It was sooo wonderful to be in my stylist, ShaLiyahs chair again. Her personality, professionalism & skill are why I look forward to (vs. dread) the 30 minute drive to my appointment. My hair and I thank her x10! The shop was easy to find and has adequate parking surrounded by various shops/eateries.

Very unprofessional. I dont plan on going back. I tried to see if they had walk-ins. They never at any given time told me to make an appointment. Lady told me she had two clients. That is understading. But took down my number and literally never called back.. I waited all day. Never again. Staff needs to be trained on costumer service. At least the guy there was helpful.

Kiki is my stylist and I love her. My hair is always fresh looking and healthy b/c of her care and I am natural. She did an amazing job on my 8 year olds hair as well. (See pic)

I would not recommend this business to anyone who is accustomed high-quality customer service. I did speak with the manager about the issue of quality customer service. In short, I was referred to another salon.It was quite apparent that this simple expectation is unrealistic at this salon. With pleasure, I will not return.

It was a comfortable and clean environment!

I got my hair done here...was good quality didnt do my hair like i wanted......braided way to tight. On top of that she was rude not friendly at all. I tried making small talk but she had no customer service. I will not be going back ever...didnt get the hairstylr i want or the customer service......my head got those bumps for being super tight couldnt sleep. I paid and took it out the next day. Horrible service.
