Messed up my French manicure (polish all over cuticle, messed up the smile line, peeling after 12 hours) so I went back to see if they could fix it. They took the drill to my nails and drilled off the messed up old manicure but also took over half my natural nail with it, leaving my nails thinner than paper. They coated them with thick coats of gel and while they do look better, because they filed my nail down so thin to get the color off, they are breaking and tearing deep into my nail bed and it is incredibly painful. Save yourself the money and pain and do not go here.

I have been a customer for over 10 years. Always have received great service in a clean and relaxing environment. What started as an occasional luxury pedicure has become a regular necessity for me.

Absolutely love this nail salon!! They always have the newest, trending colors and are always on time. They also try and fit me in when I dont remember to make an appointment and just stop in. My nails are always just what I ask for and they are always willing to make changes if I am not happy.

My daughter, sister in law and I had a girls day planned starting with a pedi and mani. The owners sister and daughter done our pedis and they were amazing!! My daughter had acrylic nails put on by the owner. She was extremely rude to my daughter and she done a horrible job. Several of the nails were put on crooked and some were not stuck on very well and stuck up. When I scheduled the appointment I told her my daughter wanted a design on her nails also. The owner rudely told my daughter she didnt have time to do a design that her next customer would be coming which was obviously a regular/friend. We went back inside to talk to the owner about the crooked ones and show her and she acted like there wasnt anything wrong with them but said she would replace them IF we wanted to wait. We did not have time to wait. We left there and had to go have them fixed at a different salon. That salon was shocked at the way the nails looked. I would love to go back there for the pedis but we wont since we would be supporting the owners shop. I have spread the word to some of my friends and they said they have been in there and the owner was rude to them also and they wont go back there either.

They used to be really good and now I feel like its all about getting out of there by 7 and if you come in after 6 its a rush.

My sister and I use Jade and been going there a yearSuper nice place and relaxing. everyone is nice and we live Jade.

Most of the girls there are good. Sometimes there is a long wait. Giving consistent pedicures regardless of who gives them would be a place to improve.

Been going here for several years. When my teenage daughter goes in to get the same thing she always pays $25 more than me. I always ask how much before I get my nails done because it is never anywhere close to being the same price every time. Today i left with it being $15 more than what she said and my nails look horrible! I am headed to have someone else redo them. I hate to leave a bad review but she wouldnt listen to me when I told her they looked terrible and werent drying.

Horrible! I walked in today and not ONE person said anything to me for over 30 min. And they werent even busy! A guy was sitting listening to music. I made eye contact with him several times and not once did he, nor anyone else address me. I eventually got up and left! Customer service is horrible!!!

Awful, awful costumer service. They treat people with 0 respect. There are plenty of other nail salons in Derby who would treat you better and do a much better job.

I have been going here for the last several years and the service has definitely gone downhill. They are more interested in talking to one another or not at all. Their deluxe pedicures are no longer deluxe and they run you through like an assembly line now. Last week when I left after having mani/pedis for myself, my daughter and a friend I realized that I had been overcharged by $10. When I called back to let them know they said no refund. I spent over $200 and they could have cared less. I wont be going back! Word of caution- check their math and ask for an itemized ticket!
