I am at a loss for words; photos should explain for themselves. They look a mess and have already cracked after only 2 hours. For my nails to be this long and cost was $70, they sure are flimsy and weak...clearly. I asked for an ombré pink/white powder set and this was the result..... never again. Practice on mannequins, not on paying clients....

Holly is very sweet and professional. Imalways greeted upon entering the shop. I enjoy getting my pedicures there. Never feel rushed. Always feel Ive gotten my moneys worth. I enjoy the music selection which is reflective of her faith.

Came in with really messed up nails and walked out with cute ones. $45 for a full set that came out exactly how I wanted vs the $60 I paid elsewhere. If I could come back every time, I would!

Highly recommend this place. No wait. Arrived a few minutes before time. The manicurist did an excellent job and offered another service. She completed both and kindly wished me well in less than an hour.

This is a great place to have your nails done at . Walked in and was seen right away ! The nail technician was polite and the establishment was very clean!! I only go to holly when I need my nails done really dont trust any other place !!!!

I have been going here for years so when me and my friends decided to have a Ladies Day Out I knew we had to stop by Hollys and get pampered. Holly is always on the cutting edge of hospitality. From the door you feel out a services sheet, pick your nail color, have a seat and select your drink choice. (Non-alcoholic). The vibe is positive and relaxing and very professional. Excellent technicians.

Today went to get a dip powder mani and since Judy (who is the best) is always booked, got another lady to do my nails. I really wasnt satisfied with the end product with her, but as soon as I brought it to Judys attention, she fixed my nails and had them looking fabulous as always. I made sure to go ahead and book my next appointment with Judy. Happy ending to what I thought was going to be an unpleasant experience. Always helpful and never dissatisfied with Judys work.

I had overgrown solar Ombré nails that needed to be removed and filed and I was around this neighborhood, so I decided to try this place out. I really like the atmosphere of this salon and the customer service was decent, it wasnt that great. The workers there seemed like they kept to themselves and were quiet. I had decided to get a French tip manicure, but the lady seemed like she had no idea how to do them, the lines were messy and the application of the polish seemed rushed which resulted in poor nails. How could they not execute something so simple? Ugh. Dont go here to get a French tip manicure!

Well it wasnt a bad experience, but I got cut and it caused my toenail to bleed and I didnt get an apology. She just put a paper towel over it to soak the blood or to me she was trying to hide the bleed. Other than that my toes were polished nicely

I have been going to Holly Nails for maybe about 7-8 years because of the amazing pedicures, but unfortunately I dont think I want to return. I have noticed their customer service evolve for the worst. I had just worked a very long shift and drove basically 2 hours in traffic to make it to Holly Nails. At 4 pm, I called to verify closing time and if I was able to come. I was told yes and the closing time of 7 pm. I arrived shortly before 6 pm. As I was signing in, I was told they were not accepting anymore customers and to come tomorrow due to booked appointments being their priority. It is very rude, inconsiderate and unprofessional. I understand clients may have appointments but if your establishment accepts walks ins, it is unfair to turn them auway especially if they called prior to arriving. Also if they arrive before your scheduled appointments. I hate I will not be able to go to Holly Nails but I do not feel valued. I will take my business some where else.

Scheduled an appointment two weeks ago for me and my boyfriend but when we arrived the one tech that was working wasnt even aware that she had clients and she was the only person working due to the ONE other tech leaving for the day. Very unprofessional👎👎👎👎👎

Horrible!! I got a gel polish manicure and a pedicure. The gel polish cracked that very same night on each nail I was leaving on a cruise the next day so I could not have them fixed. My pedicure was also horrible. My feet feel rough and are peeling. I would not recommend them for any services.

Ive been going her for over 10 years. Holly is great! Always nice and pleasant. Nice relaxing atmosphere. Ive tried others, but none can compare to this.

My nail tech is to die for! The overall atmosphere is warm and friendly. The owner, Holly, is sweet and very professional.

This place is good if your first choices are full or closed. First of all, the atmosphere feels and looks more like a nursing home than a nail salon. None of the techs knew what a stiletto or coffin nail was nor did thry know what clear pink was. I asked for a design and the guy didnt even know how to do a design. Usually nail shops have designs that you can choose from but this place didnt. So the lady had to come over and help me. And idk what he was trying to do but he just through diamonds on it. I gave this place three stars because the guy i had was patient and friendly. But besides that its a thumbs down.

I originally live in north dallas, but since I was on this side of town I decided to get a mani and pedi at this place. First time here and let me tell you that I will not be coming back. When I first walked in they greeted me very well which was very nice but when I asked about the prices and how long was the wait they gave me a weird look. They said to pick out a color and as I was doing it they told me that my chair was ready which I never even got to see them draw the water...as I sat down there was no one around to assist me, the water was too hot that I waited patiently for some one to come out of the back. I ask the girl who was doing the ladys feet right next to me if she could help. She did not. Im still waiting ...its been over 30 mins. Customer service, not the best!

Took my mom here the other day and the whole staff was very kind and paid attention to detail. this has been my third visit here and Ill be coming back again.
