The Staff is Friendly and Courteous. The staff is all different from the old Trendy Nails Staff. They did a Great Job accommodating to us - 3 Spa Pedicures & 3 Manicures ☺️ My only Complaint is That they need to be a bit more clean - like wipe off the chairs and tables after customers. Not sure when they clean probably at the end of the day? Would be nice to have someone clean every hour at least 👍🏽

I walked in and was asked to sign in then wash my hands as soon as I was in washing my hands they sat me and she started doing my nails. I showed her a picture of what I wanted it didnt have to be exact any variation just I wanted butterflies on my ring finger and she did a fantastic job. I will absolutely be going back for my nail upkeep. And the price was fantastic. I went to a nail salon inside of the Walmart and for a basic full set French manicure look it costed me $80. But here I got a full set with butterfly decals for 60 bucks and the quality was much better and she didnt tear up my fingers like the other place did. I will absolutely be going back they do a fantastic job.

Kim is absolutely amazing!!! I will go to her from here on out :) she is a so careful to make sure every last detail is perfect. I highly recommended you try trendy nails. Ask for Kim. You wont be sorry.

HORRIBLE service. My nails were not prepped right. The lady was a little rude, She didn’t ask me if the color was right or anything…My nails look absolutely nothing like what I actually asked for. Not worth $60 at all.

I was a regular customer up until now. used to love the nails! this time.. not too good. i’ve had my acrylics for only a week and already 5 of them broke! very poorly done, got 2 of them fixed and one immediately popped off. will not be going back. i’m disappointed and should have listened to the bad reviews

Annie is incredible. She made my nails look perfect. I got coffin dip with red and a silver sparkle ring finger. She also trimmed my dry cuticles without me asking and massaged them with oil. Ill never go to anyone else!

I came in to get my acrylics off and they not only ripped off my nails instead of soaking them off, cut me, but they cracked 4 of my nails. they let me walk out of the store with my nails looking like this. i have been going here forever but this was just terrible service.

Tried this place since it’s close to work, big mistake!!!!!!I just had a full set and my nails are so short!!!! When I look at the back of my fingers I can’t even see a tip of the nail because it’s below the skin. The technician was curt and may have been the manager, first seat by the entry. I didn’t even want to bother having them redone at this salon. First time there, I will never be back. Now I have to go back to my original salon and have this set removed and a new set put on.

I went to go and get my girlfriends acrylic nails off. They cracked 4 of her nails, cut her, and ripped her nails off. She had to go home and cut all of her nails off because they were ripped and paper thin. 10/10 the worst service I have ever witnessed.

If you have allergies or care to give any directions this is not your place I paid $110 for a deluxe pedicure that was $35 plus gel (No price change was discussed). My manicure was dip nail was supposed to have a design with metal stars and moons and the manicurist didn’t know how to use them after saying that she could. To top off the experience no one would answer the phone after four a formal complaint.

I go to the nail salon all the time and they never let me down. Last time I went they did an amazing job with coffin shaped nails. Kim was my nail tech and she paid such attention to detail. They were beautiful. The shape was flawless on each and every single nail. I highly recommend this salon if you want pedicures manicures gel acrylic dip anything!! Thank you Kim for my amazing coffin claws.

The worst manicure I have had in months. I asked to re-do several times and got the very rude attitude, however it didn’t help. Cheap and not worth it. Big disappointment. Will never go again

I have visited this nail spa a few times as it is close to my residence. There are a few things that I notice that would really help customers like myself to come back. The techs quality of service is good, but it is the environment that is unsettling. When one wants to come for service especially without your child for the day and would like to recieve a pedicure and or manicure-we would like spa-like peace and equitable service. I treated myself this past Tuesday and got a pedicure/manicure. Due to Covid-I called prior to make sure they were taking people and booked an appointment. As soon as I walked in-I was asked if I have an appointment-I said yes. Per usual-the techs talk in their native tongue to figure out who will serve me-I cant help to always notice the dissapointment as people of color are looked at as someone who might not tip well (stereotypically). Also, I noticed thereafter no one else was asked if they had an appointment. Anyhow, I picked my color and went to my chair. My tech is someone I had before and I know she is good. Most of the time I pick the most expensive pedicure and this usually settles my tech a little as she knows I want to be treated and can pay (I hate to say that, but sadly thats how it is) At one moment in time-there is myself in the chair getting a pedi and another woman of color in a mani chair. The techs clearly were getting a break and for a few minutes there was loud talking and laughing amongst each other. As a customer who wants a spa-like experience-I was hoping for some quiet. A new customer came in and of course just like that no more playing around. I say all this to say as a woman of color we would like the same quality of service, customer service and fairness. Our money is green too.

I have been going here for a couple of years and I like the team here. I have never had a bad experience which is pretty amazing. I love Jill to do my nails and Pedi but honestly when I cant get her I have anyone do my service. You cant go wrong. Plus they are teamed up with Five Stars!!! So thats always a great perk for us!

I have been coming to this nail location for around 6 years. It is a cheaper nail salon and they do good and fast services. However my experience this morning was not acceptable. The nail technician doing my nails slid the acrylic file off of my nail and cut into my finger deeply. It bled badly for at least 30 minutes, so much so that she had to get a bandaid from her purse to get it to stop. Because it was so badly injured she wasn’t not able to shape it correctly and it does not match any of the other nails. She also did not do a base coat for my acrylic nails, which may be a new procedure but I have never had this happen and I hope it does not influence how long this manicure lasts. After continuously pouring alcohol and cleanser into my wound she finishes my nails and when I go to pay she only takes 5 dollars off. She not only hurt my finger, but hurt it so bad she couldn’t finish that nail correctly without fear of hurting it worse because she couldn’t touch it. I have no problem paying for quality, however 33 dollars for a rebase and a severely injured finger is rediculous

Tammy is great. She not only does a great job on my nails, but being in the restaurant business it is hard to keep my nails on and strong. Well, she does! They last longer than anyones I have ever had. It is always easy to get in and thats a big plus with my busy lifestyle.

Today was a bad experience at this nail salon. My first service a few weeks ago wasn’t the friendliest but my pedicure came out nice. I thought I’d give it a second try since it’s closer to my home. Not only did the staff make me feel as if I was forcing them to do my nails but they did the wrong color on my toes and I did not realize it until she was done. (I was on a work call and taking notes). I was in a rush so I didn’t have her fix it. I paid but did not give my usual minimum 30% tip I always give when I receive a service. They charged me $50 for a bad (gel) pedicure. My dog would’ve done a better job and definitely much friendlier.

This is, by far, the best nail place around! Ive tried many of the neighboring businesses with no luck. Tammy and Cindy are the greatest!! I see Tammy at Trendy Nails, because she is the most amazing nail technician around. She is precise, friendly and very kind to all of her customers. I tend to be very picky and I appreciate that she takes her time and is a perfectionist! If I could give 10 stars, I would! This nail salon is the best around!

Got a pedicure and she did it so quick that i didnt notice that she did not cut my cuticles. I was so disappointed when i got home and looked with my glasses on. It was like because i didnt want gel and only got the regular pedicure that it wasnt worth it to do a good job. Will NOT return here again!!

Saw a couple staff arguments here about their flow of customers and who got who next. It was a bit uncomfortable for several customers in the store. This led me away from going here, as I recieved a half done pedicure during the altercations between employees. Overall, it is a decent size and they do have a ton of nail techs on site. Prices are good and overall the place is clean and accommodating.

Annie did a great job rescuing my nails! I had them done overseas and they were completely messed up! A new dip later and I have great nails again!

Im not one who usually gets their nails done, but lately Ive felt like my hands look gross so I wanted to do something nice for myself. I went fairly early on a Monday but I had no wait whatsoever. The tech knew exactly what I wanted and it didnt cost an arm and a leg. Will definitely be going back to get them done again.

My wife and I have been here about three or four times now and have no complaints. Good customer service prices seem good I only get a pedicure sooo that’s as much as I know on price point. I recommend checking them out.

Prices are what they feel like charging somehow no matter how I do the math my total should have been $42 they wanted to charge me $53. Glad we discussed it before because they were not going to match their own posted pricing, when I questioned it the language barrier became an uncomfortable issue. They didnt seem interested in my business so I took my money elsewhere.

BEWARE‼️‼️Yesterday (11-28-18) I had a horrible experience!!! It was like once they got comfortable with me they took advantage.Not just once but THREE times they tried to charge me 5 or 10 dollars more for things that I never asked for or was not aware cost extra with service I was requesting.When I got up to the corner to pay the woman working requested for more money than I was aware that I was going to pay. At this point considering it was the THIRD time I called her out on it and she said I was being “crazy”.Considering how well played the whole situation was I have a feeling that I’m not the first nor the last person they will be doing that too so be aware when you decide to go to this nail salon that you could be potentially scammed for more than you were quoted or given at the beginning of your service.

She did a poor job and when I told her I wouldn’t be paying extra for the manicure (since I didn’t receive one) she was nasty with me.I rushed over to KT nails and they saved the day and didn’t charge me to fix Trendy Nails mistake. My advice to you is to disregard the good reviews because they take $5 off for anyone who leaves one, and head to one of the aforementioned nail shops.

My nails were not filed even, some of the paint comes off before I got home that evening and most rude was having the staff have full conversations and laughing knowing that we could not understand what was being said!I will never go back to this business!

I usually have a great experience here and they do a good job, but today sucked. I called ahead to make sure it was okay I come in today at 5:05 since they close at 6. The girl that did my pedicure was nice, but did a shoddy, rushed job. The girl that did my manicure technically did a decent job, but was so rude the whole time. She kept sighing and getting frustrated. I apologized if I frustrated her and she said nothing...I said thank you at the end and she said nothing. My hands were super dry afterward- they felt like sandpaper, so I had to ask for more lotion. Very disappointed today. I’ll just go somewhere else next time- not like there’s a shortage of nail salons.

I was a loyal customer here for about a year. I have spent the last six months working on my nail health, and the results were amazing. However, now that Vince has left this location, I will never return. Tina did my nails on my most recent trip, and it was the worst manicure I have ever received. It was very rushed, she filed my nails vertically instead of horizontally, and all the hard work I did to get them healthy was ruined. The only reason I am giving three stars instead of one is because I believe some of the other ladies here might do a better job, but I’m not willing to take the chance when there are so many other options available.

I have been doing acrylic nails for 30 years and I have never found anyone who does a better job than Tam. She takes her time, never making me feel rushed or unimportant. Her work is amazing. Never a red line aka ring of fire where they cut into your nail bed. I can wait 4-6 weeks for a fill and they still look good! She is amazing! Ive referred many people to Tam and they all love her!!! Go See Her!! TAM TAM is the Bomb!

I’ve been here three times because of the location. The older woman does a horrible and pedicure. Every nail gets the same treatment. She was to into everyone else and not what she was hired to do. They push everything so you do not get to relax and enjoy your time there. Shellac is applied so thin my nails break all the time and I pay for shellac. She polished 3 of my nails without dipping into the shellac to get more on the brush. I asked her to make it thicker and it didn’t happen. Done here. You just get a half a$$ per/manny and are bugged to let them do much more. It’s horrible!!!

In the time I was there SIX people came in saying their nails had chipped, tips had broke, polish had come off, etc from the previous day or from the morning of! Now I am day 2 of a dip manicure and my nails are cracking and 4 nails are chipped. They rush you like crazy and say “we can skip the manicure and just do the color.” If I am paying for and WANT a manicure than that should not be said. My pedicure was not cleaned up leaving nail polish on my skin. I would not recommend this place!

Best manicure ever. Not kidding. Trendy was recommended by a friend and I was very glad I went. Will definitely be a repeat customer. It was super busy yet Nam juggled everyone’s needs all the while being attentive to me. He dealt with a difficult customer situation in a professional manner (she wanted a fix of the gels she admitted pulling off leaving her with 4 of 10 bare fingers, and he was bending over backwards to try to help; she stormed off in a huff when they didn’t have the right color - turns out she hadn’t gotten them done at Trendy in the first place!).

The guy was not interested in doing his job.cut my toe, did 5 min massage and did not clean the cuticles or prep the nails.

She took off my one acrylic and didnt replace it and then she cut off all of my other nails which were nice and long, I think in an effort to even them out. Ive been there twice before and was pleased but after this, Ill be looking for a different salon

Came here with 3 of my friends and I got a fill in. The lady I had was rushed and was fighting with another manicurist across the hall. My friend was told she couldn’t have what she wanted because she would have to “upgrade” to gel when I got basically the same thing with normal polish and my friend told them what she wanted before they started. 2 days later 2 of my nails broke off and I came back in and they were very rude. It took 2 hours for them to fix 2 of my nails because I guess I was considered last priority, or so it felt. The lady put on the wrong color polish and I told her this and she still told me to dry it as if i would just leave with different colors on my nails. I had to make her come back over to me and fix it because she just started another girls nails and kept ignoring the problem. A week later, all of my friends nails had broken nails. I’ve never had such a bad experience at a salon out of the many years I’ve been going. Will not be going back.

My absolute favorite place to get pampered! From every staff member being so kind and always accommodating to the endless choices of shellac colors to their new dipping powder! The prices are absolutely perfect and they always make each customer feel special. I will never look for anywhere else to go!

I have been here several times with good luck. However, this last time I went the job was terrible. I got a manicure and a pedicure and the guy rushed through it. He didnt push back my cuticles and he barely trimmed them. Then there was a large piece of my cuticle under my shellac manicure and it looked terrible. I asked him to fix it and he did the bare minimum. Needless to say I wont go back. The paint on my pedicure and manicure were also very sloppy. The first coat coated my nail and the second coat was on 50% of the nail bed, so there were visible lines on both. :( I do not recommend the guy I had. But you never know who you are going to get when you go in there.

Each time I have gone here my nails look great. I have gotten a shellac mani, dip mani, and a pedicure here. The staff is sweet and the place is clean. I’m taking away a star because the heavily rely on the scary electric drill/file thing, and I feel that the health of your nails suffers from this. After a few times getting manicures here, my nails became really thin. I just wish they wouldn’t grind your nails down so much.

I should have taken a before and after picture of my nails that is how bad they were beforehand. I off the bat told Rosemary I had never been there before, wanted to try the dip powder and that I like my nails natural. She did such a good job working with what I came in with adding length and a natural look to my nails. She was communicative to me and other customers. They were busy busy busy as soon as they opened so that told me something. Its hard to find someone who does dip powder but who also does it well. Will absolutely be a continuing customer.

Every time I go for a pedicure they do an awesome job and they are always so friendly and nice. You cant get a better deal for the services they give with the pedicures...hot wax soak and hot stone massage on the feet and lower legs...love this place!!

I went to get a full set a few weeks ago first off no one greets you, you have to basically walk up to the staff to be acknowledged. My nails looked AWFUL the whole set. The gel cracked after a week. My thumb nail on my left hand was THICK she didnt file or shine them, she didnt push down my cuticles, or get rid of the access acrylic behind my nails. ALL of my nails raised from my cuticle within a few days. They were TRASH. I went in yesterday morning to ask someone to fix it and a rebase, I was told I had to wait an hour or more for them to fix what they didnt do right to begin with. Sparks Nails across the street got me RIGHT in and FIXED every nail they now look amazing. I wont be back here and wouldnt suggest this place to a blind woman.

I had an awful experience on Saturday, I went to get my face waxed and the person who waxed my face ended up burning my face. Normally, when I go there, I usually have a great experience. I not sure if Ill ever go there again because of the burns on my face.

I got a pedicure at this place because it appears to have good views. The pedicure was the worst one I have ever gotten. She did not bother to remove any calluses or dead skin. When she was massaging my foot, she barely put in any energy. She was lazy and in a hurry. I found out that if you leave the salon a good review you get $5 off. I guess thats why they appears to have a good review.

I went to Trendy Nails and Spa for the first time today and Im definitely going back! Nancy did a wonderful job with my rebase in such a short time! I was impressed with her service and the cleanliness of the spa-a great experience!!

Worst Pedicure! She didnt clean under the toes, or provide the services included like the hot towels. When I asked for it, they brought out a cold wash cloth and put it on top of my foot. My toenails were diagonal after filing. After someone else came in to file to straighten them out, they were too short and the shellac is in the cuticles. I never write reviews but the service was so bad. They did take off the charge for the shellac polish ($5). They could have provided the entire pedicure for free and I will never go back!

Yesterday I went in for a gel mani and pedi, when I was getting my pedicure I expressed my concern at the time of the pedicure because I knew she just barely scrubbed the bottom of my feet. I asked for a manger while I was in the chair and was told that they we not there. I told them I was giving them a try because I go to a specific nail shop for my pedicures. Next day may feet have a lot of dead skin on the bottom and the polish job is horrible! And I am leaving town today so I dont have time to get them fixed. I could have done a better job myself and I paid for the deluxe pedicure. I am beyond disappointed.

Not great service, limited color selection, sloppy job overall (polish all over my cuticles still), obviously unsanitary tools (she took them out of the sanitary that and dumped them into a dirty tray full of other peoples nail bits/dust), they use old polishes that are drying up and never last long after being applied, it seems like it was her first time doing dip nails (you shouldnt soak nails before doing dip because then theyre softer and the polish cant bind right, so itll break sooner). Im going to go back to my usual place. Huge bummer because this is closer to home.

I am giving them more than one star as a small benefit of the doubt due to the area. Honestly, I walked in and right back out. Dingey, dirty, and rude! Not recommended. The one time I walked in and asked for a simple rebase/ fill they told me to come back in an hour. Okay, I will do some shopping at Target next-door. No big deal. Came back an hour later and they said oh, come back in 45 minutes. I rolled my eyes and left. For the likely heath concerns I can not believe I even considered it.

My nails end up looking horrible, I will never come back again.

I have been going here for two years. Pedicures are consistently good, and from almost all of the nail specialist. There are two employees who do a great job on shellac, everyone else does not, and it peels within days.The quality of service has declined. There have been several incidences where it was very clear employees were talking about customers. Last straw for me, they made an elderly woman very uncomfortable, laughing at her, because she misunderstood the pedicurists question.

I saw all the reviews and decided to to give them a try since I’m new to the area . At first I thought they were okay, a bit over priced, at $60 for basic pink and white ombré. The nail tech barely spoke to me just asked what colors I wanted. She started sizing and gluing tips barely any glue that she broke a nail while installing. Which she later reglued .She would randomly pause resize and file down nails. Leaving them very uneven. I have two different pinky nails sized very different. It also left the tips chunky since they where already filled when she kept filling them down.I was also charged for a coffin shape, which was okay but nails looked very squared didn’t take time to shape them just cut the conners off before filling, literally all to attempt to shape. She rushed filing them. Didn’t even let me go wash hands after slightly buffing and smothing them, just dusted my hands with a brush. I saw other techs, this guy giving her looks while she did this like just as confused as me. I felt very uncomfortable and I’m not confrontational so I paided and left. Not even a two days later the nails begin to lift, like my hair getting stuck under them when I run fingers through scalp. I typically never have that issue until weeks out. I really not planing on going back . Facilities were nice clean and other techs seemed nice, I just don’t know if it was mine that was in a bad mood. I definitely don’t think I’ll be back . That’s t just my five second rant since I feel like it was overpriced and nails barely made it through the week.

Just an overall very very poor experience I would not recommend to anyone and way over priced for poor service.
