My pedicure turned out great.Unfortunately my nails have not held up. It took 2 days for the first nail to come off. Within a week I have lost 3 nails, all breaking at the same place.Nails look cute but the quality is trash..

The first picture is what i asked for while the rest is what i received. workers are extremely rude and gave me the worst nails i’ve ever had. i showed a couple friends and they thought it was a joke. the man who did my nails was so rude and tried to charge me $60 for this set. i had mosquitoes flying all over me and people talking about about me the whole time. i got the set removed because it was so bad and now my fingernails physically hurt. i told him it was my sweet 16 birthday set and he did me dirty. do not recommend.

Ive been here a few times and it has always been hit or miss, but Ive continued going because its close to my house. After my last visit, I will never return. I went in for a manicure and pedicure which took a total of three hours. First we started out with the pedicure, which was fine, and took one hour. Then, I was switched to a nail tech named Kenny. It was very obvious to me that he is very new to doing nails and needs MUCH more practice. I had powder dip on my nails when I arrived and he removed it with the drill - totally standard. This process took him ONE HOUR. I started to become worried that he was filing too much off my nails (top). Then he started the French manicure and the polish alone took him ONE HOUR to complete. The white tips were totally uneven and the nails were all different lengths. I let this slide because I had been there for three hours and needed to leave. Two weeks later, after taking off the manicure at a different nail salon, my nails are thin as paper. My nail tech refused to even put normal polish on my nails because they are so damaged. We agreed to cut them short and only use a nail strengthening treatment. She suspected it will be two months before my nails are back to normal. Four weeks later - my nails are now cut to the skin, but they are tearing below. Ive never had a manicure this bad or cause this much damage.

First time visiting this salon and I’m happy to say I found my go to nail place right in my neighborhood!! Ask for Son!! She did an ombré manicure for my wedding and it’s absolutely perfect!!! She is so sweet and very deligent when it comes to details. Already looking forward to my next visit with her!

Mimi made my experience very easy and fun, i went in not knowing what i wanted and came out in love with my nails.they did come out a bit bumpy and rushedupdate it’s only been a week and a nail already popped off

The wait was longer than I expected with an appt. because theyre so busy, and it was kind of pricey!! BUT the workers were all extremely kind and did a great job. Even the other customers were nice. Great atmosphere! 5 stars compared to many other salons Ive been to.

This was my third visit to Nails Gallery and I have to say that I have had a GREAT EXPERIENCE each time! I’ve gone twice by myself and once with my step daughters. My experience: Excellent customer service; seated almost immediately for pedicure; daughters treated so awesome-they gave them the “works” and let them show what designs they wanted (puppy paws 🐾) 😊; GREAT MASSAGES; the polish stays on perfectly on hands and feet for weeks (even on my hands, regular polish remained nice for two weeks and I’m pretty hard on my hands!)! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND checking them out!

Mimi finished my nails after I asked the first nail technician if I could just leave; by that time the first nail technician only completed one nail. The first nail technician started snatching my hand around after I asked to add a tip to my dip nails. I paid 106 for a shellac pedicure and a short dip set! I need my nails redone or I need a refund. Unfortunately I just got off work and they are closed. I got my nail done yesterday and I’ve been crying all day! I’m so unhappy. I have cuts on both ring fingers. And those cuts were from the drill! I was told next time I come ask for acrylic because that’s what they do better. Excuse me? Why offer it if you don’t know how to do it!UpdateSo my nail wee done on the 17thBy the time I got off work on the 18th they were closed with the closing time set at 4or 4:30I called today, 10.19.2020 and Rick said he doesn’t think they do refunds.... excuse me. I’m completely unhappy with this service. Why would I let you mess my nails up for a third time? If they can’t solve this issue tomorrow I will be going up their with papers of small claims court! My fingers hurt!! All of them!! I’m in sanitizer all day with my job. And after she cut me with a drill I am miserable!!

I used to live on the other side of town, and I had the same nail tech for 8+ years.I first visit this salon a couple of weeks ago and I am so glad I have found a new nail salon near me and a new nail tech. They are very professional, Mimi took her time with my nails and did an amazing job with my pedicure.Give them a try, you wont regret it.

WOW. Went in and told her I wanted Christmas AF nails and I got them! Not only are they amazing at artwork on the nail but the shape of dip/full sets is amazing. I asked for Mimi and she ALWAYS does amazing but I have gotten my nails done there by a few of the technicians and all were amazing.

Rude new people, they dont understand very well what do you want. You ask for something, they said yes, and they do whatever they want... But They want to charge you everything.Two different people and they can say... Yes yes. I know my job and what do you what... And... Nope, they dont.

Not sure its new management or what, but I WILL NOT be returning. I enjoy my technician Ella, her work is pheomenal, but shop is too unprofessional. I value my time and when I make an appointment I expect that services are provided. For this shop to let me arrive, sign in and then tell me after a group comes that they cant do my appointment is wrong. My money is just as good, but this shop will never get anothr cent from me.

My daughter developed an infection from the glue (or whatever was used to adhere the nails to hers). She then had to go back in and have them removed by the salon at an additional cost. DO NOT patronize this business, there is something wrong with their process, chemicals, etc. We are now having to take our daughter to the doctor to find out what the cause of this is, an additional expense! They need to be on notice that this is not acceptable and we will notify the Colorado Dept. of Health if not rectified.

This place is the worst. I scheduled a manicure and still had to wait 30 + minutes for my apt. Another time I scheduled a manicure for 930 when they first open. They didn’t even get here with the keys until 945 then instead of helping the two clients that were patiently waiting for their services they decided to fold towels instead and continue to make us wait. Poor customer service and not great polish color selection either. Very cheap brands and limited OPI colors

I’ve been getting my nails done here for almost 6 or seven months, today I walk in to get acrylics taken off and regular manicure. I sit down and instead of the manicure artist using water and acetone to soak my fingers off he used acrylic tips to get under my nail and pop them off.......every time I go in I get them soaked and this guy immediately told me to “relax” and “stop flinching” as he was also cutting the quicks underneath my nail without even realizing. He then asked me “are we going to be able to do this?” That’s when I left. Seriously, y’all need to get that person out of your shop. He is aggressive and rude and not gentle. Not relaxing and always in a rush.

Called for 2 mani and pedi. We were told we can walk in any time, however they did ask an ETA (30 mins). An extra person ended up coming with us. 1 extra pedi. When we arrived we waited about 15-20 mins. We all know its the norm for one person to get started before another, however my feet sat in the water for a good 30 mins before I was started. My water started hot, once my pedi tech got there it was cold. I had one person on my hands (my hands were basically done) the other on my feet. Ultimately it was uncomfortable. To finish off the story my polish was super uneven I did shellac on fingers (natural nails) regular polish on toes, my right thumb looked like she forgot the last top coat of polish. Was told it was exact color. No... and the other 2 people complained of them going in to deep on the cuticle. As for my cuticle I believe she could have done a bit more. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND I WILL DEFINITELY NOT RETURN and they dont have a really good color selection and definitely had bubbles in the polish

Horrible experience!! Was ignored, left with my feet in cold water for half hour, cut, talked about, then left to fix my own smudge after I was left to put my shoes on. Worst experience ever!!!

This was my first time going here on Friday 2/26/2021 Mimi did my full set and she did an amazing job. She is quick but that does not stop her from paying attention to detail. Also the price is comparable to other places in the area. Overall I will be going back.

Sonny did my nails and they came out AWESOME! Ive gotten SO many compliments! He is a true artist! I must also mention...I had an injury to a nail and its still growing back, but I put on the nails to hide it. Sonny actually refused to put an artificial nail on it until it healed completely and gave me advice on what to put on it to help it heal. Whats really cool is he said hes upset people by doing that but hed rather do that than get a lawsuit, but even more than that, he doesnt ever want a client getting an infection! That to me speaks volumes about who he is as a person and business man!! Super professional!

I wish I had as good experience here. Although everyone seemed nice they did a terrible job on my finger nails. The man clearly didnt know what he was doing and another woman came to take over. She also mentioned how the French tips were all over the place. She took over and left white stripes half way down in my nail which I had pointed out. She fixed them leaving lighter stripes. As you can see in the photo there are bubbles all over every single nail. They look awful. The man didnt even bother cleaning my nails. I asked for oval and as you can see in the photos theyre primarily square but overall different shapes. I feel ripped off for paying $55 for such awful service. I wont ever go back here and would suggest others avoid as well. Disappointed at best.

I’ve been coming here for over a year, and my service was never this terrible. I got my toes polished and a dip powder rebase. I was charged $71 $5 for a strip $10 for length which aren’t even a half inch from my own nails; and whatever other fees. The strip was hand drawn with white nail polish. :( I presented the want picture first and was assured the design could be done (which is super simple). I will never be back!!

I got a full set of acrylics and they did a really good job and I got what I wanted And the people are very nice but I did set an appointment and they were not ready for me Intel 20 minutes after

Messed up my nails and gave me something completely different then asked. when i asked to get it fixed, i was charged again. very sloppily done and didn’t apply cuticle oil, so my fingers were a little bloody. don’t come here, me & my friends hated our nails.

The worst nail salon that I have ever been to. Although the salon is beautiful, the service and quality is horrible. I have been here many times in the past when the salon was under different management. I recently went to this salon to get a gel pedi and a full gel set. Mimi did my full set and was very unprofessional. She did my nails a totally different color than what I requested and when I bought that to her attention she told me that I chose that color and proceeded to argue me about how I wanted my nails. My nails were bulky and not even pained all the way.My pedicure began to peel within three days of getting it done. Mimi told me she could fix my nails the following day and still did not do them right. I requested a full refund and have yet to receive it. I got my nails done on the 23rd of October. She has refused to refund me for all of the services that I received.Not to mention, social distancing seemed like it did not exist in the salon! A worker came right up to my chair and leaned on the chair I was in while I was getting my pedicure done. Will not be going back here. Very disappointed.

Stopped by as a walk-in today, I’ve been looking for a nail shop for a few months now as my old one is now far from me and this is it! Staff were very welcoming, the shop itself was very nice, clean and modern, not crowded like lots of other shops. The shop had lots of variety in terms of colors to choose from and most importantly, Mary, the person who helped me today was wonderful. She was very meticulous with my dip manicure and made sure I was happy with the end result. I love the fact that she was so detail oriented, other shops (in my search for a new shop) have always rushed and very roughly filed away at my existing dip to remove it all the while damaging my natural nail; not Mary, she took her time and filed enough off and the rest of the dip was removed with acetone so that she wouldn’t damage my nails and she very meticulously worked my cuticles and applied the dip making sure it didn’t get all over them as well (you’d be surprised how bad other shops are about that). I’m very happy to have found this location, I will most certainly be returning to Nails Gallery to see Mary!

My walked in for a rebase of gel nails I had gotten somewhere else. That went well. But, I also needed my eyebrows waked. I have natural thick, curvy and long eyebrows... the result was horrible! I ended up thin, short and departe eyebrows! Totally changed my face profile! Besides being pricey and my skin severely irritated because of very rough and fast service! When I got home I saw she left some hairs on Botha sides long enough to see from far😭$64NEVER GOING BACK! NOT RECOMMENDING!

I am super picky about my manicures, and have struggled to find a place in Denver that does this great of a job on my naturally long nails. The pedicure itself is amazing- dont bother making an appointment, though. Its basically lip service as they wont actually be ready for you. A couple ladies without an appointment walked in ahead of us and were immediately taken care of. We waited an additional 20+ minutes past the appointment we were early for. Edit: we waited an additional 20+ minutes in the chairs and 2 other women who came in after us were helped to pedicures immediately. I dont think waiting 45+ minutes for an APPOINTMENT is acceptable on any level.

I should listen to my husband. I came here because its close to home. First of all, they can never get my hands to match my toes. Though theyre using the same products. The second time, the shellac bubbled up and peeled off. This time, I went in for a rebase and pedi, the colored powder doesnt match. Their way of fixing it was putting shellac over it. The work is sloppy, my nails are bulky 😭 I just spent $80 and if Id try to get them fixed, I would have to spend more.

Mimi is my go to lady for my nails I won’t let any one else touch them because she does such an amazing job. Would definitely recommend to anyone and everyone!!!! I take all my friends here👍🏻

I had my nails done two weeks ago for a wedding. pedicure was great but my nails turned out so bad I was actually glad they come off so quick. they only lasted me a week, did the coffin trim and they looked horrible. polish was placed more on certain areas they look all bubbly. dont go here! just for my nails and pedi I over paid 110 dls for bad service. never again.

Beware or you’ll be SCAMMED!!!!!!!I wanted black French tips to go with the Halloween season. The man scammed me, overcharged me. He charged me $35 for the full set of gel. Then painted on top of it, shellac, ( you can still see the nail set in some of my nails) and charged me $15. Me knowing nothing about nails, and the nail salon took advantage, misinforming me about the price. Overall totaling $50 for a job that is $35 at best. I paid my debt and will NEVER return. I have warned my cousin and her wedding party. They will take their business elsewhere

Before I started to go here i would go to a place in Brighton, that smelled bad, and had a dirty feel to it. But this place is super clean, the staff is super nice. They were about to close but they still took me in, had my nails done with Mimi the owner, she did a fantastic job and is very friendly. Love the atmosphere. Going back for sure!

Got dip Nils done here and was not impressed. It was a nice big space, people were friendly, and Covid precautions were put in place which I liked. But my nails came out way too thick, different shapes and sizes on each finger and on one nail you can still see a good chunk of my regular nail since the dip nail is so sideways.there was chunky residue left under my nail that finally chipped off, along with a piece of the nail, a few days later. I also asked if they knew how to do a marble design on a few of the nails, they said yes, it doesnt look like marble and just looks like a few colored blotches on each nail. I had to ask several times for her to round my nails and had to ask several times to try to put more detail on the marble nail since she wasnt getting it where I wanted. Then after all that, my fingers were aggressively trimmed and beforehand the buffering cut my finger. I felt rushed toward the end so just gave up trying to ask for them to fix things over and over again.

Absolutely love this nail salon. Lily and her husband run a great salon. They are very friendly and personable. They take their time to make sure the work is done correctly. My shellac lasted such a long time without any chips. Im very hard on my nails, so was super impressed with the quality and how long it lasted. Im so happy I finally found a great place to come get my nails and toes done! Oh yeah and they have such a cute little son Mason.

Paid 81 dollars for a medi pedi. The job that was done is the same quality I couldve done at home. On top of that literally the next day 4 of my nails started chipping badly. I personally would never go here again

They were very welcoming and generous, the only problem was that the nail tech that started with me did not end and I was liking his job, I instead this other lady came to finish them and insisted on painting something that I did not even want on them it ended up looking like a weird tree when I just wanted a snowflake. That lady also did not cover my nails well, there are spots that are not painted and they also hurt.

Owner did my nails. She talks way to much, which causes you to be in her section longer than necessary. Nails are too thick. Will go back to a diffrent nail person

I have been going to this salon since the week it opened and have almost always been in love. It is my understanding that a couple months back they went through an ownership change and that was the only time I had any problems and it was really only wait times being a little too long for me. Now, I’m typically fine to walk in as long as it isn’t during peak hours which you can see on their google page. This salon has worked hard to ensure all of my concerns were addressed at every single visit. I have also never seen a salon with SO MANY COLOR CHOICES! From shellac to dip and acrylic they really have it all. I love that all of their shellac colors also have matching regular polish. As far as prices go, I typically pay $32 without tip for a shellac mani and I think that in general they have some of the best prices in town when you consider quality, options and cleanliness! Tracy does the best pedicures and if you’re particular about shape and quality like I am, heather does the best shellac manicures. I absolutely recommend this salon to anybody looking for somewhere new!!

The young lady who helped my sister seemed friendly but she painted my sisters toes a color my sister did6nt even want. She said it was the color she wanted but it was not. The lady who did my mani pedi didnt listen to what I wanted. Then I watched one of the guys over his client a water and just being super friendly with her and we felt not important.

Absolutely in love with my nails! 😍 been to nail salons all over the Denver area and this is by far the best! My nails are damn near identical and they definitely exceeded my expectations! All employees are friendly and offer an inviting atmosphere. Sonny was the nail tech who did my nails and he made sure to explain everything he was doing and why. You can tell this salon takes pride in their work, I’d rate 100 stars if I could!

My mother and I went and got a pedicure and our eyebrows waxed, a lot of the nail was not completely polished and the lady who waxed our eyebrows cut half of my moms eyebrow off because she put the wax on top and on bottom and did one swoop of the strip instead of doing the bottom and the top. My eyebrows have never been this thin.

Always, always have had an awesome experience, no matter who has provided my service (but Mimi is my go-to when I get the chance...she introduced me to chrome and has saved the day on many occassions!). I constantly overhear regulars sharing stories with their technicians, showing the staffs loyalty and attentiveness to their clients. This is the ONLY place I will go for a dip manicure...every other place Ive tried has destroyed my nails and I always (driving from Golden) return here to get them fixed/repaired.

Went with my wife so she can get a pedicure. My wife signed in at the front desk. Two other customers came in after us. The two individuals wanted a manicure and pedicure. Both customers did not have a appointment and were helped before my wife. Waited for 30 minutes and still being ignored. Thanks for nothing.

Passion within the nail industry has gotten lost. But not with Lamson. He is a nail wizard. I have been getting my nails done for about 8 years and no one has done as good of a job as he has. The shape of my nails are spot on. His work is great, and what’s even better is he is proud of the work he does. He has a passion for the art, and makes it known that the client’s happiness equates to his happiness. I wish I could pack him up and take him with me when I go back to school. Best nail tech I’ve ever had!

Been here multiple times and they do amazing work! The only downside is they get wayyyyyyy too packed sometimes and the wait is so long. That does go to show though that the work they do is worth waiting for sometimes. Definitely recommend getting an appointment!UPDATE: There is new management now and they are very friendly and welcoming but the quality of there work has gone down. I dont believe its due to lack of skill set but they are too extremely busy and book themselves too much that they have multiple people waiting and are rushing their work. Dont get me wrong, the nails arent too too bad but I have received better quality nails before. Also because they rush too much, they hurt me one too many. I really enjoyed this place but for me, I will not be returning here anytime soon. I really do hope they improve because they are such friendly and nice people.

The owner Sonny is pretty amazing. Before coming into the shop I called and spoke with him on the phone and asked if he had gel acrylic and he informed me he did, but asked why I chose it over regular acrylic and I explained, but he explained the different types of acrylics to me and told me to come in and try the regular which I did to make a long story short the man knew what he was talking about. Took great care of me and even made a sacrifice for me. He takes pride in his work, doesnt rush to get you out of the chair.
