Cozy shop on convenient Colorado Boulevard with nice management and staff and friendly service that is reasonably priced. Although I do hold patronage to another local shop on Colorado Boulevard, my experience here -because of lack of availability there- was overall satisfactory. I now have a backup shop just in case and its a good plan B for me!

They were very kind, fast and paid good attention to design detail. And they were very reasonable with the price. Perfect place to relax after a busy day. Also perfect for all age groups and they were patient with both sets of finger nails and toenails!

After a very bad job at some other salon I walked in this place without knowing how good/bad my nails will turn out, at my surprise I am impressed!!!! This is the best I’ve had so far and my nails looks amazing. I think I found my place finally.

I was a little skeptical at first because many of the reviews claimed it was hard to make an appointment because they dont answer the phone. They answered my call on the 2nd ring and were able to get me in first thing the next morning. I dont usually get my nails done, but I came in to get them done for a wedding and I was pleased with my experience. This place is very small (5 pedicure stations and 4 nail stations) but it is very clean and nicely decorated. Just moved to Denver & I couldnt find a salon that does acrylics ! But I found this place and they have fulfilled everything I wanted from acrylics, color, design and the diamonds. Everything I wanted was done with no hesitation! Thank you so much! By the way request an appt if you know what you want is gonna take forever. My nails took over 3 hours.

Lovely looking nail salon but dont be deceived. Over the past 4 years Ive had mani/ped/waxing services at this location but no longer. Today was the last straw after a previous issue. My first problem was with a gel french manicure 1 1/2 yrs ago where the technician couldnt get the gel polish even so she added so much that my nails were 1/4 thick. I tried again today and against my preference, which I voiced my concern, they used the drill to take off the old gel material and then again to buff my nail afterward. This process, for the 1st time, left white clouds and you could see it through clear polish for my new french gel manicure. The male manager/owner charged me $60 ($30 for the pedi and $30 for the mani) despite the damage and the fact that I couldnt paint them. I told him that this was very poor customer service and he inferred that it was my fault for not telling the technician NOT to use the drill tool. I told him I would never be back and I will fight the charge on my credit card. He clearly valued that $30 + my bad experience w/damage OVER keeping an ongoing customer. Ill NEVER go back and will post/vocalize my experiences on all sites.

It was my first time going here and I gotta say I’m definitely going back and would recommend this place. Amy did my nails and I loved them and also very nice staff. Thank you Amy for my chameleon color nails.

I have to give it two stars because the manager did refund part of my money after I complained for some time. I asked for French tip dip powder. I got French tip with white speckles. The girl had obviously never done it before and instead of saying she didn’t know she just wanted to argue that her pink was not as pink as the one I had somewhere else. Just say you don’t know and get someone else to do the job before you ruin someone’s nails and then want to charge them on top of it.

The nail technician was very pleasant and skilled. She made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole appointment and worked quickly and efficiently. Definitely will go back again.

The staff is very nice and they always do my nails very nice and take their time to ensure I’m getting what I pay for. I get the gel acrylics and they always look beautiful. The place is also very clean. I highly recommend. :)

Awesome!!!! They are the best, Ive been coming here a few years and its the only nail salon I go to, wonderful staff and they are consistently good! I usually make an appointment (small salon but that is what makes it so great). The prices here are very reasonable too.

Small cute nail salon that takes all walk ins. We had appointments but many people came in who were running late. Our services took a while but they were very kind and really care about the quality of their work.They also offer acrylic toes which a lot of salons in the area do not offer and is something I need because I am sadly nearly missing two nails. The result of the two fakes is great!

I treated my mother and myself to a pedicure here when I was 39 weeks pregnant. I asked for a really good foot massage to go along with it so she took an extra 15 minutes. I had planned to come back the following day for a manicure but the Pedicure was so great that I went into labor late that night. After several weeks my Pedicure still looks great. These ladies really accommodate and do excellent work.

We were visiting from out of state and got lost. When we called to let them know we were running late they saved our spot (for four people) and even called a little while later to make sure we weren’t still lost. They were so nice and the work was beautifully done. We will definitely come back the next time we’re in Denver.

This was my first time there & I must say I was so impressed by the quality of work and the customer service. I had Lisa and she was phenomenal! After every step, she would ask me if I like them and check in. I came in with 4 cracked nails from the salon I went to previously and she removed all of them and thoroughly fixed them, whereas the last place I went to, put glue on the crack and told me it would be fine (it obviously wasn’t). She made all of my nails thicker and really took her time making sure they were the perfect shape, width and thickness. The shop is offputting when you walk in; it’s very small and there’s no front desk to check in, but after being there for a few minutes you start to feel comfortable & at home. I will definitely be back!

It is my first time to the salon and I couldn’t be happier! Vincent paid great attention to detail and was so pleasant! I made an appointment just shortly before coming in on a Saturday and they were able to accommodate me, not rushing in any way! I’d ignore the negative reviews and give the salon a try! I’m sure glad I did. My only regret is that I didn’t have time for a mani ;)

I’m the type of gal that’s never happy when I leave the nail salon but this time I actually had a great experience. Not the fanciest salon out there, but they make up for it with their kindness and good work. I was the last one in the salon after closing time and I was still treated with respect and care which is unheard of these days. I came in with nubs for fingers and Angel did a beautiful acrylic job and fixed my destroyed cuticles and nail beds. You all can thank me later for not posting a before pic ;) Great service, especially considering I was the last one on a Friday!! Moon did my pedicure, she was very gentle and receptive which I really appreciated because I’m the squeamish, ticklish type; my feet are very sensitive and I hate when they’re touched. She was able to fix my toe which was causing me pain so I am very grateful and pleased with my visit. This was my first time but I would return happily. Thank you for making feel beautiful ladies!!

I live in the area and visit Sao every other week to get my nails done and they always do an excellent job. Theyre always courteous to me, get the job done fast which I like because I get bored when people take too long, and my nails always come out great.

Employees are not very professional or friendly! Especially the man who likes to sit around and do absolutely nothing but talk to his employees about all the clients. Speak English your in the US!!!!! 😡 Very over priced for the work they do!! 👎🏻 I do not recommend this place to anyone and will never be back 👋🏻

Im really picky about my nails, and since Ive found this salon, I never want to go anywhere else. Everyone is great at what they do and receptive to feedback and treat their regulars like gold. Lee is amazingly skilled and super sweet. They get super busy sometimes, but you cant hold that against them because they dont sacrifice quality for quantity.

Was a good experience until they put completely the wrong color on my nails and wouldn’t change, reimburse or let me come back to get them redone. Picked out a dark maroon and they put a bright fire truck red on saying it would get darker after the 2nd coat... absolutely never going back .

I started going here in February and I loved it then, I had a great experience. The management has changed and so has the quality of the nails. In April I got a manicure and gel nail polish and I had to go back a few days later because the nail polish was cracking. My nails were repainted but two days later I had the same issue. Last month I noticed that the salon went from being really nice and tranquil to over booked and under staffed. Even when you make appointments you are left waiting. Today I went to get a manicure and gel polish again and I just looked at my nails after doing laundry and they are cracking so now I know it was nothing I did. I did notice they changed the polish but for their high prices my nails should not be falling apart the same day I got them done. I am really disappointed. I would not recommend this place any more.

This place is really amazing. They really do care about the quality of their work. Every experience Ive had here I have been impressed. I even brought two eight year olds I babysit in for a pedicure with me and they were totally incredible to them, complete with little daisies on their toes. I would recommend them to anyone!

I had gone to a few nail places today with my mom who was visiting and my boyfriend, everywhere else was booked so I decided to take a chance here. The service was AMAZING, busy and there is a bit of a wait (we waited roughly 30 min) but its completely worth it. My mom hasnt had her nails professionally done in 10 years until today and she definitely got quality work. The set of acrylics I got today are by far the best Ive ever had! She really payed attention to the shape of the nail. Highly recommend!! I will be going here on a regular basis from here on out.

The first time I went in there everyone was super nice they would offer water in tea the nail techs were super friendly and fast but the last times I’ve been in there they were super rude just wanted to rush there was a point where two people were working on each of my hands and I get really anxious when I’m getting my nails done so I always let them know my hands get sweaty. The lady was being so rude about it she kept making noises and she ended up putting gloves on which made me feel super embarrassed. Even though The nails are great quality I will never be coming back here again Nail salons are supposed to be a place where you feel destressed and comfortable sadly I experianced the complete opposite of that

Super clean shop, everyone working there really cares about what theyre doing. It started down pouring when I was there and I saw the manager walking customers to their cars holding an umbrella for them. Thats just above and beyond what she has to do! Will definitely be going back.

Went and got a gel manicure and later that night the clear top was peeling. This was a $40 basic manicure. Overpriced for the results.

I think this place is great! They were friendly as soon as I walked in and had me seated in no time. The lady who did my pedi was wonderful and paid great attention to detail even after I messed up a toe. What I loved the most is they didnt rip off my old acrylic nail. I cant stand when people rip off acrylic. They took the time to soak my nails and file it down without even asking. Then to top it off my nail tech did a great job and had me looking spiffy I will be back!

Friendly, clean, efficiently run salon. Its a joy chatting with Lee and her employees every time I go. I drive 15 min for this salon when I could go 5 min down the street (which I have while in a bind, and wont make that mistake again). Sao Nails is quality, so Ill drive for that.

Worst nail salon in Denver. I was a walk-in and was sat fairly quickly but then several other people walked in after. The woman doing my nails had a horrible attitude which was obvious to myself and the girl sitting next to me. Then after starting my nails she left me with my nails in the bowl while she decided to work on another client and let a coworker of hers, who already had a client, start going back and forth between myself and her already started client. The woman who started mine continued to have a poor attitude and I finally,after two hours and my nails are not painted, asked if I could have 1 person work on just my hails because I need to leave soon. She finished up the girl next to me (that came in after me) and then finally got back to me. She would get irritated if my phone rang and would repeatedly shake my hand telling me to “relax “, even though I was completely still. All I had done was gel paint and rebase and this lady charged 65 dollars!! Haha the saloon itself is extremely ghetto and small . Boring atmosphere and rude overpriced services. Never again ! Do not waste your money!l

I had my nails done here a couple day ago. This has been my go to place for every time I get my nails done but I wasnt crazy about how they did them this time.They dont have a lot of color choices tbh. I showed them a picture of what I wanted on my nails and toes. They started with my toes and the color was way wrong.Then we tried a closer color for my nails and they were wrong again. Not a big deal exactly but a. It is their job to help you find the right color based on a pic and b. I just think they just need to update their colors with more choices. They need more inventory with the trending colors. Shades vary from season to season and it would be nice if they kept up.I still think they do a nice job in general and the girls give nice massages and are sweet. Also very clean and doesnt have an overwhelming smell of polish that suffocated you. Good chairs for pedis that massage. I look for that. They have those too.All in all it was $85 for my toes and nails, which was just natural no gel or acrilyc tips. I would really like to find another place with better colors and I really dont feel like what I got was worth the money as its already chipped on one nail. Satisfied but not ecstatic.

They did a great job, they were fast yet personable and the salon had a great vibe.

Tried to relax while getting my pedicure but they insisted on doing my manicure at the same time. Couldnt use the massage feature on the chair or use my phone because they were grabbing my hands to do what turned out to be a lousy manicure.

Unfortunately, I had a very terrible experience the second time I came here.Lee did my rebase the first time I visited this place - she did a really great job so I scheduled an appointment 3 weeks in advance. When I showed up to my appointment in the late afternoon, they asked if I could come back tomorrow. I told them that it was my only day off in the next week, and that I had already scheduled an appointment. I was hoping that they just figured I was a walk-in, but nope! They said that there was only one person who can do a rebase (Lee) and she was sick. I thought to myself, you didnt think to call your appointments to let them know they wouldnt be seen?Driving from Parker all the way to Glendale, just to be told that they couldnt honor my appointment was not only unprofessional, but they were so rude about it! I didnt want to find another salon, so they told me that I could come in on Saturday. I sucked it up and made an appointment or the morning.I went to my appointment at 10am on Saturday and luckily they got me right in. At first, Lee shaped my nails wrong and I had to stop her even though I told her I wanted the same shape. My nails ended up way too short. She wasnt friendly and did not initiate any sort of conversation. After she was done, she told me that the total for a rebase was $45! I asked her why she charged me $35 for a rebase AND a design last time but its different this time around? She then proceeded to just say $45, for rebase. I pointed out that the spa menu clearly shows a rebase runs $30 with an extra $5 for gel. She then said Its fine, $30 then.I will NOT be going back to this place. They are unprofessional, rude and tried to finagle more money out of me for no reason. Lee may make your nails look good, but it is not worth dealing with this type of atmosphere and unprofessionalism.

Unfortunately this review was not from first-hand experience because the salon didnt answer their phone when I tried to schedule an appointment, nor was their voicemail set up so I couldnt leave a message, when I arrived they said they were booked for the rest of the afternoon. I asked once I drove out of my way to get there how to schedule an appointment. She told me to call. Clearly thats just not good enough.

Called to book an appointment for acrylics, and the receptionist replied they dont do acrylics. Very confused why she would say that when there are reviews about their acrylics...?
