Best towing experience Ive at any point had. I was a repairman in the Marines and realized immediately these folks werent simply pulling, they have an extraordinary information on vehicles. My vehicles electrical framework went crazy and my vehicle kicked the bucket on a bustling road. Bryan appeared inside 20 minutes and knew promptly what wasnt right, painstakingly snared my vehicle and carried me to the Honda Service Center. After two days when Honda deceived me that it was another issue, I called to have my vehicle towed to my typical believed auto mechanics shop and Douglas came out. He was there inside 20 minutes and very much like Bryan and myself, knew precisely what wasnt right. He painstakingly snared my vehicle and took it over to my typical mechanics shop. Can hardly understand operator. 6mi tow = $170 ... 1hr later tow driver called, just got the dispatch, sub-contracted from Cali. I called the closest tow truck to my location .1 mile away, still waiting...

They take payments from load all costumers then sub it out to local companies. This company doesn’t even exists in Colorado running under fake name. Reporting to the state and licensing department. Gonna try to sue them.

I never write a review without using them, but Denver Tow Company deserves a 5star! I finally got my 63 VW started after 5 hours, everyone I talked with wouldnt or didnt want to tow my Bug being too low and Show materiel... Technician, had his truck out, what he did next was impressive! He not only kept tabs if my car was running, he gave me some referrals. If anyone needs a tow, call Denver Tow Company!!!

Needed a tire change at 6am. I had a spare but no jack to lift the car. I called them and they were out in about 30 minutes or so. very quick and fast worker. great experience

While running late to my first day of school I locked my keys and phone in my car!! I was stressing out. I was parked in the middle of two large lots that had no clear signs for me to give as a landmark. But after a short wait the driver found me! He said he circled many times looking for my make and model car I was on his last loop. He quickly opened my car and I was able to get my stuff out and off to class. Thank you!

Ive been stuck on the side of the freeway for 2 hours now with no ETA, even after asking for one. But of course my card has already been charged, no delay there. Every time they call back they ask me for the same information over and over and tell me its actually going to cost more than my previous quote stated. They do not seem to know what theyre doing at all. The tow truck PASSED me at one point, saw me, did not stop, and has not returned. Please please please do not ever call this company for roadside assistance, you will regret it.
