Red did the right thing and is an honest man. This is the most important trait for someone in this position. I commend him and wish his business all the best; he deserves the praise.

My car was recently stolen and brought here and when I went to pick it up, they were extremely helpful and went out of their way to make sure everything was ok with my car and were able to get it started for me . They were above and beyond with their service and it made the whole ordeal of getting my car back not so hectic!

They towed my car after an accident, they were all very nice and made the process very easy, the woman at the desk was helpful and even though she was pretty busy got my paperwork take care of super quickly and the two operators who were there were very friendly and they even helped find a tool to remove my plates when the screwdriver I brought didn’t work. While I wish I hadn’t had to use their services in the first place I’m glad that my car ended up going to their place even if it was totaled.

Called in 2 weeks ago to get a quote and discuss moving a small forklift and some piping from our old warehouse to our new one. Red himself quoted me $250, and to call any day I was ready and give him 30 minutes notice. I called back today, 90 minutes ahead and scheduled to move. Driver calls me to verify info. Some dispatcher calls me back, tells me Red doesnt know what he f^&* hes talking about, tells me it will be $350, and when I questioned it, he tells me never mind, hes not sending the driver at all. All this after I sent an employee to the old location and wasted 2 hours of his time for nothing.I suggest NOT using Reds if want a professional company handling your goods or if you want anyone to show up at all!

Shawn, driver with Reds towing, showed up within 15minutes of my call. He worked quickly, and was extremely polite. This is the best towing experience to date. Reds towing turned a bad experience into something reasonably positive. Thank you.

This is the worst business I have ever interacted with. As a “fun joke” they told us they sold our car without our permission or having the title. Obviously this caused us distress and I looked into pressing charges before they said it was a joke. Our car is being held there while insurance investigates the accident, which seems to be standard procedure. They took that opportunity to try to extort money from us despite insurance still needing to conduct an investigation. I have contacted authorities on this matter. Don’t believe the fake reviews they are posting, they were also screaming at my girlfriend and another mom who was there. Very unfortunate that our government contracts a company who abuses people who get in accidents…. Oh and they lost our keys.

Reds was scheduled to come and tow my car between 730 and 8 am. I received a text message confirming a 7:36 a.m. time for the tow truck to get to my car at 7:20 in the morning I got a phone call saying they were leaving because nobody was there with the car. When I tried to explain I never got a phone call telling me that anyone was there the man on the other line was rude disrespectful basically called me a liar and then hung up on me Ive never been treated so disrespectfully I do not recommend this company.
