Cordero towing Co are very unprofessional and rude people to work with the lady I worked with her name is Maria she was the hardest person to deal with over the phone and in person it was very hard to stay in a calm conversation with her she kept blowing up at me and refused to release my car I have never been talked to the way Maria talked to me. They also have no signs to indicate that they are a business I hope I never have to deal with them anymore

I got into an accident and had my car towed. They didnt show up until the next morning. They where supposed to deliver my car to a repair shop, instead they took my car to thier lot. I called and asked why my car was not delivered and they told me, the person on site to deliver was rude so they decided to take my car. I tried to have it picked up and they refused to release it. Im guessing they wanted to keep it as long as possible to get extra money. So after 2-3 days of arguing with them i was able to get another tow company on the property and my car on the truck and they decide they dont want to release the car again. After my refusing to put the car back They called the cops. The officer took my side and made them release the car and waited on site until we left. Thank God for adams PD

These guys were assigned to me by my insurance company to tow my I hit a pothole that blew 2 tires. Not only were they an hour and half later than the hour and a half they said theyd arrive in, but when they dropped my car off at Discount tire, upon finding that they didnt have a night key drop box (rather than calling me) decided to leave the key in the car and drive away. This left my car unlocked, unattended, and able to be driven for 24hrs. Tesla Model S P90DL. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I called roadside assistance for a jump and was given to them. There was 20 min wait, then a 45 minute wait. I called and was told another 30 minutes. 35 minutes after eating I received a call from roadside stating my service call for a jump was cancelled. I told them it was still needed thrn less than 15 minutes another company showed and provided the jump

Christian was so nice. I saw all these terrible reviews while I was waiting for a battery jump that my insurance company requested for me as I was stuck in a parking lot and I expected the worst. However, Christian was very nice and answered the phone and was very quick and kind while jumping the car.

Attempted to use this company through my insurance. Go with another company! Contacted at 10:30am. Given a 45 minute estimate. By 1:30pm they had given no updates and stated it would be 20 more minutes. We cancelled and another company took the job.

Had a tow scheduled through my insurance company from one mechanic to a dealership. Quoted 2 hours timeframe to have picked up and transferred to dealership. I received positive confirmation it was picked up and additional that it was dropped off. Following day, dealer could not find vehicle. Called insurance company back and it was determined they never picked up vehicle in the first place. They had 3 hours to pickup vehicle and missed close time (after they said they would be there within 2 hours). Then said job was complete. No call. No email. No notification to me or insurance company. Nothing. Unprofessional company.

Waited for over 3.5 hours. Still not hear. They dont answer their phone. Car broke down at 11:30 PM. 3:30 AM now. Called another tow company wonder if they will show up. Had to give them 1 star to leave a ratr

If I could put zero stars, I would. I used this company for towing services a few nights ago and it completely SUCKED. The owner of this company didn’t even want to wait FIVE minutes for my insurance to change some brief information. Do not use this towing company!!!

My insurance company sent me out to this company. Awful experience rude & will tell you 10 mins for 2 hours. No customer service & they think you need them more than they need you. They also go by 303 CO towing. Hello there are a 100 towing companies in Denver & soon you won’t be one

Used Corderos Towing through my towing option from cell phone service. I thought they were Great! They took on average as long as all tow companies take from my experience. It was a cold night and the employee let me sit in a nice warm car (had another family member there to pick me up) while he did everything for me. He backed up the van in neutral, hooked it up, towed to the destination I needed . The body shop winded up being a gas station/body shop with limited parking. The tow truck driver was patient, kind and got my vehicle parked where it needed to be, gave me my receipt. It was all pretty fast, convenient and efficient. This tow company does not let you ride in the tow truck with driver. Was not a problem for me.

We dont recommend people use Corderos Towing. My husbands car was towed into a repair shop Friday, with no flat tires before being picked up, and then when the repair shop went to move it into their bay they found that one of my tires sidewalls was punctured. My husband called the tow company and they absolutely refused they had any part in the damage. But when there is no flat tire before a tow, and then one magically before being brought into the repair shop. The hole is big enough to stick a finger in, wasnt a small leak.The driver did not even seem to know how to use his winch properly, nearly jamming his machine before he realized it was turning the wrong way.

First told us one hour then told us 45 mins after the hour then after 2 hours told us another 45 minutes. This company is a joke and the reason why insurances use them idk. The lady on the phone was dumber then a box of nails.

Horrible. They do work for AT&T roadside and were the vendor AT&T chose for getting a tow due to a blown tire on the freeway. They quoted a 90 minute wait, which itself is pathetic. At 90 minutes and no word I called and they said it would be another 30 minutes. 30 minutes after that at almost 3 hours they stopped answering the phone. AT&T called them, and they told AT&T to relay they were on the way. Now at 3.5 hours they still won’t respond, until I send a final text asking them to show up or face bad reviews... and they couldn’t help but text back a laughing face. Completely unprofessional and terrible people. Don’t bother doing business with them. They may not show up and laugh about it.

I had to call on her behalf and they never picked up, leading me to call their second number which kept me on hold for a good 15 minutes. When I finally connected with the lady she said she tried calling them 3 times and they didn’t answer. They never even showed up. If you are looking for a towing company, for anything, Corderos is not reliable!

This was seriously the worst experience I’ve ever had with A roadside assistance company. First off they lied from the start about the arrival time. They told my insurance company it would be 40 minutes after 40 minutes had passed I called and asked them how long it would be they told me it would be another hour. They then continue to increment their ETA 20 minutes each time I called to check when they would even answer the phone. After two hours i called an additional company to help me. They got to me in 1 hour. And Corderos Still have not arrived and was still extending their ETA by 20 minutes at that point. It should never take somebody three hours to get a lockout service. People should not lie about the time that it will take them to service you in order to maintain your business and avoid you calling someone else. If you cannot help someone in a reasonable time you should tell them and asked them to call someone else. I was standing outside for three hours two of them were in the pouring rain. I cannot express how horrible this company is and I hope that they still have not arrived and was still extending their ETA by 20 minutes at that point. Had arrangements to relocate my vehicle from one shop to another. They were timely and even sent me a text letting me know my vehicle was dropped off. Thank you for putting me at ease while dealing with a difficult situation!

This company was awful. They gave me an ETA and then called to get details and confirmed. Then we waited 30 minutes over the ETA time and they never showed. I called and all the guy told me is well it got canceled, sorry it wouldve been nice to get a phone call at least so I could figure out what was going on. They were rude over the phone and with the other reviews on here, Im glad they didnt end up towing my car. Who knows how much of a nightmare it wouldve been.

This service sucks. If you are reading this before using them do yourself a favor a dont. They are rude and unprofessional. The dispatcher said to us hahaha your stuck on the side of the road with your kids. This was all because we received a call saying our tow was complete when they hadnt even showed up yet. Im livid

I had a terrible experience with this company. They said they would be 90 minutes until they arrive and we waited for 150 minutes. When calling their number, no one answered and the voicemail I left was not returned. We sat in a broken down car, in the freezing cold and ended up calling their competition who arrived within 20 minutes. This was a very disappointing experience. @AVIS rent a car, please take this business off of your list of people to call for towing, they drag down your reputation!

If only I could leave zero stars. I agree with a poor review on the BBB site that this company should be ashamed of themselves. My insurance provider told me it was required that I meet the tow driver at the pick-up location. Upon not receiving a call, I drove there to meet him/her. My car was nowhere to be found! Was it stolen? Was it towed by the city?? After a few frustrated calls to roadside and showing up at the drop-off location, I got a call from Corderos dispatch asking if I was there with the driver. When I voiced my frustration and asked how such a thing could happen, she hung up on me. I tried talking to the driver but a language barrier prevented it. When I called back to dispatch to ask for a different employee, I was told by the same lady that shes the owner. When I asked why the owner would hang up on me, and told her I needed to communicate with the driver, she said exactly, You dont need to communicate with him, you racist piece of ****, just give him the keys!! I cant speak Spanish but Im Hispanic too, so this truly struck a nerve! She threatened over and over to tow my car to a storage yard where I would have to pay more fees, just because I wanted to confirm the process. Horrible experience all around!! Please beware!

They where late but i had AAA an they took 6hr to get a truck to me the drive for this company was fast at loading it up securely an we were on ower way pleasant chap for a driver

A tow from this company was set up by my insurance. They gave and ETA of 60-65 minutes after waiting for 90 minutes I called 3 times with no answer. I tried a fourth time and the woman that answers the phone sounded like she was asleep. She said that the driver would be pulling up any minute he was running behind because of morning traffic. They never showed up. From looking at reviews (while I was waiting) seems like this is how they do business they provide wrong information, take their time, don’t show up, don’t answer the phone.... I’m not sure how they are still in business.

Yep. Pretty much the worst service of any type in a while. So much so, Ive actually decided to leave a bad review.Similar to other complaints listed. They were late, unresponsive, lied, unwilling to listen to feedback, blamed everyone else rather than taking responsibility, and didnt tell me until I had the car on the flatbed that I couldnt ride with them. Total fiasco. I cant believe companies like this are in business and are able to maintain contracts with roadside assistance companies. Ive filed a complaint with the the service company to have them removed from their provider list.

My insurance contracted with Corderos around 3 pm with an estimated 90-100 minutes before arrival. At 4:30 pm I called to check on the status of the towing and the receptionist at Corderos assured me that the driver would be arriving within 20 min. I called my insurance at 5 pm because the tracking system had not updated and it turns out that no one would answer at Corderos. Three hours after being contracted no answer and no arrival. An hour and a half after they were scheduled to arrive we finally canceled.

Took them almost 4 hours to get to my friend to tow his broken down car

This company is totally unprofessional. They make you wait forever without telling you the status of their time line. They dont answer the phones and if they answer, they hung up on you. If your insurance company tells you theyre using them request another company. Stay away from them

I wish there was a lower rating, because one star is way too good for these people. They had me waiting 2 1/2 hours longer than their max time to get to me; which was 1 1/2 hours. Then charged me a ridiculous amount of money for my tow. After that the guy was trying to load up my truck and dragged it 2’ I had to yell at him to stop and then put it in neutral for him so he didn’t mess up my tires. So now finally starting my journey to my destination I noticed his windshield is demolished, he wasn’t wearing his seatbelt, and texting and talking on the phone the entire way, as he swerves in and out of the lanes. The tow company shoot me a text with the receipt and a survey. I do the survey and was completely honest with the service I was being provided. Shortly after I send in this survey I get a call from one of the reps of the company and the first thing that is said, “We saw your survey that you did, we would like to know if you would like us to drop off your truck on the side of the road since you are not happy with out service.” Hearing the attitude in her voice with everything else that had happened in the last 5hours of my life I am surprised my head did not explode. My advice is don’t go to Cordero’s towing because not only will they test your patience they will also rob your wallet and possibly put your life in danger if you need to ride with them.
