As if having your vehicle towed isn’t demoralizing enough, this tow company seems as if they relish in your misery. Fee after fee, no description or overview of fees until you arrive to pay the extortion. Stand in the cold, pay their exorbitant fees, not their problem.

While the fees were expensive, the young lady that was at the window was extremely nice and helpful. We realized the car had a flat, and she allowed us to leave, get what we needed to get it taken care of and come back without jumping through any hoops as other places Ive dealt with have. So that was greatly appreciated, especially considering the angry employees Ive encountered at pretty much any other tow place. So while, the loss of so much money for not even an entire day of it having been there was not something I was prepared to deal with, at least the transaction went smoothly as she was very courteous and took care if it quickly.

Parked at my brothers condo to give him a ride to the Dr and within 15 minutes I had been towed. $275 later I got my truck from these thieves and their tow truck screwed up my front bumper. So being a good brother Im going to be out over $500.

This company is predatory in their pursuit of money. I was parked legally in my designated spot that I pay for at my own apartment, yet they decided to tow me. My complex says they cant help and I had to fork out $250. Never mind that the spot is registered to me and my car.

This place is awful. The person who towed my car dented my license plate in the process and the gal in the window was incredibly rude and dismissive, even though we were very calm and respectful. There were a few other ladies waiting to get their car back in front of us and they had to call a police escort to come get their car back because the girl shut the window in their faces for simply asking a few questions. Absolutely ridiculous. I understand that their job is isn’t always pleasant because everyone who comes there is probably gonna be upset but there is NO need to be rude to ‘customers’ who are not doing anything wrong. Well, they towed my car. Not happy about it. It was my fault. i had an expired temp tag and they towed my baby. Wasnt expecting good reviews on a towing company. They have ridiculously expensive fines if you dont pick the car up the day of the towing. So instead of paying 700+ to take my car out (with $30 charge per night) i took the car out the same day. The woman i spoke to on the phone was actually very kind & helpful (with the circumstances) they have funny hours on Saturdays but she told me she will hold up for me so i dont get charged $30. So, she was helpful.. Shes just doing her job. Yep.. for all the people who were wrongfully towed, they seem like they would do that. Why wasnt there any lawsuits?

No one likes to have his/her car towed. I do appreciate Nathans patience and sincerity. Not a fun experience, but I barely had to wait, and this company made it really easy for me to get back to work in a reasonable amount of time.

These guys are godless barbarians. When I moved to Denver they towed my car because it wasn’t registered in the state. I moved in on a holiday weekend. How was I supposed to get my car registered? I could go see it or get until I paid the fees to which I found the driver side door lock and grill busted. I can’t say enough bad things about these clowns.

My husband had been in a serious auto accident and I was having spinal injections on the same day. That evening my husband got a rental car from enterprise and went to help me in the house after my injections. He parked the car in an unmarked space and we called the office at AMLI. They were closed for the evening and no one is to be reached. So this is not a problem. Guests can park in any unmarked space for up to 48 hours. In less than 2 hours the rental car was towed. We called up these losers and they could not tell us why the car was towed and were demanding $205 to get the car!?? What?!!! Really!! The person on the phone sounded completely ignorant. She couldnt provide us any info and kept saying we just needed to pay them. No manager was available. Zero help! Zero class! I will be speaking to BBB and Denver Police to file a stolen vehicle report! Also they put a sticker on the windshield that wont come off!Get a clue and get a life bottom feeders! And how about just try to be human!

What a dick move they pulled....I had to take my car into the shop and got a rental...it was super late and I was unable to get anything from my complex as it was 8pm when I got home. Parked it in my own spot with the rental car clearly on the back window and they still towed it... called to explain and they could care less. Yes I didnt have a sticker, but I used my own spot and the car was clearly a rental so come on. Just a really crappy move and clearly someone just wanted to make some money. HORRIBLE! I tried leaving for work this morning and my car was gone. After freaking out that it had been stolen, I asked my complex if they had a towing company. Indeed they did, and it was this company that took my vehicle. They told me it was parked in a no parking zone, and in fact it was. But there was a foot of snow on the ground, clearly covering the yellow letters on the curb. How was I supposed to know if I cant see the curb?!? There were no signs posted or a red curb. Let alone this is the week before Christmas and I dont want to be forking over hundreds of dollars to get my car out. Bullshit right? The gals I spoke to on the phone were standoffish and very rude. Im sure they deal with pissed off people all of the time, but definitely not the way to handle it. Im glad I am not the only one who had a terrible experience with towing and especialyl this company.

My wifes car was towed from our apartment complex during the night. After hours of researching for our vehicle thinking it was stolen, we learned it had been towed. When we picked up our vehicle the parking tag was found on the floor. It must have fallen off when the sun shade was placed or while it was being towed illegally. The fee to get it out of impound was enormous. The staff are idiots, clearly this is a racket for them. Two days after being towed, I noticed a old beat up truck parked in a handicap space near where my vehicle was towed. I took several pictures clearly showing no placard and illegally parked. I called this tow company reported it and the truck was not towed. This shows they are selective on what they tow and only tow when they know they will collect a fee. Not that I want to see anyone have a car towed but to prove a point. We need to start a class action law suit against this tow company.

This company keeps coming to my place of business and placing signs (no matter how many we throw away) that say All unauthorized vehicles will be towed...we do not have a contract or deal with you all and who gave you the right to just come and put up a sign without talking with someone! Just terrible and totally unethical. Saw my jeep being towed away. Parked at the Whisky Biscuit in Englewood. Walked in had a drink. Walked over to Moes to meet a friend. In that 10 minutes, they towed my jeep. Walked back into Whisky Biscuit and another guy from Wyatts was in there. I asked him why they towed my jeep. He said we watched you walk down to the other bar and then we towed your jeep. This company basically has a license to steal. Towed my jeep 25 minutes away. I picked it up within a half hour. $322 ! They are crooks. There were 3 people in the Whisky Biscuit when this happened. They are totally in cahoots with the towing company. Karma will get these people.

Our car was towed out of our DRIVEWAY over night for expired tags - which is understandable to an extent, but, we went to pick it up, and, while we waited, with our 8 year old, in their filthy trailer, for service, two of their VILE drivers cam walking in, talking VERY LOUDLY about something that had put them in a JOLLY mood for STEALING CARS. This sort of person is not worth the air they breathe. I sincerely hope that karma comes back on them TEN FOLD.

God awful service! They treat their clients like prisoners. I waited in line for nearly an hour for them to process a grand total of 5 clients. They add fees for everything including after hours pickup (+$65) which includes any time that someone working a full time job can go pick up their car (anytime outside of 9-5 M-F). I felt sorry for the couple in front of me that had to pay an additional $65 to get their car battery jumped even though they had a car there with jumper cables. They tried to fend for themselves a bit and were quickly threatened with calling the police. Honestly, the police SWAT team should do a raid on this place and free everyones cars.

This company is the worst! They towed both my cars! Illegally entered both of my cars and messed with things inside the cars! Called and the manager doesnt wanna do anything about it and stated how her drivers are professional and wouldnt do anything about them entering both of my cars! The lady at the pay window was rude! This company and the people that work there are a bunch of bottom-feeding, dishonest crooks. They towed my car from my own apartment complex, saying it was improperly parked. I parked on a curb that many vehicles park next to on a day to day basis, well within the 6in rule. There are no signs, no paint on the curb, and was not blocking anything. Of course they towed my car on Saturday around midnight, when no one is around, so that they could charge me an after hours/weekend fee when I picked it up on on Sunday. I paid them $302 for them to steal my car, drive it over 12 miles to downtown Denver from CAMDEN DENVER WEST in Golden (which is also a horrible apartment complex, do not live there) and impound it. No one was at the lot when I went to pick the car up, so I had to call some on-call person, who was extremely rude and obviously was unhappy that she had to work (HELLO? this is your JOB!) and dodged questions. She told me to take it up with the apartment and my apartment tells me to take it up with the towing place. What an unethical business. how do these people live with themselves doing what they do? This business deserves to be shut down. I have also filed a complaint w/ DORA and BBB. I am looking into further recourse. They will not get away with this.

I did not have my car towed by these people or interact directly with them. My review is based solely on behavior demonstrated by one of their employees. While driving on the rain slick freeway, one of their tow trucks swerved across two lanes to cut me off on an off ramp, then proceeded to drive and speed like a maniac, continuing to swerve across multiple lanes. Would not trust or give any money to people who employee these kind of drivers. Would fully expect damage to occur to my vehicle if this particular man were the tow driver. Reckless and inexcusable.

In between the first and second time I would see the big black tow truck circle around my car on a regular basis as if he were watching my every move. It made me very uncomfortable. Worst customer service in my life. My car was towed this morning because other guest in my apartment complex took all the paid parking spots that I pay $150/month for and didnt even get to use. I called and they gave me my total and said they closed at 5pm. I had taken my gf car to work, had to leave early to make it there before 5pm. Got there at 4:47pm. They started to ring me up but insisted I needed the keys first. I said I only live 5 minutes away, I could go get them. The lady told me that I had until 5:15pm. So I drove home, woke up my gf (she works nights) and we drove back. Got there at 5:05pm and now they want to charge me $66 after hours fee. This should be illegal. I was never told that, even the manager said theres nothing they could do. Complete lies. I was super calm and nice and still got screwed.

Towed my car from my apartment with no warning claiming expired tags when the tags were paid for all I was waiting for was the sticker to come in the mail. Luckily my apartment manager was able to work out a deal with them once I showed the documents to prove their mistake. If they had taken the time to run my plates I could have avoided dealing with this terrible company.

I had the same experience as the earlier commenter/reviewer. Supposedly they handle my apartments account for removing illegally parked cars in handicap spots. It is a waste of your time to call. I called them to remove an illegally parked car. The lady (owner) was rude to me. She promised it would be moved so I could get my car in the spot, but they never showed up. She did not sound concerned about my right to park in a handicap spot. I guess she had something better to do then help a disabled person park their vehicle in a handicap spot. FIRE THEM PLEASE!

This place is the worse, theyve made up reasons to tow us, theyve mishandled our vehicle costing us hundreds of $ on top of what we paid to get it out, they accept no responsibility because we cant prove they caused the issues. We also had an agreement with them and out apartment manager that our vehicle wouldnt be towed because the flat tire happened at nightwo and I couldnt fix it, everywhere was closed, the next morning my vehicle was towed. They said they couldnt keep their word because the person was fired...and didnt know what they were talking about. This company towed my car from an unmarked parking spot. When I went to talk with the business and showed them regulation 6508-B-III, they kept stating they were in compliance with their signage for the property. I returned home from work a day later and they had told an employee to place new signs in the area in which I parked. These people are criminals and are not capable of logical discourse. The people working at the front desk are abrasive and will fight with us consumers till the end. I have opened a claim against them through DORA and will do the same with the BBB. Sadly for them I have pictures showing the lot before and after their signage, and in my opinion shows criminal intent.

Just bought a new car, drove back to westminster from CO Springs no time to get to dmv last night after 6pm. woke up this morning to my car being gone from my apartment lady on the phone says i broke the rules so my car was towed, even though it was just purchased from a private owner.Our handymen here say that there drivers constantly circle our lot looking for someone to tow.

This theft company broke into my car to get commissions! My truck hasnt been moved in over a week!My complex has a permit policy with that being said we always have it hanging on the miorror. When I noticed the truck wasnt there I thought that it was stolen.. I called the towing just to make sure. They said they towed it for no visible permit. I said how the heck is that possible it has been parked for a whole week.. they come daily between 11pm to 5 am..I went and they let me see that it was not visible I assumed they sole it because the window was cracked three inches open! My truck is very attractive and is loaded why would everything be there but not my permit? I said ok let me go ahead and pay the fee thinking someone stole it..come to find out as soon as I paid they let us get it and we parked right outside there gate to search it because it just seemed fishy..what do you know?? it was magically placed underneath the middle arm rest!! I went straight to the window and said how is this possible!!!! your guys went into my truck and hid my permit just to get paid! This is THEFT and I sware that one way or the other this will be resolved! I paid $278.80 for a burglary?! The guy even showed me the pictures they took as evidence and you can clearly see the window was opened! Scum bags is what they are and justice needs to be served!

Place is terrible....... I went to visit a friend for 1hr 1/2 and they have no signs posted saying you cant park there. They towed my 2016 Acura and caused damage to it. Place is ran by a bunch of inconsiderate idiots collecting welfare checks. I advice anyone not to rent there and if you do rent there..... get out as quickly as possible because you cant even have visitors. Not only am I going to sue them I advice anyone else that runs in this problem to do the same. I have everything documented on video including them putting NO parking signs after the fact. Wow The female i spoke to the first time i called, she said her name was mary but i doubt is her true name, stated to me as i called the first time that they did not have my vehicle, even after i gave her all the information she needed. She then proceeded to give me the number for auto theft/recovery/dispatch. I Spoke with a deputy who then told my sister and I that these guys DID tow the truck in to their facility. I just literally got off the phone with mary and she stated.... Uh well yeah we do have it and you didnt give me the correct information to accurately look up your vehicle. If I could give them zero stars I would!!! They not only towed my vehicle but they didnt have a legit reason to do so. My plates expired in June and my car was towed June 6th for Expired plates is what they wrote down. They threatened to take me to civil court if I didnt pay the fine. When asking if they know that by law we have 30 days after your plates expire to get new plates. The lady I spoke with wasnt aware of that law or the legal way to serve me to go to court. The CSR who I spoke to informed me that they give their employees no training what so ever. How are you going to try to sew me and send papers about taking legal action if your employees dont know the regulations for the legality stand point and are basically clueless! not only that but when I went to go get my car I had to wait an hour for them to assist someone infront of me that wanted to get his car out too but had no keys to his vehicle or any document to prove that car is his. All while Im waiting (while I clearly have everything I need right in my hand) Aaliyahs employees are trying to locate this guys address to give the car back. Im thinking this is clearly not legal to give a car to a stranger who has no License or ID, no keys to the car or a title but he knows his address?? We were wrongfully and unlawfully towed by Aaliyahs. We woke up this morning to discover that our vehicle was gone and that it had been towed from our PRIVATE apartment complex lot. We got the vehicle as a christmas present so we couldnt run to the DMV to register our vehicle so we notified our apartment managers and they okayed our vehicle to stay in the parking lot until we registered it on Monday. According to the Denver PD tow trucks/companies are not allowed to tow from private lots without owner consent (aka the request must be called or faxed in or the order for tow had to be signed) According to our receipt our vehicle was towed at 0335 this morning. We were charged an after hours fee, because on the weekend they are closed! As others have said, why are the trucks operating if they are closed?! We had also left our vehicle in 4x4 because of the snow and getting in and out of the parking spaces we had to use it. They towed our vehicle that was still in 4x4 with a sling and not a flat bed truck like you are supposed to use. If a vehicle is suspected to be a 4x4 it must be towed by flat bed to avoid damage to the 4x4 or the transfer case. Upon getting to the tow yard we were told on the phone it would be $306.88. We went to pay them and we had $310 they said they didnt have change even though they had a change box under the counter. We received our vehicle and then we started asking questions; had it been called in? - one of the females who handled our payment and paperwork answered, no our driver was out patrolling. We asked again, same thing, our driver was out patrolling. Then we brought up that we knew the car had been towed by sling and not a flat bed (my SOs dad was a tow truck driver for years) and pointed out that our vehicle had been towed in 4x4 by the sling. This ladys eyes got real big and showed fear. We were also told that if we parked our vehicle back on our private apartment complex lot that they would tow the vehicle off the private lot again. ----Denver PD advised to file a small claims court case, which we will do, to get our money back and for any damages we incur, etc... We also filed a complaint through the Denver Utilities Commissioner, and the BBB.Update: We went to aaliyahs to talk to the manger Christie, and she lied and told us they had grounds to take our vehicle even though we got it as a christmas present from a family member. Obviously they think the DMV should just open for anyone on a holiday! Aaliyahs thinks they are above the law! Which they are not! If you have been wronged by Aaliyahs I encorage you to submit a BBB claim and call the Utilities Commissioner and file a complaint! They need to be shut down and held accountable for their actions!

Avoid this company at all cost. They are suppose to patrol our complex and tow people. You call them and they either never show up or they lie to you and say they dont see the cars. This company is a joke and will screw you over. Avoid at all cost or you be sorry.

Worst company in colorado. Crooks, money hungry, worst customer service. Towing residents cars from there parking spaces and then want to chearge $$$ to release.

Towed my car when I had a temp tag. Wouldnt even bring it back even though it was their mistake. Had no notification and I thought my car was stolen. They are rude and money hungry, these people need to be out of business or do their job more professionally.

This company trolls apartment complexes to pick up cars. Both of mine have stickers per the apartment complex rules. I got a notice that my car would be towed due to expired plates (a few over the 30 day mark). None of their business. They are NOT the company the apartment complex hired to tow cars.

These guys literally just go around stealing cars. My brother visited me at my apartment and within 15 minutes they towed his truck from my parking lot. There is no guest parking at my apartments and there is no off site parking either. we had to take a cab to the impound lot and pay 350 dollars to get his truck out. absolute scum bags.

Tow companies are worst then the lowest criminals, how is it legal to take someone elses possessions and then charge them high amounts of money to get them back. Watch out for this company i think they take your car for a ride around town to charge you extra miles they towed my daughters car took it for 4 miles then charged her 8 miles(i drove to the place to check how many miles were from the point they pick it to their yard)

Towed the car, had to get it back after hours as my sister needed her insulin. We got to the lot and they denied access to the car until we paid their fees. When we get the car, they have ruined one tire and when we get angry about it, 7 people come out of their office and threaten us with calling the police and keeping the car.

Rude workers and they have no regard for other people.. they all need a reality check.

This company has tried to tow my car numerous times, while I have been living at Foothills Park. I have always been legal, and they try and try again. One tow reason they gave, was that one tire was underinsured, and they needed to tow it for dangerous operation. This company is a criminal enterprise.

Daytona car from a place that has no sign thing is permit only, damaged my front end of my car by throwing it away, they have to replace the whole front clip

I would have to agree with most other reviewers. My experience with these people was gross they were crooked and manipulative and quite frankly I think quite brutish. The practices are unregulated and they seem to get away with more than they should.

Worst company period, the Owner Ali is very unprofessional, and his staff follows. Hired them to patrol our property and they only came out every 2 or 3 weeks. The drivers are also very rude, more than normal. If i could rate it 0 starts i would, how are these POS still in business.

Deliberately dishonest and deceptive. Signage is faded, difficult to read, and deliberately placed in out-of-sight locations. They do not place warnings, because they realize that a warning means never actually getting to tow any vehicles. They cause tenants far more trouble than they resolve; though, they really dont resolve anything at all, so thats not hard to do.
