Absolutely amazing pedicure! Was in town visiting from California and stumbled across this little salon. I got the “Lavender Pedicure” and it was heavenly! Over a hour of lotion massage, exfoliating and hot stone massage. Staff was very friendly, professional and the salon was both clean and classy!

JUST FOUND MY NEW NAIL SALON!! They were super nice and took such good care of me. I felt so refreshed after my appointment! And a plus: the place inside is so cute. Fun colors and designs. I cant wait to go back for some acrylics.

Whole experience felt very rushed and unwelcome.It was a bit over an hour until they were closing and the girls were cold, rude, and I felt taken advantage of with the price completely.They made me feel like I was doing something wrong by even being there. Save your money, go somewhere else.

The first few times of me getting a pedicure here were great, however they’ve stopped providing good quality work. My nails were cut too short and were not even.

Nail Day is my favorite nail salon in LoDo. Its reasonably priced and everyone that has done my nails is fantastic.

I went on Monday for powder dipped nails with tips. Paid $70+ tip. On Wednesday, two of the nails had fallen off. I work a desk job from home, so wasn’t doing anything out of the ordinary. I was too busy with work to go in during the week, but on Friday, I called and told them two had already fallen off and asked if I could go in to get them fixed. They said they were too busy but to come Saturday. After the call on Friday, another nail fell off. On Saturday morning, I woke up to one hanging on by a thread and then fell off. Now four nails down, I decided I just wanted them to take the rest of the nails off. I went in and they did remove the rest of the nails. I’m pretty upset to have paid $84 ($70+tip) for nails that didn’t look perfect for more than two days.

Not sure who these folks are that posted negative reviews but Ive been coming to Nail Day for 2 years and its awesome. The pedicures and manicures are top notch and the staff is friendly. Go on a weekend for a free shoulder/neck massage while at the drying station. That alone is worth the visit. Its a charming, clean salon and the loyalty card gets you a free manicure or $15 off your next service after 10 visits.

This is seriously one of the best nail salons I have ever visited. The technicians who work here are so nice and give great foot and hand massages. The salon itself is very clean and they have a great selection of colors for regular mani/pedis. I have no negative feedback and highly recommend this salon.

Not the greatest, maybe Im spoiled. If youre doing mani-pedis they dont do them simultaneously they move you over for the manicure at the end of the pedicure. Also the technician did my French manicure by trying to draw the line instead of just using the large brush to let it do the line (not explaining this well) and while she did work very hard on it it didnt turn out as well and less than a week later my nails are all chipped. It also took forever, almost 3 hours for mani-pedis! Also the upgraded anything was very expensive.

Nail Day always takes their time, I never feel rushed. Their menu covers anything you could want! They installed great new shields for manicures to distance between yourself and your nail tech. 5 stars all around! Whenever I go somewhere else, I always wished I hadn’t and just stuck with Nail Day. The only negative is parking, however there are many parking garages close by. Just give yourself enough time.

My hands and feet have not looked this good in years. My nail tech did not rush and was very detail oriented. I will definitely be coming back.

I had the best experience here today! I came in for the gel manicure and pedicure and added on the Keratin treatment to my pedicure. The whole thing took about 1 hour and a half for $92 and it was so worth it! They really are meticulous and take their time with everything. Even the massage, which can be half-hearted and rushed at other places, was incredible here; you could tell they were actually putting in an effort to have great customer service. I watched the technicians put on my polish and everything was detailed and carefully applied. I prefer not to talk much during my services, so they were quiet too most of the time- But the girl next to me was a talker and her technician was keeping up well so they do a good job paying attention to what each person likes. Very clean and tidy and a great assortment of colors. I saw what other reviews meant about the guy circulating for massages; Hes the owner and every so often he goes around to the people getting manicures and gives complimentary should massages. Hindsight, I really wish I had tipped more, both men were excellent. The owner even gave me a hug before I left. Ill definitely be back!

Needed my nails done on my lunch. Wasnt picky. They said it would be $20 extra to soak my current nails off. I was confused and tried to say that I was fine with whatever needed to be done and then they just waved me away. Guess they didnt want my business.

Visited Denver from Chicago for a girls trip during Halloween and my nails to this day still look amazing. By far the best no chip manicure I’ve gotten. A client next to be even said this place was a gem that she would drive out of her way just for the amazing service

Probably one of the worst pedicures I’ve had. Was supposed to get a mani/pedi but the pedicure took an hour so had to bail on the manicure. $35 bucks later I might just go somewhere else and get a combo so my toes can be redone and get my manicure. Staff was nice.

Needed a last minute manicure while waiting at Union Station. Walked in, got seated right away. Opted for a regular mani ($15, was able to tip using my credit card), and very happy with the results!

Terrible service. My nails turned yellow after only 2 days. I returned to show them what had happened, the guy gave me a nail file and told me to file the yellow away. Zero empathy or willingness to help. That is NOT how you should conduct business when nail salons are a fine a dozen.Never going back.

I had a great experience. They helped me right away, she asked me how I wanted my shellac nails and was very helpful when I had questions about getting a shellac vs gel. I will be coming here more often as they have cards to be able to redeem a free manicure.

My nail tech was so rough when she did my pedicure. When she filed my toe nails she just kept filing my skin instead of my nails and also kept running her nail file on top of my nail to get the gel off... which thins out your nail btw. But I was willing to deal with that until she applied the cuticle softener and touched every single one of my toes with the opening of the bottle that gets used on EVERYBODY! So unsanitary :(

Best manicure Ive ever had! I loved this quaint little salon. Jackey was so sweet and the staff was so kind. Great hand/arm massage with manicure. I highly suggest adding the $10 ten minute chair massage...great way to end it all! I will be sure to remember Nail Day Inc when I visit again.

I wouldnt say the price point matches what is delivered. I got my nails done once with OPI Gel and it chipped in less than 3 days. Decided to go back and give them another try with anther Gel brand and still chipped within a week. I would say for the money and services, you cant get a better outcome elsewhere.

Fantastic. You get a LOT more for the money than any other nail salon Ive been to downtown...and Ive been to a few. :-) They do a super quality job at shellac and really take their time to make sure every nail is perfect. I appreciate that very much considering how long a shellac manicure lasts. Its well priced, the ladies are very nice and id highly recommend it. Will be back.

Gel manicure lasted less than 3 days before peeling off completely in of piece. I thought it was a fluke and went back a few months later. Same thing happened again.

Worst manicure and pedicure I have ever gotten. Its been 3 days and my gel manicure has completely chipped off on more than half my nails. Not to mention, I had a 6pm appointment and the staff was extremely rude to all the customers that came in after 6 because they obviously were ready to high tail it out of there at 7 when they close. One girl had an appointment at 6:30 and a staff member verbally harassed her about coming in for her appointment rolling her eyes saying, we close a 7, what are you thinking. Then dont make 6:30 appointments Nail Day! Dont waste your time or money here. Id suggest going someplace that actually values their costumers.

Went here after reading such good reviews...bad decision! I went in Friday afternoon, 12/15 and had a shellac manicure done. By Tuesday, the polish on two of my nails had completely came off. The earliest I could go in and have it fixed was Thursday, which I did. Now its Saturday, and the polish on two more nails came off (even one that was redone)! So frustrating to pay $30 plus dollars for a manicure that should easily last two weeks. Most definitely the worst nail salon experience Ive had.

Typically I like this place, not only do I go for my nails (fingers and toes), but I get my brows waxed there as well. Yesterday I went over (I am a frequent customer, I go in at least every couple weeks) to 3 people sitting at their stations with no one else in the salon. I asked for a brow wax, all 3 of them looked at each other, then asked me to come back in an hour. Needless to say, this customer service experience was pathetic. Having worked in customer service for years myself, I know the importance of bending over backwards for your guests. Today I went to 5th Avenue Nails (less than 2 blocks away) for a walk in brow wax and had a much more pleasant, faster experience.

Came here after getting a haircut and got a mani-pedi and was pleased with the service. They know how to treat a customer and give a good service. Thanks

I went here on a recommendation from someone I knew and was really disappointed. They rushed me in when I was happy to wait and made me feel like a huge inconvenience to them. There were a few other customers already in process, but it was a Saturday so Id expected that.The pedicure was quick and they did not trim or shape my nails, or exfoliate my feet. I did not see them sanitize any of the tools, and they didnt bring out a fresh set - at least not that I noticed.The manicure was the worst part. I witnessed one tech telling another that she had incorrectly applied a customers gel manicure, and the tech just shrugged like it didnt matter. Both seemed more interested in talking to each other and being on their cell phones than interacting with their customers.The tech rushed my manicure, shaping my nails unevenly and not applying products correctly. She did not speak to or look at me, didnt smile, and otherwise made it clear I was not welcome. There were no other customers waiting for services at that point, and only myself and another customer wrapping up our services.I asked for a shellac manicure, and they must have severely watered down their products or otherwise incorrectly applied the polish - it began to flake around my cuticle and chip after three days (shellac should last for two weeks), and when it did come off my nail it peeled off in even sheets, as if it hadnt properly adhered.For the nearly $75 price tag for the combo mani-pedi, I would have expected much, much better service and a better end result. I will not be back, and I will never recommend a friend or acquaintance go.

THE WORST place to get your nails done. Sarah is obsalutly horrible nail tech (Mongolian girl age 22-24). I went there twice to get shellac and within four days three nails were chipped! First time, I did not come back because I was working overwhelming schedule, on second time I came back because I paid outrageous $115 for combo shellac of mani and pedi. Sarah was not around, so a girl name Nona fixed my nails. Upon coming out of salon my nails three times in the row looked like they been outgrown for a week because they dont know how to do a good job. I left good tips three times for their work just because I feel sorry for chop shop girls. AWFUL place!!! Save your money and go somewhere else. I amnot even sure if Nona has her license because when I asked her about it, she fidgeted and did it want to reply. Yuck!

WORST ever experience. I went to this nail salon based on all the positive reviews online. Im new to town, and was in need of a man/pedi. The lady that did my nails was polite at first, but became increasingly angry with her fellow co-workers while doing my services and took it out on me. She was very rough, even after I expressed she was causing me pain. After my pedi, she rudely motioned me to a nail table and was again very rough. She cut me several times while cleaning up my cuticles. Then at the end, she got up from her chair and was gone for about 5 minutes. I wasnt sure if she was coming back, but she did finally, and was ranting about something in Vietnamese. She turned the curing light back on, roughly grabbed both of my wrists and jammed both hands under the light, causing a burn on my left pinky finger. After the light turned off, she roughly applied lotion to my hands and wiped them off with a SCALDING hot towel, then said YOU DONE.I tend to stay away from Asian nail places, based on their lack of sanitation, but wanted to give this place a chance, again, because of the reviews. They didnt clean my pedi chair or tub when I was done, and someone sat down moments after I got up and they ran the water for her without cleaning it. Disgusting.I will never return to this place and I wouldcaution anyone to STAY AWAY. I understand that people have bad days, but you dont take it out on paying customers, especially if your anger causes them pain and cuts. I am terrified of now getting an infection. Id give NO stars if that were an option.

If I could give no stars I would. I got a groupon for this place for two keratin mani-pedis for $68 total, awesome deal I thought! I was completely wrong. The actual service was pretty good. I received a great foot massage and what not but the friend that came with did not. Her lady obviously did not care about making my friend feel comfortable.So this was a Friday afternoon, by Friday night every single one of my nails were chipping and cracking. By Saturday it was noticeable. I was unable to go back and complain until Tuesday and knew that it had been four days later but I have never had nail polish chip within 4 days regardless.I went in first thing Tuesday morning to inform the woman that my polish had chipped and I was very unhappy and wanted to see what she could do for me. Well she LAUGHED IN MY FACE and told me it was a joke that I was even complaining. She claimed that if I wanted it to last more than two days I should have paid the extra money for the gel stuff. I was stunned and shocked. Never in my life have I ever been so insulted by someone who is supposed to give customer service. She offered to have the gentleman that painted my nails redo them and I informed her that I did not have the time and why would I want to encounter the same problem later today? She then laughed again. She laughed the entire time.She was also very sore about the Groupon part of it. She kept repeating that I only paid $35 for my service, which was true, but still if you are offering the groupon you shouldnt half ass those services because you arent making your full payment. The Groupons are supposed to encourage new business right? Well not here.I would run away from this place quickly if you are debating going here. I have had several manicures in the past with OPI the last one lasting for over two weeks. I dont know why it chipped much less do I care any more. I am just so shocked at this woman.

I had never been here before but wanted a last minute pedi for me and a friend and they were the only place in LoDo that could get us in with only 24 hour advanced notice, so we went for it. Very clean, very friendly service, and a really great quality pedicure for both of us!! They have massaging chairs and a large polish selection, also have great happy hour deals (no alcohol LOL just great deals on mani pedis!) after work. Technicians give a brief but nice neck massage while your feet or hands are under the drying machine, and mine also gave me a coupon for a free manicure with my next pedicure. Not as fancy as some other area spa-type places but definitely on the upper end of acceptable and for the price, it exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be back!!!
