Dave from double check towing is by far the best person you could get for towing services. He is the epitome of professional in every sense of the word. He was extremely quick to respond, and even more flexible when I needed to reschedule my tow moments later. He than was perfectly on time, waited patiently for me to bail my car out of the impound (a service he doesnt regularly perform but did so out of the goodness of his own heart). He went above and beyond in so many ways I can not thank him enough. How often can you say a tow truck driver made your day? Well Dave did just that. After dealing with my fair share of sketchy tow companies in the Denver area I will never use another company again. Needed vehicle towed ~20mi across town from an area I wasnt familiar with to back home. I ended up contacting 3 other towing companies after initially contacting Dave to get a feel for pricing and service (as I am not familiar with towing very often).I chose Dave because his pricing was fair (equal to or less than other locations), his availability met my needs, but primarily because his quality of service. Dave was the most kind and patient person I interacted with. This is very important as I was stranded far from home and in an uncomfortable situation at the time.Further, I ended up changing the final location, and making a couple other changes to the arrangement in a series of four phone calls. Dave is courteous and professional. Had to dig my car out of snow after it got plowed in where it broke down and he didnt charge extra. Good guy, good service.
