This was my first time here and I am in LOVE! It was nice and clean, with a calming atmosphere, they offered me a drink and all of the staff was very polite. Emma did my nails, I got powder dip with a design for Halloween. She did an amazing job and she is now my go to nail tech! 110% Recommend, it was a wonderful experience.

I made an appointment for my husband and myself. We get there, and were waiting, which isnt a problem because we were a few minutes late. I am then approached, and told that our services would be even later because a lady came in, and shes sick, and they are going to get her done, so she can go. Wait, what? First of all, we must wear masks for safety to lessen the chances of COVID-19 transmission, but yet youre allowing a sick woman that could actually have COVID to stay at the shop to potentially spread it, and take our appointed times. Got it! Youd rather risk the health of all of the rest of your customers and staff, and let a lot of money that we spend every time we walk through the door go for one person. I dont know whats going on with Hot Nails & Spa. Ive been a customer for years. I havent seen Nickie. One of the last times I asked about her they told me she was still sick. I last saw her mom, and one of the old staff that same day I was told that. Every one working in there is new. If the business has been sold, say that. Dont try to deceive Nickies clientele into continuing to come here.

Nice atmosphere, staff are polite, and they did a great job with my full set and pedicure. I didn’t like the initial color of my nails and my nail technician quickly adjusted the powder color …. she was sweet about making the change. Service was efficient and of great quality!

My first time coming to HOT NAILS SPA, Emma was super nice and she did a great job with my nails, she helped me out a pick a color that would go with the one I really loved.

Let me preface this by saying I did not have any services done. It is 5:56pm and they close at 7:30pm. I strictly came because of the mass amount of good reviews. As soon as I walked in the woman greeted me and asked what service I wanted. I told her I wanted a pedicure. She said she was sorry but they were short handed and couldn’t do it for me today. She said I can come back tomorrow and asked what time I wanted to come. I understand being short staffed as most businesses currently are however, at this point in the day if you know you cannot accommodate anymore customers at least lock the door and put up a sign.

I loved the outcome. I definitely will be back.

I found a new nail shop, Ive only been to two nail salons in my LIFE. My old nail shop off John West is too far of a commute for me now, an associate gifted me with a Groupon to a shop in East Dallas and I had a good manicure, but its too far as well. I started doing my own nails at home, (lemon juice and olive oil, biotin, etc ) yet this job is rough on my hands, my nails were breaking and getting rough. I needed HELP. Hot nails was a 15 minute commute in heavy traffic. I did my research on the shop and read ALL the reviews and decided to try it for myself. SO OUT OF DATE with different nail trends and styles, the guy (forgot his name) was very patient and informative on whats new. I opted for the gel nails to protect my natural nails and let them grow. Tina, my NEW nail tech was meticulous with ME, Im extremely funny about my hands. She was magnificent. Cool, clean atmosphere, and a glass of wine. Calming sounds and even when baby hood came in at closing time (she broke her nail in a fight, from the conversation this was a recurring thing) her other 9 nails were gorgeous. Her nail tech told her to come back the next day and she would fit her in. I liked the personal connection. I LOVE the strip its in, nails, hair and daiquiris right in the same location. Im definitely going back for a pedicure. Right now they have a 25% off sale so if your nail savvy GO, even if your not let them help you reach your nail goals. Had to go back, still pricey but the service is exceptional. I stepped out of my comfort zone with the solar powder nails a little longer and a bolder color. SO not sharing a before picture of my feet...lol.

If i could put half a star i would Prices are so not reasonable i had to pay 50 for a full set and ombre nails and my friend had to pay 55 thank god we had a coupon that way she only paid 41 no wonder they dont have prices posted anywhere her nails werent even that great. Never coming here again ive been to a place in dallas that does full set for 17 i cant believe. Not going back ever again. I wish i could ask for 20 back 30 dollars is more reasonable than 50 thats ridiculous.

Nothing less than amazing. They are taking Covid19 regulations seriously. Its a spacious and calm environment. My nail technician was Brandon and my sister inlaws was Judy. They both took their time and were very delicate with our pedicure. Prices are a great deal for the quality service you get. Completely recommend. We asked for the basic because weve heard other places treat you according to the amount you paid and that was not the situation at Hot Nails. We were treated excellent for the classical pedicure. We are definitely coming back and recommending this place to all of our friends.

If I could give these people a zero I would. Very rude and ignorant. I shouldnt have to tell you how to do your job. The tech had me soaking and didnt take my gel polish off prior to soak. I soaked 30 min and nothing had come off. Then the tech got mad at me because he said I shouldve told him it was gel. Any other nail shop knows. Ive never had to disclose that and other nails shops have done their job properly. I left with polish still on and went to my normal shop.

I called for a price and they told me $22 for a full set and then when done charged me $30 BEWARE ! That’s why you can’t find prices anywhere cause they make up their own . First they told me that they charge me extra because I got a different shaFirst they told me that they charge me extra because I got a different shape Other than square . Keep in mind that the nails that I got are very short . This is my first time trying them out And my LAST I will continue going to Fantasy nails off camp wisdom . The only reason why I came in the first place because they are open on Sunday’s which is convenient other than that I would have drove by it. I don’t recommend due to lack of integrity.

3 stars because I repeatedly ask for a pedicure spa w gel nails and all she did was put gel on my toes. No hot soapy water, no scrub, no cutical removal. Strictly put gel on my toes and there wasn’t anyone else there to communicate what I wanted throughly. This is my second time being here, I won’t return. it was also $30 for this without tip.

They are very gentle, take their time and great customer service. They treat my husband and I family.

Went in for a Mani pedi and they had two people do by nails, so it was nice getting out faster. However the female who did my pedicure grated the side of my ankle, and it was dripping blood down my foot and she didnt acknowledge it until the guy doing my hands asked her what happened. They put a cotton ball on it and a band aid, but it bled through it. They still charged me for the pedicure and my foot has an open cut ( it was a BIG gash!). Dissapointed.
