I had to have my Motorhome Towed 40 miles for repair. I had a Roadside recover Insurance service that sent Maxx Fleet Service out after 2 other towing services flaked out. The Tow Truck Drivers name was Jason. He was very professional and answered all my questions. I know that most Tow Truck Drivers dont like towing Diesel Pusher motorhomes since they are a pain to hookup but Jason never complained. I followed him to the shop and he took care on all the bumps to make sure nothing happened. This was the first tow I have had in my life and had heard all the horror stories and was most pleased with Jasons work.

Tow truck driver was very skilled getting our 43,000 pound coach out of the mud. Less pleased with the failure of their phone staff to mention they tack on a $20/hr fuel surcharge on top of the $250/hr fee. I prefer to be informed what my actual hourly costs will be before becoming committed.

We had a tricky situation with a loaded flatbed that was stuck. Maxx was knowledgeable, fast, and reasonably priced. Most importantly, they got us back on the road!

They came to my rescue when my truck died on me on the highway... thank you for the safe ride home for me n my little red.

The were quick and fair with price great company

My car was towed from my apartment complex because I forgot the place the parking sticker on the windshield. It was towed around 6am and I got it from them around 7:20 am and it cost me $306.00. I couldnt believe it. I dont understand how can the city of Denver allow this kind of outrageous charges and rip offs. Im surely gonna find out if all this charges are legal. Total rip off!!!!

Awesome awesome service! Everyone I interacted with (from the person on the phone to the person that picked up my car) was so kind and patient. Its stressful to need a car towed, but they absolutely put me at ease. All costs were agreed upon beforehand and I did not get surprised with hidden fees later. If I need another tow in the future, I will definitely return to this company.

Long story short, I was stranded in a place that no one wants to be stranded especially after nothing but lip service and cancellations from AAA for hours alone and When this man arrived. He was nothing less than polite, respectful and professional. Poor guy, didnt even get his name from me being so upset/frantic from my AAA experience and going on about it with him. I hope that his company knows and appreciates what a great work ethics and such professionalism he has. I am so sorry for those who feel indifferent. Im more than positive this individual would have made you happy

They came out within less than 15 minutes to take my husbands plow truck out of a ditch in an extra heavy duty truck. They pulled it out effortlessly, and then called a second tow truck that was there in less than 20 minutes to transport the truck to our mechanic. Very friendly kind people, tried to tip the driver and he wouldnt take it.

I was crossing the country in a converted school bus when it died and wouldnt start. Brian provided excellent service and was a gentleman to boot. Thanks!

When you need these folks your glad to see them. We lost power nearly 30 minutes north of Fort Collins late in the evening. MAXX came out and towed us all the way to Denver. It was 2AM before we arrived but we were treated well the entire way. Thank You for getting us out of a bind.

If I could rate zero stars I would, my experience with the company was completely ridiculous. To start I am six months pregnant and very obviously so. I parked in the visitor parking at my apartments, hoa called this tow company to tow the vehicle. I ran out when I saw the tow truck and was informed of the $70 drop fee, I let the driver know that I did not have cash on me but my brother that lives a block over would be here in less than 5 minutes. Driver then proceeded to drive away with my van. The whole transaction took 15 minutes and my brother was here in less than 5 minutes. Long story short: this company has no morals and is only concerned with raping their customers. $70 drop fee turned into a $300 charge because their driver wouldnt wait 2 minutes. Immoral and ridiculous. Would NEVER recommend this company for any reason.

Very inexperienced customer service with no idea how to help customers, Along with drivers that take 3 hours to do a 15 minute deliver after being notified they were in route for 30 minutes prior. Will never use this service again. First and last for my company.

They tow for our community and they are terrible. The girl in the office is yells at you tells you off and is just plain rude. If you tell them you need something taken care of, they argue with you. No customer service at all
