They did an excellent job on my nails. They were very clean, polite and well put together. Overall, a great experience! Would highly recommend them to anyone.

I got a gel manicure and pedicure and they look amazing! In the middle of getting a pedicure I realized I didnt like the color I chose, It looked different when painted on and they were so wonderful and made an easy switch and continued on like it was no big deal.. she took her time to help me decide what I really wanted... she really listened to me.. Also, the massage chairs are awesome! Ive never been happier getting my nails and toes done!

My friend and I planned a girls day and we didnt think to make appointments. We called this place and they invited us with open arms. The pedicure was amazing due to the massage chair. I also got dipped nails and I loove it! They really take time and pride in their work!Will be back!

I called and made an appointment. When I showed up on my appointment time I was ignored. They were busy with walk ins but no one asked me who I was or what I was there for. I could of informed them that I did have an appointment scheduled. Two other people walked in that had appointments and after a few mins their nail tech acknowledged them and took them to get their nails started. All while I’ve been sitting there waiting for 30 mins without a single glance my way. I got up and tried to speak with the manager/owner and was ignored again before I walked out. I wish that when I called for an appointment they could of told me they would be busy at that time instead of wasting my time and ignoring me. I will never go back to that nail salon.

My wife had an appointment at 4:00 gets there and waits 15 minutes then the “nail technician” decides she wants food! So she waits another 45 minutes before she comes back and starts! If you schedule an appointment take care of your customers! Otherwise why book the appointment for that time! People have things to do and people to see that’s the purpose of an appointment because that’s the time they can come in and get it done! 4:00 appointment turned into a 5:00 appointment! Bad business

I usually go there but I took my mom and they did her nails there was left over residue in the bottom of the nails and as there were gonna do her acrylics they weren’t good and when they preparing her nails we had to ask to clean the residue and when we told the nails tech all she did was talk in a different language and laugh and ignored me as I was telling her I’m a manager at a restaurant and I ask what can be done to the customers so I can make this better not ignore your customer I spend good money here not anymore

My cousin went with a simple nail design and it turned out so badly that she had to ask them to completely paint it one solid color. Then the lady that did them completely left her nails a mess with the acrylic and didnt even put a top coat on them.

Katie is an amazing nail artist!! She designed my daughters nails for her birthday and my daughter was over-the-moon happy with her beautiful nails! Besides being so good at what she does, Katie is sweet, charming and really shows she cares. Also, Embellish has a huge amount of colors for dipped nails. We will be back!

I’m a new resident in Derby and stopped in one day to get a dip manicure with Ivy. Ivy is excellent, and it was not only such a perfect set, but it took no time for my original dip to soak off which I loved. This has become my new favorite nail salon, and today I went in for another dip mani with Katie, and stayed for a pedicure. Best. Pedicure. Ever. (I almost fell asleep) the massage chair + Katie’s massage techniques made my Tuesday. Love this place and strongly recommend it! - Xo, Khloe

This is the best nail salon I have ever been to. I live in Kansas City and no salon has ever compared to Embellish here in Derby. Vivian does a fantastic job on my nails and they always last longer than two weeks. The salon is always clean and the staff is professional and accommodating. My only wish is that they were located in Kansas City!

I went in to get a full set acrylic nails, the lady was rushing through my nails. They are just wanting to get home because I was rushed out when they weren’t even closed yet. I’ve been getting my nails done for years from various different salons and this set was by far the worst nails I’ve ever had. I will be getting a refund and will never go back, I do not recommend going here.

Took my daughters for a girls nail day to Embellish. I had the black charcoal pedi, which was AMAZING, and they had a regular mani/pedi. It was a very clean and inviting establishment with lovely employees. For the charcoal pedi with a french polish, regular pedi and 2 manis with shellac polish, I paid $135. Worth every penny!

I took my daughter to get her nails done for her birthday. Im not one for fake fingernails, but she did such an amazing job on my daughters nails, that I was actually contemplating having her do my nails as well. The staff was very nice and attentive, the prices were great, and my daughter loved her nails!

Ive been in for 2 pedicures and one manicure in the last 6 months. Its very easy to make appointments for myself or for a group of people. I always walk in and never had to wait more than a few minutes. The spa is clean and organized. I am always greeted with a smile. I have zero complaints and many compliments about the staff. My nails have always looked great and I have been happy with all nail services by Embellish. The chairs for the pedicures are great and relaxing, controls allow you to set the massage to your level. My daughter (8) always comes with me and loves the little chairs. Prices seem very competitive.

HORRIBLE. Got here at 4:00 pm and left at 5:30 pm. I asked the tech THREE TIMES if she could do what I asked and she said yes. I told her I DON’T want dip nails. I wanted the colored acrylic ombre. Shape is not coffin like i asked & she ended up doing dip nails. Will not be going back & do NOT recommend this place. Spent $50.00 on nails that aren’t what I asked for and one of them broke 4 hours later. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

The staff are friendly and they do a fantastic job with nails. They also have childrens chairs for pedicures. My daughters love going with me.

This place is horrible. I’ve been here 3 different times & have had 3 different people do my nails & every time they’ve looked horrible. super uneven, not shaped the way I asked, & lift very quickly. I’ve been getting my nails done for 6 years & this is the worst place I’ve ever been to. do not waste your time or money going here!

Clean, friendly and accommodating. Went with my grown daughter. Her Mani/Pedi was great. My Mani on the other hand not so much. I do dip on my nails. They cut them super short, made them rounded when I asked for square with round edges, they are super thick when I asked for thin and I have 4 different fingers that still hurt where the young lady nicked me.

4/10. I went in to get acrylic nails put on for the first time. I was excited and looking forward to the experience. Don’t get me wrong, my nails looked great. But I walked out completely battered and speechless due to the way I was treated by my nail tech. She was very aggressive with me and didn’t bother to introduce herself or even make eye contact with me once. I couldn’t help but wonder if it was me that did or said something to put her into this terrifying mood, but I soon remembered I was so petrified to say anything but “I’d like the color ‘94’ coffin shaped.” I owed the woman $40 for my nails. I loved them so much that I decided to give her $50, I’d say that’s a generous tip for being treated like the scum on the bottom of her shoe. She then proceeded by not accepting the tip saying ‘you keep the rest’. Confused, I replied ‘can I tip you’? Saying nothing more, not a thank you, not wishing me a good day, she put her hand on my back and gestured me out the door. I will never know what I did to be treated this way, but that woman stole all of my sunshine that day. I hope that everybody that took the time to read this learned a lesson for the day. :)

I went to this salon because all of the good reviews. My friend and I went to get pedicures here and a week and a half later we both broke out with warts under our toes. I had to get them burned off by my doctor, so definitely don’t get your pedicures here.

Amazing place from the atmosphere to the nails!-Great Massage Chairs-Friendly Service-My pedicure was amazing and they scrub your heels very well- not just barely scrub them cal it good.-Relaxing-Good price for all the services I received for my pedicure-They have a lot of stations and people so you can just walk in and don’t have to wait forever!

Had to have them fix my pedicure because they were uneven and the false nail was not smooth at all and I wanted a dip on my regular nail since I had just gotten it to grow and did not want it filed the lady did not listen and took off half my natural nail and messed up the shape of my nail I had found a color I really liked and was excited to have my natural nail dipped since I have never been able to do that I ended up stopping her and leaving because I was in tears that I just lost half my progress that it’s taken me two months to get thank you embellish for making the rest of my birthday miserable and in tears

The staff at Embelish are fantastic. I went in on Sunday for a pedicure and went back today (Monday) for a manicure. Everyone is nice, professional and above all the shop was clean and inviting.

My wife and I tried Embellish Spa on Saturday. We are a little picky but we were both thrilled with our experience. The chairs are wonderful! So many different massage points including the arms and theyre super comfy. The pedicure was excellent. I love any service with a heavy massage and thats exactly what I got. My specialist really worked the calfs and feet like Ive never had before (main reason I go for a pedi lol). They also have a great special going on for the month of September which made it even better. Cant wait to go back.

I went there three times the first time was ok the second time i made an appointment showed up 5 mins early and ended up waiting and hour and half after my appointment time to get me nails done and it was a rush job the third and last time i went there the lady who did my nails was horrible it was rushed and uneven
