The service was great, staff nice. Only thing is that polish started coming off the next day. The picture is a week after the pedicure.

Old school, took 2 hours for a set of nails. I didnt get any extra design because she took so long. French tip one color 45$ I will not go back! Also At&t phone service doesnt work inside their salon..🤔 But on the other hand they were real nice... 😁 So if thats all your looking for,, then you do you 😉

I had an appointment at 2 with my daughter and sister, we were seated at 2:45. We asked for the #5 which comes with callous removal, essential oil scrub and hot stones. The massage was ok and the callous removal was ok, felt really rushed and they could have scrubbed a little better but over all that part was fine. However the clipping and filing was awful, the nails aren’t the same shape and they were not clipped short like I asked. My sister didn’t even have hers clipped or filed and the cuticle was not taken off or cleaned up. Then comes the paint..... my sister asked for regular polish in white, the lady painted them but did a horrible job! It is uneven and missing in places. We came home and I had to file them. Back to my polish.... I asked for shellac in a pearl white color. They had about 6 colors of white on the examples. She kept saying she didn’t have a shimmery white. I asked what all the white colors on the examples were and she clearly got annoyed. Another lady came over and showed me what colors would achieve what I wanted after I showed a picture. My lady was even more annoyed that someone else was able to help me. Her painting skills were pretty awful as well. Not going back there. I have given this place about 5 chances and I leave unhappy every time.

They generally do a pretty good job here. Very frustrated with this visit and as the tech is most definitely more interested in her cell phone than her customers. She has a blue tooth headset but the constant dialing, texting, and face time is really annoying me. Id like to get my nails done and go, not be delayed and feel like an interruption. Seems like lately they have been doing this more. They should have a rule that employees use their phone between customers not during. If this happens again I will definitely start going elsewhere.

Getting eyelash extensions is expensive, more than the average manicure or pedicure. Penny does the eyelash extensions. Ive done my eyelashes with her 3 times. She started out pretty casual and it got worse from there. Today she was on her cell phone with a personal call the entire 30 minutes. It was loud in my ear. She was barely paying attention to me or my needs. She was rough with my eyes and head. Glue got in my eyes. It was a pretty miserable experience. Im sad to leave Venetian but Ill have to find another vendor. I dont see her behavior changing any time soon.

Highly do not recommend. I’ve been there before for dip on my nails I was happy with it, the lady was nice but it started chipping within 48 hours ! Gave them a second chance this time went in for a full set of acrylics and the lady was rude the whole time. She seemed as if she didn’t know what she was doing and instead of asking for help she kept going . She started getting frustrated at herself because she couldn’t get the shape right so she started pulling and pushing my hand away I didn’t say anything and still paid but I will never go again.

The staff is wonderful my nails look great. Trina is amazing and took such care with my mother when she was alive. She even went to the nursing home to do her nails so she would feel pretty with her pink nails and pink piggies.

Went in yesterday evening to get a full set, a young man put my full set on I showed him a picture of the shape I was wanting which was oval. My skin underneath my nail was glued together, my nails were crooked and thick and wider then my nail bed. I told him I did not like the way they were looking he then passed me on to someone else to fix, then he left. She did what she could and after 2 hours of getting nails done I was done. They are better but still not happy!

Unless you want your nails looking like your boyfriend did them for you, do NOT go here. I showed her a picture & it’s not even relatively close. When I kept trying to tell her I didn’t like it, she acted like she didn’t hear me. My nails are crooked, some are wide, some are thin, some are short, some are coffin, some are square, some are square round.. she even left sores on the sides of my nails from filing my skin. Literally the worst set of nails and the worst service I’ve ever had at a nail shop.

Traveling and needed to redo SNS. They have very few “SNS” colors but several other color options under another brand. I’m not sure if it was the off brand dipping powder, the nail technician or both, but my nails started chipping within 48 hours! Very disappointed. Two stars for friendliness and cleanliness.

They didnt do my nails the way I wanted

Went in today to get myself a pedicure & my 3 yr old daughter to get her nails done bc my sister is getting married. The lady I had did awesome but the lady who did my daughters nails was terrible. She didnt even file or clean my daughters nails. She just painted them. And the polish only lasted till the end of the day. Not happy. Now we leave tomorrow morning for the wedding so now when I get to hays I gotta go find someone to re-paint them. Never going back!

Excellent experience, thorough massage for the deluxe package and they have lots of choices for different pedicures with scents and scrubs. Reasonable prices. They dont rush and theyre very happy to accommodate walk-ins

The 1st visit they didn’t want to cut my toe nails then rolled her eyes & started speaking another language but I could tell by the tone she wasn’t happy that I asked her to actually clip my toenails. I didn’t go back for awhile. Decided to give them a second chance & the same thing happened again! Half-way pedis & rudeness will keep me from giving them a 3rd try!

Pedi itself was good, until one worker told me I look tired. I wasnt. Then she wanted me to pay before I finished, stood over me while I signed. I set my own timer for 10 minutes, still wet, another ten. Left went and ate lunch, came home, changed my clothes, and screwed up my polish. This is over an hour later after polish applied, its currently still wet.

I went in on Monday at around 5 pm. I was the only customer in there. My nails were started by on young man. He left and passed me on to another young lady. They were limited on dipp colors and dud not wabt to do designs. Settled on a color i didnt want. My nails looked good for about one evening. I wish I could post pictures. They look terrible. Will never go back. Paid 40 dollars for something I now have to have redone.

I got my nails done for my birthday. The next day they hurt my hand so bad I couldn’t do normal everyday things. When I asked for them to be taken off, & just get acrylics. I was denied and told I could pay for them out of pocket. paid $50 PLUS TIP for the nails. Even though the nails were bubbly, bumpy, uneven, and super thick. Then they finally called their manager because there was no assistant manager or anyone in charge & I got them off - which was done extremely rough, my nails were bleeding and filed so thinly. It hurt very bad. Had to wait around again for someone to talk to me & then I was given $25. Again, I said no, not acceptable when we paid $50 for the nails. Again I had to wait around for an answer. Finally I was thrown $50 and told to get out of her chair and leave. NEVER in my life have I been treated so poorly. I’ve been getting my nails done since I was 14 years old & they never hurt like that before. I will never recommend this place & can only hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else.
