Please do not go to this place to get your nails done, I got my nails done here and was very disappointed! I had two people working on me, one given me a pedicure & the other doing my dip nails! (THAT WAS SO IRRITATING)If I tell you I was cut by the drill several times and she file my nails until they where sore! I HATE MY NAILS AND I FEEL SO CHEATED OUT OF MY MONEY! one of my nails she just gave up on because she had an attitude, because I didnt like it and tried to handle me ruff...PLEASE DONT GO TO THIS PLACE TO GET YOUR NAILS DONE!!

Terrible service and zero communication from the nail tech! She never asked if I wanted my nails to be trimmed or if I was satisfied with the length that she cut my nails. Constantly had to inform her what I wanted. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!

Customer service = trash. I went in to fix 2 nails...poorly done. Cost was $10 and nails seem to be incomplete. Communication was also poor...why work with people when it was apparent that you dont like people much and are not a people person. Will definitely NOT return when Im in town. (Ill just drive further)

I had to tell them to wash their hands when they were going from one client to the next repeatedlyFirst time I went my nail started lifting after one week went in for a repair and she had to redo then completely they were so badly done. The redo was just as bad. Got gel for am out of town wedding by the time I arrived the next day two of my nails the gel had started lifting. I had to spend an entire weekend at a destination wedding with awful nails! Went to get repaired and they had an attitude. I wish o could take a picture of this mess. I left and decided I didnt even want them to correct it. Never again!

First of all, my nail tech rushed my pedicure, and gave me the wrong one. I asked for a shea butter pedicure and she gave me a mint one. When I asked her about it she proceeded to explain to me why she chose the mint. When I tried to explain to her that I did not want mint she cut me off in mid sentence and stormed away. I asked for a different tech and everyone ignored me. My nail tech did apologize but I was still not satisfied with my overall experience. There were other things I was not happy with but this incident will not allow me to give them a second chance. My spa day was ruined.

I went to go get my nails done on 6/18/2021 and it is now 7/01/2021, my nails came off within 2 weeks. I paid over $100 but for what if you were going to do a bad job. I will never go back to this place ever again and I wouldn’t waist my money again.

The lady was not listening to what I wanted.I ask for a design and she started telling me what designs she had.I ask her to show me and she said she did not have any to show.I asked her to show me 3 times and she finally got up and showed me what they had. I chose one and then she acted like she did not want to do so I said never mind. She left gel polish on several toes on my skin.I paid but did not leave a tip.too many other nail shops.I will not be back.

Do not come here for your nails. Ive come here on 3 different occasions with a different nail tech each time. Each time my nails were sloppy and poorly done. Today was the absolute LAST time. I asked for an oval shape and she cut the tips crooked. I got cotton candy paint - sloppily painted. She burned my skin with the file. And my pinky nail looks like its about to fly off my finger. Not ever going back. And she had the nerve to charge extra for the oval shape? I guess the more horrible the job, the more they charge? Keep your $30 and go somewhere else.

This is a very nice salon with enough chairs that there seemed to be no wait. Susan was my nail tech and she was super sweet and fast... I was surprised my dipped nails change color with temperature. I love them and will be back!

My set only lasted a week, and the design-she literally threw on my nails-was horrific. Also, one of the techs buffed my cousin’s nails so hard she started bleeding. The nail tech kept going until my cousin stopped her. The bloody tools should’ve been thrown away, but I didn’t see that happen.

This place is horrible! I would not recommend them to anyone! The lady attempting to do my pedicure was so rude that the service could not be completed. I wanted my nails soaked off so I could wear my real mail and I asked her not to cut my real nail and she did. I began to tell her that she cut them and she went off!

She was very rude during the whole time of my visit. She told me, if she messed up my nails dont come back to get it fixed because were busy. I should have left when she told me that. My nails however were a hot mess!! It looked like a child did my nails. They need to get there act together start treating people better and do peoples nails right. Ive been to the one in grand prairie and its great but this location is not good. When i first started my nails and the powder she used was dirty. They didnt offer us marg like the other location. There was no music or tv on. They werent friendly. When it came time to pay they were tryin to get me and my cousins to pay cash... Saying they would give us a discount if we paid cash. I kept tellin them i only had card they told me to walk to the bank to get cash. I said no cause the card machine works fine.. It seemed like they wanted us to pay cash so they could keep it. The owner might wanna look into it. My cousin paid 75.00 for nails that the gel nail polish fell off the next day. To say the least we will not be going back to this location.

No good! Facility not clean. The lady did a horrible job on my pedicure. Clipped my nails too short and uneven. Polished my nails without polishing the complete nail bed. Its my 1st visit and now its my last.....DONT GO! They get NO STARS

DONT GO HERE!!The place was FILTHY. I mean the nail clipper she used came out of a dirty box with dust all over it. My nails are thick and ugly. And they had the nerve to be expensive. Chiiiillleee.. dont do it.

Had a pedicure last Thursday which was very poor. Paid the price for hot wax which I did not get. Also had dip nails was poor quality as the tech burned my cuticle with the drill. My daughter had a pedicure same day different tech she cut her toe with the scraper thing and only half polished her nails. On top of this the place was not clean no sanitizing after each customer and there were ants all over the floor plus a very big Roach crawled across the floor right inside the front door.This place was very nice years ago. But needless to say I will never go there again.

The older lady with the glasses is horrible. She does not need to do pedicures. She just rubs with very soft touches like she’s scared to give a massage. Everything was out of order. She tried to repair my toenail with powder while my feet were wet with scrub. I had to tell her wait until you’re ready to do my nails not while you’re giving me a scrub. WTH!!!The worst pedicure experience ever!!!!

Ok sooooooo I’m sitting here waiting for a full set!! It’s only 3 ladies working with 7 people waiting and I was the first person in. The lady doing my nails jumping from person to person half way doing each nail cutting with scissors and not the nail clips! I told her to just take them off I’m good on the nails you doing too much . She said no I’m sorry I’ll stay I’ll stay!!!! She started back working on my nails and still half way did them !! It was supposed to be 40 but I told her nah I’m not paying that this not what I wanted she said ok 30 I said no 20 and handed her my 20 and walked out!!! This was my first horrible experience ever!!i just don’t understand I won’t be back!!!

Very good service. The lady who did my nails, at the first table, was very patient with me being particular about the shaping. And the lady who tinted my brows did a great job!

Do not use this nail shop they do not care one damn bit about your health and safety. I have video of these people going from customers to customers without washing their handss, gloves nor workstations towels. Also observed them reusing pedicure and manicure tools without sterilzing them. I have contacted the health department. I will never go to any nail shop again.

Love this place I havent been in a min because of my work schedule but Sue and Kevin are the ones I trust to do my nails Sue is great and know what I like when she not in I like Kevin because he fast and his work is just as good

Asked for a simple polish on my toes. Was sloppy and clumpy looking. The polish looked old. No file was done or buffing of the nails. Done by an older woman.

First and last time here. The lady that did my nails didn’t even ask what shape or form I wanted, and when another of her customers came in she started rushing and cut me on several occasions. Do not recommend!

I cant believe all the comments. But Ive been coming for about two years and have always had great nails. The wait may sometimes be long especially in afternoons or weekends (as any other nail place) but Im always concerned about the quality of my nails! And they never fail.

Im surprised at the negative reviews. Ive been going there for years also. I only had one bad experience from an employee who didnt last long there. The staff is always kind and the new owner is very accommodating. My nails turn out great every time and the dipping powder lasts a full two weeks.

I normally dont write reviews! But ladies, how many times can waxed be applied? Once is the answer. If it is done more than once it burns the skin. And not because its too hot. When I told the lady she only suppose to put the wax on once here response was what else do you want me to do? I have been in Desoto for a year and a half and would like to find a good nail salon in the area instead of driving 30 minutes away. I just want to warn you ladies DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE FOR WAXING! I can only speak about this lady who done the wax because that was the only service I got. Very rude! I had to walk very fast before I said or did something out of character, that is how horrible the experience was. I even smiled. Lord knows that I did not want to pay. So, hopefully if your reading this review please beware. I just do not want anyone to have to walk around with red or burned skin.

I will not be returning to this nail salon. The wait is too long. Took 2.5 hours to get a pedicure. Went in for nails, eye brow wax and pedicure. Had to wait an hour before pedicure start while I watched walk-ins get their nails done before me. I alerted the pedicure tech that I needed to be done by a certain time. My need was not met and I was expected and asked to wait another hour for my nails. In the end, I had to leave with wet toe nails - end result, smudged toe nails. Not pleased at all. This was not my first visit but due to inconsistent results it will be my last. If your time is important, this is not the place for you.

I paid 44.00 dollars and my credit card was declined but I still paid the bill. I was told that my nails were dry but relunctly they were not and this was my first visit to this establishment and my nails. I just feel that my whole experience was not nice I had to go home and redo my nails I didnt want today because theservice was unprofessional to me.

My daughter was just ripped off by the nail salon. She asked to speak with the manager, but she was told she couldnt speak with a manager. All my daughter wanted was to make a small payment with cash, then with her gift card. They swiped the gift card first and would not take the cash as the remaining payment. My daughter was told someone else has to make the full payment and the funds for the gift card will be available in 24 hours.

I went in there on October 5, 2017. I wanted a mani-pedi with gel nails & waxed eyebrows. They were initially nice. I paid $67, which included a pretty nice tip. When I went outside in the light (because it’s dark in there), I saw what a mess they made. I went back inside & asked them to fix it...they had nail polish all over my cuticles, they cut my toe nails to the quick & at an angle. The one lady was pissed because I asked them to fix it. She did a piss poor job on that. I asked to fix all of it & she got mad & refused & was rude. I will NEVER go there again. I wish I could post the pictures I took of the mess they made.

Horrible eye brows...one up and one down...now I have no eyebrows left and have to try and fix it with makeup...no wonder no one was in there today. I posted a pic of what they did to my eyebrows. I should get my 9.50 back...they didnt even try to do my eyebrows correctly they look awful.

The lady who did my nails did not know what the heck she was doing. I went back twice for her to fix my nails and then she tells me its only a three day warranty on the nails!!! My polish on my toes was chipping the next day and she painted over them with some old polish which caused them to chip more. Back to my nails she fixed the lifting solar nails with nail glue. This place needs to be shut down all the nail polish is old and stinks because they have add polish remover to make it last longer. Luxury nails, was not even Close to luxury!!!

Worst set of nails Ive ever gotten. They are slow and they do a horrible job. They do offer you something to drink, but frankly Id rather have nice nails. This is a pathetic job.

The staff is small and they will start your service and then complete another customer. They appear not to be skilled in the dip which is what I got. Very dissatisfied. I have lumps in my nails...this has never happened before...I have been getting the dip for years.

Most terrible nail salon I’ve ever been to. Me and my sisters and sister-in-law went and the owner asked her if she has her papers to be in the U.S and my sister didn’t like her nails at all because they were uneven and just horrible that the owner and said it’s because her hands are ugly.

I usually never write reviews bc I dont ever feel the need but after today I feel like I should probably leave one... im going to start off with the things I liked about it. The guy in the front was very nice and got me seated right away, he also let me know about the gel polishes and which ones had the matching standard polishes which was nice, then the man who did my pedicure was super sweet and gentle! He even massaged my feet really good and I was kinda surprised bc Ive paid for more expensive pedicures at other nail shops and they didnt rub them at all just kinda slapped on everything that was on the menu but he actually seemed like he wanted my nails to look nice.... what I did not like was that the woman staff all seemed like they were in a hurry to get me out of there even tho it was just me and one other person there? When I told them that I didnt want a fill I wanted to take them completely off and get a new set Tammy started announcing it to everybody then everybody just hovered over me asking me that If I wanted a Fill even tho I had just said that I didnt want it then started saying stuff in a language that I did not understand and that made me feel uncomfortable and like if they were talking about me. Then a different lady did my manicure and she was just super rude tossing my hand when she wanted me to give her my other hand rather then just telling me.. Like Im there to relax and the whole time I was not relaxed at all. I had to ask her twice to cut off my real nails before she started glueing on the fake ones, when she was cutting my nails off she was doing it so fast and not even looking at my hands that I was scared she was going to clip my skin!! I have severe anxiety and that set me off the whole time I was just very nervous I did not feel comfortable or relaxed at all with her or tammy doing my nails. I gave the review 2 stars bc it looks nice inside the man in the front was very nice not just to me but to everyone else who walked in even if they were walking in 10 mins before close and bc the man who took his time on my pedicure and actually did what the menu said he was going to do for me. I might return to get my pedicure by the same guy but I wont let tammy or the other lady touch my nails again.

THIS FRIDAY MY DOCTOR PRESCRIPED ANOTHER ROUND OF ANTIBIOTICS TO MAKE SURE MY FEET IS HEALING. I DO NOT WONT ANY MAJOR COMPLICATIONS OR LOSE A FOOT BECAUSE OF THEIR NEGLAGENCE!!!! I WENT BACK WITH A COMPLAINT AND THE MANAGER SAID TO BRING IN AN INVOICE AND THEY WILL PAY THE DOCTOR BILL. I DID NOW I WAS TOLD THEY NEED TO SEE WHAT MY PERSONAL HEALTH INSURANCE WILL PAY AND IT WILL BE 60 TO 90 DAYS BEFORE THEY CAN PAY WHAT MY INSURANCE DONT PAY. I asked for gel nails but the point of gel nails is for it to be shiny and opaque, why was it see through. I still love this mail shop I was just very disappointed that time. I might be going tomorrow :( :)

My experience was HORRIBLE!! My nails were sloppy and the paint was dripping onto my skin. The lady who did my toes had an attitude the entire time. I would not come back here again, I am greatly disappointed Ive never had such a bad experience!

My mom, sisters, and i came here for the first time and we were all not pleased at all. They cut my mom twice. They rushed on my sisters pedicure because they saw more people coming in. And my nails just looked so bad i have never seen someone do so bad on my nails before. When it was time to pay they charged me twice.

Today is 3/13/17 im new to Texas and visited this salon on 3 separate occasions. I spend almost $100 each time tip included. The service is ok. I kinda feel like its too expensive but whatever. Today I went in for a gel manicure and was seated and the nail tech was set to do my nails and In comes a couple getting pedis. She went to the back and started doing their pedis and just left me sitting there like I wasnt before them. She never said anything. When I went back and asked her what was I waiting for she told me another tech. Meanwhile he was with another client. So I left. That was the rudest Ive been treated since Ive been here in Texas and will never go there again especially for the money. Ill take my $20 tip somewhere else.Response to the owners response- I told the nail tech I wanted to take ONE of my nails off because I have a cut on my finger and didnt want her to soak it in acetone nor file it because shes too rough. I was done before she she even started with the pedi. I told her I was done and she said ok and still went to the back and gave the couple the nail menu. I was there before them and shouldve been serviced as such. She still never said anything just left me sitting there. And last but not least since your responding to reviews. Stop pressuring customers to tip its annoying. Theyll tip if they want too.

Very bad experience i paid 48$ for a dip nails and that lady left my nails croket and she cut my cuticle of my pinky finger never going back to this place and After i told her like 5 times that my nails were not looking right she kept on supposedly making them better but I see them just the same. I really dont recommend this place

Worst pedicure Ive ever had. Saw pedicurist take slip-ons from previous customer and put them on me. I would think unsanitary but needed to hurry home to see about ailing husband, so didnt dispute. Will never go there again.

I got nails done last week and four of my nails have broken, the woman didnt seem to know what she was doing.

One of the ladies ruined my nail bed.i kept asking her questions about my nail because it looked unusual and started to burn. She moved forward at a nasty pace and had no clue what she was doing. She was extremely rude but made sure to snatch the money from my hand before I even left the chair. Wont step foot back in the establishment.
