My 77 year old mother went to Top Notch for the first time. It was close to our home so she went alone. She got a basic manicure and pedicure. They charged her twice. One charge for $58 and another charge of $38. It was clear they overcharged her.. I took my mom back to clear everything up. We had a copy of the transactions on her debit card through the bank statement. They refused to give a refund or look at the bank statement to issue a refund. If a business will cheat an old lady out of money after clearly over charging for service, they probably are very unethical. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Do not go here if you want cute nails the lady was super sloppy and made my nails extremely thick. Did not put the right size acrylic on my nails and did not sure them not correctly. She told me the total would be $40 for a full set with a design, I didn’t want her to finish my nails and she still ended up charging me $35 never going back again and would not recommend to anyone

I went in for a jell polish removal and standard pedi. They first gave me one price, then mid way decided lets charge more. No, thats not how its supposed to work. Plus, the female who I presumed was an owner seemed very unfriendly. Just wasnt a pleasant experience. I wont go there again.

Nice staff no waiting I came about 5:30 Friday no waiting 🙂 .. theyre around the same amount price wise if not a few bucks cheaper me and my daughter came.. pretty and they take there time!!

We needed to get our nails done and we got in about 30 minutes before they closed. An older man came and locked the doors and then he started on my 12 year old daughters nails. One of the ladies finished them. He started on mines and then stopped to go eat. So Im sitting over 30 minutes and she says, Wait few minutes hes eating. I was so upset. Yall are closing and this is how yall handle customers. There were like 5 other ladies there waiting and getting serviced at the time. But when he came back, I kept telling him they were slanted on the ends. He didnt even measure my nails to make sure they were the same length. I asked for curved in the beginning and he said ok, but the were flat. The nail polish was thick so he thinned it out after he had painted 2 coats and he just added more. I had even tipped a 5 before he finished so he could fix them right but he didnt and I just left after they painted my youngest nails. I will not go back there ever.

I gave one star only because zero wasn’t an option.. I took my daughters to get their nails done, the gentleman stoped around 10xs to do other stuff. After I told him let me just pay for what you did and we can leave, he asked to finish.. After, he started being rough and hurting her fingers.. long story short I gave him 20.00 and told him to stop because tears was going down my daughters eyes.. never ever again will they get my business. Horrible horrible horrible service all across the board..and I never take the time to write reviews but this was needed.

The only reason I gave them one star, is to let you know how horrible the set is. The owner, the little short guy did my nails. He had so much Acrylic on my skin, and was rushing and arguing with the woman next to him, he couldn’t focus on what he was doing. I asked him to fix them a few times. Considering the fact they where closing, they rushed a few of us out the door. I came back the next day to show him his work and to get them done the right way, and he was extremely unprofessional. He told me when I come back in two weeks don’t complaint. Sorry sir, there want be a next time! I paid $65.00 for service like this. I promise you it want be a next time.

Horrible place. They treat you like cattle. They are bossy, they yell and repeat commands at you. They dont listenTo what you want. The lady kept pulling on my arm and smacking my fingers which were totally limp, out the way. And when have you ever, up until today I had never, had to reshape your own nails!??! Flat out ridiculous. The entire thing was horrible. I will definitely be visiting somewhere else to correct the many terrible and quite intermediary mistakes that where done on my nails.

Just left Top Nails and I WILL NEVER GO BACK! Terrible customer service! I’m not satisfied with my nails at all! I don’t even wanna post a picture! I should’ve read the reviews before I went in and that’s my fault, but the owner did my nails and I told him that I wanted my nails very square at the top, he proceeds to tell me that he’s already done what I’ve asked of him. I said no...you did not. Then he hands me the nail file and tells me to do it myself! Completely unacceptable! Please don’t waste your time or money at this place. I don’t understand how they’re still open.

They all have good personalities, but as far as doing nails idk the lady told me 27 for a fill and change color for my feet then after she got done with my nails she said 37 when she said 27 at first I didn’t want to argue so I end up paying it . Yesterday I saw half of my polish chipped off when I just got them done on Monday then as I look at my nail again i see the whole polish lifting up 🤦🏾‍♀️. And plus I didnt like how the lady painted my toes very sloppy and she cut me with the blade as she was buffing my toe nail. I feel like I have been very ripped off and will not be coming back ever again PERIOD ❗️❗️❗️❗️

Not a good experience from the start... on top of that they wanted to charge me an extra $5 on top of my ticket price of $30 for a matte polish. I showed them a picture of a matte finish and index finger glittered pic and we agreed on the $30 price and wanted to change at the end of the service... NOT a happy customer 😔😔😔

Service is very poor. I went I. For a polish change on toes and overlay set on nails. Some of the acrylic on nails were thick, while others were thin. The older lady that did my nails tried to say that it was because I had a tip on some of the nails and others were natural. My polish change was horrible, there was polish on my cuticles and it looked as if it was a rushed job. I left without getting my nails painted cause when I tried to tell about the thickness and thin ness of the acrylic, it was disregarded, and I was told to go wash my hands while she mumbled something to the other technicians. The only reason I came to this salon was because there was a wait at my normal salon. 16.00 nails gets you 16.00 Service, I will not be returning here.UPDATE....It has only been two days, and my nails have already lifted. It is so bad, that I will have to soak them off myself since I will not be getting them done until the Memorial Day Holiday Weekend.

Horrible. Came here last minute since other shops were closed . Most definitely regret it. They take forever and they do a horrible job. Please don’t come here it’s not worth it, not even for last minute or last option.40 minute into a pedicure and she’s still working on them no polish in yet either. Plus I was planning on getting gel but no time, just gonna ask for clear polish and pay the over priced nails. Forget this.

Came here to get nails done 3-27-19. Im from out of town so I’ve never been here before. WORST FIRST TIME EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I had nails still on from my previous nails only had 3 nails still on. The man was very rough and was cutting and pulling on the nail to get it off. I told my aunt he was rough and she told him he was rough. He “👍🏽👍🏽“ her n proceeds to continue, he let my nail soak for about 30 seconds then continues to tug and pull on the nail. Not to mention he’s on the phone the entire time not focusing. Every so often i point out a mistake and he says “okay okay” but, continues. He matched my nails up to make sure they were same size and they still weren’t when i had a look for myself. I told him my ring finger was longer on my right than my left he snipped a little off and it was still longer . My ring finger on my right hand isnt even a coffin shape its all side ways, he did all that filing ans stuff just for my nails to beugly 🤮🤮. The paint is just horrible looks like my little sister polished them.

Never coming here again!!! Literally cried on the way home of how ugly my nails came out!! My skin around my nails are in so much pain but I pulled threw thinking she was gonna do a good job, how do use mess up gel nails? CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN ALREADY!

Really tried to give this place a chance and only came here for pedicures and now not even that. I came in for a soak off anyone who gets their nails done knows that a soak off means literally SOAK OFF but the lady doing it for me literally stuck my hand into a container full of acetone and then immediately went to drill off the acrylic not only hurting my nails but damaging them. I kept telling her she was doing it wrong and she proceeded to tell me I WOULDNT KNOW and laughed it off even left acrylic on them still and i just chose to leave later noticing that my nails have a prominent dent in them. Im not sorry to say i wont be back and i advice anyone to go anywhere else but here. SAVE YOUR TIME AND NAILS!!

This place sucks they charge to much and their very slow. I asked for gel nails with coffin shape she painted my nails and placed them under the light when i toke my hand from the light the polish was runny so she had to file the polish off I had to pick another color. The coffin shape sucked!!!! They ask you to pay first because they know their F U _ _ ING up people nails.

Poor service, older lady cut my big toe while doing my pedicure. She never said sorry or acknowledge she cut me. Asked for deluxe and book, she said ok but never brought book out or mentioned deluxe pedicure. Very rude, also man in the front mess my daughters nails up. Horrible service!

This place sucks, the people cut mine, my moms and my sisters cuticles big time to where they were bleeding a lot. Poor service and they charge to much for a poor job. They even left air bubbles in the nail polish. That guy there left my nails uneven and with that gunk underneath my nails, dont even know how to file right. I dont recommend this place at all.

Pisst to the highest pistivity. They messed my nails all the way up. No maam, no sir, not again.
