabulous. I’m a loyal customer that will always continue to come back over and over.

I had such a horrific experience at this establishment. The lady doing my nails sprayed alcohol in eyes, instead of her apologizing she laughs hysterically as if it was a joke. I informed her boss and she also laughed and murmured something in her native language. I will NOT be returning to this ridiculous place they obviously arent concern about their customers experience.This place is NEGATIVE!!!!!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

They do amazing designs.I should know i am a regular person that always comes there to get my lashes,toes,nails and eyebrows. It is expensive but what you pay for is what you get at Arts Nails but when you do get them done(lashes & eyebrows)ask for mrs.suzie i am telling she is the best at doing her job

They do a good job when it comes to nails but eyelashes come off next day!!!! 20.00 I could buy strips n they last longer than that!! Also, they tell you one price n then its something different... I go here bc its close but its so hard to find good service, great nails, and eyelashes in one building... Smh.

The owner lady who own this shop is very rude and has no customer service skills. I came in one day she did my nails ...I noticed when I got home one of my nails was way shorter than the others . I returned the next day in hopes to have nail fixed with no problems. She wanted to argue me down she told me yesterday you wanted short nails . I said well why would you give me all long nails and one short thumb. I even said I would pay to just end this foolish argument. I will never return the again they Sevier is Poor they do not listen. They just want your money!!!

Very bad customer service. I walked in and nobody greeted me. I wanted a fullset and another lady who walked in after me went before me. The owner who does eyebrows is very rude and rushes to get people out. Plus she stops in between to walk and eat. Will not be giving them my money ever again.

Terrible experience. I had my eyebrows waxed and the outcome was horrible. The lack of customer relativity was heavy. Too expensive for scrappy service. Not to mention the video chat taking place while I received the crappyservice. I would avoid this establishment.
