My car broke down on the exit ramp to colfax on i25. Scott came and totally saved my a** . Not only did he tow my car, he was knowledgeable about how to tow my car and was so very carefull with my baby but he even offered to let me park my car at his shop in order to fix it, offering any tools I might need to do the job. I can say I have NEVER had a tow driver go above and beyond to help me, or any person that I know, out in the ways he did. I would have been completely screwed if it werent for his kindness and his help. I will never use another towing agency as long as I live!

CAUTION!! Do not use this business. Read their reviews. Same thing happened to me that has happened to other reviewers of this company. They said they were on their way to pick up my car. Two hours later still had not heard from them. They avoided my calls and texts and never responded. Ended up having to get another company to tow my car after waiting nearly 3 hours for them. Not good business to leave someone stranded. Must be nice to have so much business that you can screw people over on a regular basis.

Scotty and the crew are simply the tops. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Very rasonable price and great work.

Driver tried to add an additional 5 miles of distance on to the tow. Took over 2 1/2 hours to show up. And the 25 minute tow took 1 1/2 hour to get to the correct drop off.

Great price compared to the other industries that I called. They were going to be available the fastest by far (I may have just gotten luckily with the timing). I am giving them 4 stars only because the service worker was driving a little recklessly to my destination. He may have been tired in general but my heart skipped a few beats on the drive over.

This guy pretended to be a very nice guy at the beginning, but do not go alone with him to his garage to fix your car. I felt unsafe because of his behaviors and his location is actually not like what you see on the maps. He charged me a very unaffordable price!!! After all you would not feel safe when you go with him alone!!

Scott one of the tow drivers was driving by when he noticed that I was locked out of my car, and he asked if needed help and him and his partner both were able to get my car unlocked! I probably would have been outside all night if they didn’t help. Thank you for stoping and helping, most people would not have done this. James took great care in Towing my 04 Audi A8 that was sitting extremely low due to car not being able to start and raise up the air suspension I had several other Towing companies quote me prices of $300+ when I told them about the car and how low it was sitting I will only use James n affordable Towing from now on

The worst experience in my entire life..I ended up having to pay 5000 dollars to get my truck realeased..a transmission j had bought for then to out in was stolen out of the bed if my truck which they claimed they had no idea about but they are the ones who told me it was taken. What a nightmare they basically were trying to get a title on my truck and legally steal it from me..they played phone games. Never answered or returned calls so I could make arrangements to get my truck.. these people are not about the community..I had covid and had it pretty bad and was bed ridden for quite awhile thats the main reason my truck was here for so long .and even though that happened to me they used that to their advantage so they could extort that 5 grand from me.. I spent my life savings ti get my truck back and now my rent is in jeopardy etc etc. Bottom line stay away from these people they are scum bag theives.

Awesome company got the job done better and quicker than our AAA insurance AAA left us stuck for 11 hours they showed up fast got the job done fast they were friendly and affordable

Hi,This place was extremely unprofessional. They towed my car Sunday afternoon after I waited an hour and half - after they told me they would be only a few minutes. No one answered the phone until after 11:15 am the next day. The girl that answered said she would call me back in a few minutes about my car - never called back. I called back over an hour later. Finally, I said I was coming to the shop to speak to someone about my car. They said I needed an alternator which turned out to be not true and charged me $270 for a battery - which we all know is way too much. The tow truck driver mentioned that i would receive a discount on my towing cost if I used them for car services and I did not. The whole place seemed very sketchy..... I would not recommend that anyone use them to tow their car to their location.

Had to get my car towed, it was 3:30am and I called 3 24hr towing companies and non of them answered. Found Affordable Towing, Scott answered pretty quickly, and got to my location pretty quick too. Pricing was reasonable, Scott was very professional. Definitely using Affordable Towing again if I ever need it.

WARNING!!!! CONTACTING THE BBB AS WELL AS FILING A LAW SUITE! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!When we arrived the mechanics took a questionably long time getting the car back to us. As we were in the parking lot we noticed the back break/tail light was shattered. This was not something that happened when the car was in our possession. We were informed that the owner would come by after he got the part to replace the break light. We never heard back after multiple failed attempts to contact the owner. When we got the car home we noticed that both front tires were completely out of air and since we brought the car home we have not been able to get the tires full.With all that being said we decided to take our car to PepBoys were they informed us that the work that Affordable Towing did wasnt done properly and that the car has been dangerous to drive since we left Affordable Towings lot. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau as well as filing a law suite, Not only could my husband and I have been seriously injured if not dead, but Affordable Towing also put my NEW BORN daughter in danger. I have called numerous times without a call from either Scott or his wife. super unprofessional.

Car broke down on I-25 in the middle of downtown rush hour. This company was there in 30 mins and able to get me to my mechanic before they closed. Very professional, clean passenger cab, friendly, and competitively priced. Would use again if I ever need a tow.

Upset is an under statement. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Had me waiting 5 hours for a tow. Ignored my calls. I called him from another number he answered me told me he would be there in 20 min. Meanwhile I called another tow company. They pick up my vehicle within 30 min.

After working with Scott, who was amazing in helping me with my situation, I can definitely say that this company stepped up to the plate and met all expectations that were originally set for me. First and last thing I noticed was the excellent professionalism he showed throughout the whole thing, and he was even able to give me some pointers on what to expect when the mechanics start looking at my car. If I need a tow in the future in the Denver area (hopefully not), this company is the first one Im calling.

If you need a tow, this company is worth waiting for. The loading charge was the cheapest out of anyone I called. The guy I talked to was brief, but courteous. When a truck did get to me, they got my car on super fast, and even beat me home! This company sucks I sat for 1.5 hour at 4:00 pm on a Sunday evening waiting for the tow company to arrive just to be told I could leave my car to be picked up which was around 5:15. My car didn’t get to its final destination until 10pm. I called to speak to a manager and spoke to Eric who basically referred his answers as “This is not a pizza place where we are coming from the restaurant directly to your house” “Things happen and when they do it’s out of our control.” I didn’t think it would take a company 5 hours to tow a car and take it to a mechanic going the same direction I was going to get home which only takes me 30 minutes. Unless you have half the day to waiste, have an additional car, and don’t have any care about a loud towering truck entering into your neighborhood late in the evening then this is the perfect company for you if not and you want to be valued as a customer and your time considered go with another company(!)

I was looking for a flat bed tow because its the safest way to get your vehicle from point A to point B. I did some research and found a company trying to charge me $99 to get it on the truck then $5 per mile $179 for a 15 mile tow! I knew there was better, Dennis did the tow for $85 was extremely respectful and thoughtful, explained everything, and even did me a small favor. I gave him $120 and he earned every penny. Dont call some big company trying to charge you an arm and a leg, call a local trustworthy provider who will work with you, thats Dennis hands down.
