Called at around 11:30ish pm in regards to a Car being parked in my reserved space which is designated for my unit specifically. I provided proof that the save was reserved for only my unit and that I was handicap. I have mobility issues and my space is to be accessible to me at all times. My apartment complex has major parking issues obviously and they claim that they ride through, I have a camera and they do not ride through. Mind you- I had to utilize their services before. Probably not the most professional but they’ve at least gotten the job done in a timely manner. This time I was required to do these extra steps to even get her to call a driver and here it is 4:42am my spot still remains occupied by the same car. The time of the call was oh we are busy we will get to it when we do. It was very careless. I have never had ab issues with then picking up and even in busy days they’ve always picked up within the hour. Definitely will put this on my community’s radar as they need to re-contract with a more effective and professional business.

This is why all the cars are getting scratched. Look how close they park the cars. This isn’t the first one. You all will reap what you sow and I guarantee the workers at this place are already miserable in life.

Not complaining that my vehicle got towed. My parking permit was on the dash instead of hanging from the mirror, so I guess thats on me. But when I call to find out how much Im going to have to pay to get my van back, it would be nice if the person answering the phone would just give me a straight answer. It took me about half an hour to figure out how much it would cost me to pick my vehicle up the next day. Apparently its against their policy to tell you how much it will cost to pick up your vehicle the next day. Its almost as if they want to hide their fees. Shady business practice.When I did go to get my vehicle, they tell you that you need to bring proof of ownership, an I.D., and the keys to your vehicle. I observed them letting one guy pick up his car without an I.D. (just this one time) and the next guy was allowed to retrieve his car just by telling them what kind of car it was and where it was picked up (so much for proof of ownership). This just contributed to the feel of shady business practices.Wyatts doesnt care about providing customer service so much as they care about separating people from their money as quickly and efficiently as possible.

They scratched and smashed my bumper making it spider web. I had taken a photo of my car the day before cause I cleaned it and none of these marks were in my car in those photos but now I all of a sudden have all this damage. It won’t get replaced, I’m going to have to take this to court.

Worst towing company, my truck got towed Saturday morning and the claimed that it was towed a day before, so I was charged for two days when My truck was in the parking lot the morning we went to pick it up I was over charged 359 dollars. When I told them it was there this morning and asked how it could have been towed a day before they said “they would look into it” was still charged I would give ZERO stars if I could for stealing.

Truly among the worst tow yard around. They prey on low income areas, charge higher fees, and are worse about letting you know they have your car.

They towed my car twice for the same thing no parking or visible parking permit. Oddly enough I have been having issues with the car and hadn’t been able to get inside of the car BOTH TIMES. So how did my parking permit mysteriously disappear? I asked the manager the first time she said it must have fallen off. Once I got it towed back, the company was able to get the door open. No sticker NOWHERE! I replaced my stickers and placed them on the DASH that same day. Again, ran into the same problem the doors locking on me and unable to get inside. I guess my question is do you pick days to tow? Because it seems to me you would have towed at least a day before i if my permit wasn’t visible. I’m just saying. I think they want the rims I was just getting ready to sell.

This place loves to illegally tow vehicles from public streets! If this has happened to you I suggest reaching out to your local sheriff office. Illegally towing a private vehicle is technically a grand theft auto! :)They might also lie to you and deny that they have your vehicle in the lot when it’s clear as day in their system. That is defined as theft :)Take pics of your car if you’re on public streets. Record what happens. Report what you find - that’s the only way they’ll stop

These barbarians hunt down expired tags like fiends. They’ll take your vehicle regardless of you being on property that you own or rent. Regardless of the circumstance they will steal your property. Although I will take the blame for my car being towed in a spot next to my apartment, when I showed up 10 minutes before opening I was told to wait to avoid the out of hours fees. 4 minutes later I was told to come to the window (which you can not see into) and told j could pay. They then proceeded to charge me the additional fee anyway saying that it was a different person at the window. This place will scam you out of any money possible. Do your research and do not let them steal money from you like they did me.

Judging by the other reviews here, mine is hardly necessary, but it makes me feel better so here we go!This “company” (read: criminal organization) read my partner’s license plate number wrong and towed it from our complex’s lot, even though her car is registered there. They then entered the incorrect plate in their system, leaving no evidence that they even had her car. Only after threatening to file a police report and breaking lease with our complex were we able to force them to release the car. I have been fortunate to accomplish a few things in my life: NONE OF THEM are larger than the accomplishment of being able to drive out of Wyatts towing charge free.0/5 stars, worst company in Denver.

Unprofessional, rude, gold diggers!!! I got a single warning in May about parking at my girl friends apartment. Since then, I’ve parked in visitor. The ONE time I don’t park in visitor again (in August - 3 months later), my car was towed. The lady on the phone said, “If you continue to break the rules, then I don’t feel bad for you…. That’ll cost $350.”

This company is really a big joke. They choose who and who not to tow when they come into my apartment complex. A car has been expired since 6/2020 and its 9/2021. They refuse to tow his car. He comes out and watches his car when they come into tow. Thats not fair. I was towed for an expired parking permit. I wasnt aware that it expired because I didnt get the normal email saying it was expiring. The fees they charge outrageous fees. They even towed my car away that was stuck a foot of snow a couple winters back. I was awaiting my own tow truck to come into pull it out so I could park. They came in and towed it away. I refused to pay them any tow fees for that beciase they had no right when my own tow truck was on the way. They are def sharks and they discriminate.

I get that everyone needs to make a buck. I was towed from an apartment parking space because I forgot to pay the parking fee, fine. My fault. They had my vehicle less than 3 hours, it was $344 dollars. $203 for the tow and the rest were added on fees. The first time I called they had no record of towing my car, I called the police who informed me Wyatts had towed it. The lady who did my paperwork was also super rude. Just made a frustrating experience that much worse.

I echo what everyone else has said: They steal your car and ask you to pay them >$300 to get it back. I was parked in an apartment lot, which I paid for, and received a warning for a flat tire. I repaired the tire as it only had a slow leak. They still towed it anyways! I had to miss out on meeting a client to get a ride to Brighton to pay their ransom. Less than one star.I was lucky enough to see a tow truck wandering through my community today without any lights on. No headlights at all! People are still coming home from work.Its not safe to have a massive vehicle roaming around with literally no head lights or anything on.Thats predatory towing if ive ever heard of it.

Went to go to work at 4:30 am this morning to find me and my fiancé’s cars towed. Just moved to this apartment complex where we already have to have our cars registered. Called wyatts towing and the woman on the phone (“CSR13” she refused to give us her name) told us that it was not their problem and that our cars needed to be registered with a “park M” app that we have never heard of. The woman on the phone with a monotone voice needs to have some sort of repurcussion considering she would constantly talk over us and go “oh my god.” In a rude tone. Get a new job if you’re going to be rude to people that did nothing wrong when their car was towed when it was registered We have lived here a week and haven’t had any problems until now. Wyatts will tow anyone to pinch pennies!!!

I have never had such a traumatic experience in the United States as I have had with this company! They towed my car at 4 am in front of my apartment without leaving any notice or contact. I paid a high price for the service and when I requested the photos of the service they refused to provide me with this information. I will never recommend their service, I will be petitioning my apartment to change their service provider. Or I will move out of that complex. A country like America could never tolerate this level of disrespect with the citizens. I understand that in certain situations the company is only playing its role, but that it does so with a high level of transparency and quality. I want the photos and to know the details of the towing done in my car when I was not present. Fairness and transparency is what I ask of this company.

Illegally towed my wifes jeep and stated it was parked in a fire lane and was clearly not. They have no idea what any parking laws are or dont care about the laws. Either way they are a terrible company. I atleast got it back without paying because I had a few choice words with them and they knew they were in the wrong just wouldnt admit it.

Truck broke down on I-25. They quickly responded and got it off the highway and to a shop. Tow driver spent extra time as a couple shops were too busy to work on it that day. Very professional both on the phone and in person! Thanks again for helping get me back on the road.

Not a 1 star because nobody likes being towed, 1 star because They damaged my brother in laws vehicle on two separate occasions. Their claims department never followed up with the first claim, roof scratches from the magnet lights. Second time around his driver side mirror got damaged. They denied responsibility and urged him to use the claim process a second time. Document the condition of your vehicle prior to removing it from the place they parked it.

After stealing my car from my friends lot, the women I spoke to when I called was incredibly rude and lacked any kind of empathy. I get that their job is to take ILLEGALLY parked cars and that the majority of people they talk to are not in great moods, but I wasnt being rude, I didnt cuss or call her names. I simply wanted to know if they had my car, what I needed to get it back and how on earth they could charge $370 when I had brought my friend that is sick groceries and been there an hour at most and then went out to find my car gone. I almost called the cops thinking it had been stolen. They had it for an hour and charged me almost $400!

The vehicle being towed was my fault entirely, we wound up going to the Brighton location, aside from a bit of a wait during to other customers, everything went great. Ali was super helpful. The only real downside is that it was expensive.

I got tow for no parking permit ok I pay the fee 370$! The people that work here are obviously people who’ve never done anything worthwhile in their lives.My car was towed from my apartment even though there’s a VALID parking permit clearly visible on the window! Denver housing Authority uses these guys when there is a clear space good for about 5 cars knowing that there is NO street parking AT ALL due to a motor shop and a bar!! They will literally tow ANYONE for their own convenience even if they’re in public parking. They should be shut down

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. The attitude of this lady that assisted us was completely uncalled for, she acted like she got HER CAR TOWED! We greeted her with respect and wanted to simply get our vehicle out of the lot with no problems, but she made that very difficult from “hello” she called herself yelling at my husband several times and she’s lucky it wasn’t someone else because with an attitude like that she should’ve been cursed out! Of course this business doesn’t even deserve the one star I gave. Also, if there’s someone that had their car towed on Saturday morning 2/20 and you have a Royalblue corvette, they literally dragged your car at least 5 feet while going through the gates of the inpound lot. Screeching from your car was heard while I was inside of my car waiting for my husband to pay.

Towed my vehicle with handicap plates. I called to find out where my care was towed and I was told I couldnt get it until the next day at noon. Left two handicap ladies stranded at night with no transportation.

COMPUTERS CRASH AND THEY WONT GIVE YOU YOUR CAR UNTIL THEY CAN GET THEM WORKING!Towed my car from my apartment complex, I went to get my car and upon arrival was told that their system was down and they could not give me my car until they could get their system back up. I asked to show them some kind of proof of ownership because I needed to go to work and another lady came up to the window and proceeded to yell at me and tell me they need the system to give you your car back. So I went home (40 minute drive) and got ready for work, they then called me and told me their system was back up and I could come get my car. I once again drove back and after another delay was able to get my car finally. Rude people, bad equipment that goes down and will not allow you to get YOUR car back from them even if you have the money in hand.

It was an awful experience. My daughters truck was impounded following an accident on an icy road. She paid fines and fees and released it so our insurance adjuster could pick it up. He was told that the truck was gone, that my daughter had driven it away. It was undrivable.Even after my daughter and I personally appeared to confirm that we did not have it, they told our insurance agent the truck was gone. We had to insist that they still had the truck before they bothered to look and see that they in fact did have it.Unfortunately stupidity and laziness are getting much more common these days.

Well I have to say dealing with this company was very unpleasant. Who trolls through a neighborhood looking for the slightest of violations and tows a vehicle out of ones own driveway??? Reason tires were off the side of the driveway in rock garden...our rock garden??? Seriously!!! $310.00 later and missed day if work for what reason??? Very slimy at best! The only bright spit was the attendant at the lot in Brighton she was very nice. All this on top of losing my son (a highly decorated soldier) just days before...possibly the reason why the car was parked off center??? Utterly dispicable...

What these people are doing is predatory towing. Our work order stated the right unit number and they still towed it. When calling their office, they hung up 2 times. Our employee went there and tried to talk. They said Pay or we will call the cops. Do not hire them to tow for your property and DO NOT pay them for your personal towing. Your tenants will leave your property because of these people.If the owner or the manager is reading this, a business built on trickery and scam will not last.

Ive had multiple cars towed by these guys at my apartment with valid passes and plates. They dont care they just want your money. Currently watching the company drive into our lot and take the cars with passes and plates. The worst part is watching them fly into the parking lot lights off not caring that they are almost hitting the cars in the lot. This company needs to be shut down before someone takes action I to their own hands agenst the company and their drivers. If you are looking for a company to patrol your lot then go elsewhere or youll be blamed next after them.

My car was parked legally with a guest pass at a friends apartment. At some point during the 5 hours I was there they came and towed my car away. They could have called and asked if I knew my car was not properly parked; instead they took my car and I was stuck not knowing what happened. They towed my car illegally and then charged me $330. It says on their website that they are open 24 hours, yet I got charged and after hour fee. DO NOT USE THEM!! If your car is illegally towed, fight it.

About to head to work today, and amazingly, my car is gone!! I recently bought this after graduating college, and haven’t been able to get plates due to the COVID situation. But to take my car without calling or warning of any kind is highly unprofessional and unwarranted.

No stars what so ever!!!they towed our vehicle last night from a handicapped spot in front of our apartment. Mind you we DO have a permanent handicapped placard for the car that was towed. It was on the mirror when we exited the car. Not sure why, but when we picked up the vehicle after having to pay $345.00 to release the vehicle, the placard was there in the front of the car. It must have fallen from the mirror and got stuck in between the seat and console. Seems very strange and suspicious that there is where we found it. Why could they just not look inside and see part of it sticking up?? They took photos of the car but none of the inside to show it was there. This such a racket, they make so much money off each car they tow and if they arent driving around looking for this, someone is getting a kickback on the reports that come in. Stay away, not an honest towing company. Beware!!! TAPE YOUR PLACKARD to the inside of your car so this doesnt happen to you! Had to do at least do one star to post this, didnt want to give them any stars at all.

Wyatts Towing at 5130 Brighton Blvd in Denver is charging tow fees which are most likely illegal. Maximum tow fee per PUC is $203.80They charged us $330, with storage fee (which should be included in the $203), after hrs fee, and per mile fee of $3.86 which PUC states max is $2.60 per mile for our car size.The employee there would not answer our questions on specifics of fees and would not give us an itemized hand out of fees until we threatened to call the cops. She also would not let us speak with a manager.We did speak with the cops, who said these fees do appear to be illegal but Wyatts is going through some loop holes, and unfortunately the best thing would be to take them to small claims court. The cop said we would have a good chance of winning however who has time for going through the hassel.Wyatts knows most people wont step that far and they are using this to their advantage therefore they are getting away with charging these atrocious fees.They troll through parking lots specifically after 8 PM as they know they can charge hefty additional fees after hours. I understand why people who are illegally parked need to be towed, however all Im asking is for reasonable tow fees which are in line with the state mandated fees set by PUC. Wyatts is making up their own fees and for a reason unbeknown to me, getting away with it. They are crooked and it seems like a scam. They need to be investigated.

This place towed my friends car who was hanging out at my house (i’m an owner on the property and have permits for guests) for 30 minutes and charged him over 300 dollars for having his car for 20 minutes. We went straight there. The woman working there was abusive without any provocation and we were as cool as a cucumber with her. Unbelievable that this is even legal. Will be checking with local FTC and disputing the charges on this outright theft.

Too bad you have to use any stars to review this company. Dealing with this company was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had! Everyone I spoke with with was completely rude, they must hire miserable people or something. They had me calling management for where my vehicle was unlawfully towed from, the parking permit company, and basically had me in circles. I would not use them for anything!! If my vehicle broke down right in front of their building I would call another towing company to have it towed.

Money hungry scammers. Damage done to my car. Car towed twice from apartments in one week.

This is the absolute worst company ever! The “customer service” lady who answers the phone is rude! Not only did they tow my car for supposedly not having a sticker in the window, in which I did. They told me I had to come get my car!! I’m like no bring my car back! I’ve never once taken my parking permit out of my window. Thee are no words to describe this company other than a waste of your time!

This is an illegal company through and through. Somebody needs to sue them ASAP

This company should be sued into the ground. Towing legally parked cars and having horrible customer service is their MO. Towed our LEGALLY PARKED rental car for absolutely no reason. We look legal action and won but this is a straigh up criminal company. Do not use this to company and fight them for illegal towing

They promptly towed a random car parked in our driveway in the middle of the night.

Everyone there is always friendly, helpful and consistent. The paperwork requirements are always the same. The lot is always organized and often full. They use damage free wheel lift tow trucks, which are equipped with dollies and go-jacks for any situation.

I’m not sure exactly which location came out but someone kept parking in my paid parking spot I called wyatts towing per my apartments rules and they very promptly came out the driver was extremely nice and the owner of the car happened to be in the car just hanging out so the tow driver kindly asked them to move and they did, the driver communicated with me the whole time and even waited for me to get in my car and get back in my parking spot. The situation was a win for everyone and the driver was very polite!

They lost my car, luckily since I was there before 5 once they found it they didnt charge me for after hours price. I just dont think I needed to be there for 5 hours.

Towed for parking at our apartment complex.Ridiculous. No warning no nothing. Charged a outrageous fee to get our vehicle back. Even though it was wrongfully towed.F this company.

Towing cars during a historic snow storm and charging people for storage time when they were closed and not letting people get their vehicles. They are crooks and just bad people in general.

When I got towed for parking in the wrong spot because my friend was ignorant of the property rules at his apartment, I made a few phone calls and found out that I could pick up my vehicle anytime during the week 24 hours. The receptionist at the window named Ali helped me in a professional manner to retrieve my vehicle and send me on my way

My best friend came to visit me and not an hour into her stay her car was towed🤷🏽‍♀️ They’ve also towed my boyfriend multiple times in our own complex. Some people can’t afford to bail their car out every week🖕🏼
