This is my favorite nail shop I have ever been to. I stopped getting my nails done for over 10 years, feeling disappointed from not being able to enjoy my nails for the intended duration. First off, for the QUALITY... I’m going to say it again, QUALITY nails I get, we are receiving premium quality at a great price. I type all day, constantly clean( yard work/in house/at the office) so my hands are utilized often). I am at 3 weeks due for a rebase and barely a corner or my thumb was lifting, it was the only nail she replaced. I could’ve rocked it for 4 weeks if I was in a bind. Biggest thing, NO picking off my nails! Win! 3 visits in and I have nothing but my real nails underneath. Customer service is 10 stars. My nails feel natural not heavy and thick. Each time I’ve come in it’s the same great service. Just go there yourself, you won’t have to take my word for it. Great service and advertising speak for themselves. Drumroll please... and the “Emmy” award goes to “Emmy” for making me feel pampered and creating such beautiful work.

This was my first time ever coming here & I really enjoyed my experience. The shop was very clean & I was immediately greeted. I got a shellac mani/pedi & let me just say I really believe I got what I paid for. I enjoyed it all around & Anna did such a great job, & made sure it was what I wanted & was comfortable the entire time. This is definitely going to be my new nail salon!! Thank you!! 😊

Paid $40 for this 🤷🤦 she cut my fingers in so many different places.... the French manicure looks so off.....she left product and nail polish all over my fingers. I only put one star because you have to leave a star to post a review. I had three nails that were crooked and tried so hard to get her to straighten them. Just being honest.

Loved this place and the sweet girl that did my nails. My husband and I are truck drivers and I was in desperate need of a fill in, shape up, color change....the works. And her name is escaping me right now because I’m a mess, but she has the only nail desk on the left hand side when you walk in, by the window. She was so sweet and talked to me about our travels and all we’ve done and seen and when she was done... my nails were AWESOME!! Will definitely be back when we come through Colorado again.

Great experince with Tony he was very patient and pays attention to detail! I was not rushed nor ignored my request. The owners are really nice and accomidating! I have been going to this salon for the past 4 years or more. I highly recommend! Always better with an appointment of course. They get busy!

Emmy is my girl and she is a great tech with a great personality and loves to laugh and joke and take the time to get to know you. She always knows I like my nails a little different and I let her just go with it. Jenny does my eyebrows and is perfect at it. I highly recommend this place. I was not happy with my pedicure and manicure. Pedicure massage was semi enjoyable but the removal of cuticles was very painful 😫. They left one of my fingers bleeding and 1 day after my toes and fingers are still sore. I do not recommend this shop to no one.

I was there for a pedicure. I paid for the deluxe one! I loved. The girl who did my pedicure had silky hands. I enjoyed it a lot.

The people working here are super sweet. My experience wasn’t all that great aside from a good conversation with my nail tech. She did an awesome pedicure, but by the time she got to doing my manicure.. she mentioned was ready for lunch (which I get completely). But she rushed my manicure so much that she didn’t even put the cuticle gel on my nails, lotion on my hands, cut my nails, etc.I ended up asking her to push my cuticles back, re-cut them, and left without my nails even being painted.

Probably the worst pedi Ive had. My 2 relatives got mani and pedicure at the same time its not worth your money looked liked my 5 year old painted my nails.

I love 102 Nails. They recently upgraded all their nail desks and pedicure chairs which is a nice touch. When I first got engaged I started coming here for different gel nails. My most recent adventure has been with the cat eye polish.i love it

This place is amazing. My co-workers & I exclusively get our nails done at 102, & everyone there is friendly, personable, & attentive. They consistently remember my weird, super short nail preference, & always do a fantastic job, no matter whos working. Theyre really great people.And for those who have left less than stellar reviews in the last few months (especially about appointment times), please remember that were in the midst of a pandemic. They do have to make appointments, even though they regularly take walk ins. Theyre bound by current state mandates, & cant simply kick a customer out because you arrived. Theyre doing their job to keep themselves & YOU safe.Bottom line, great place, amazing people, & awesome nails! ❤

I went here today for a regular pedicure and a gel manicure. I arrived about 20 minutes after they opened and they were already hopping! I was helped right away and the polish selection was decent, I’ve been places where there are many more to choose from but sometimes it can be overwhelming. The pedicure chair was comfortable and massaging and my technician did a good job. My toes feel a little sloppy but it’s better than I would have done at home. I got the same color for my toes and nails and it’s not an exact match from gel to regular polish but I’m not concerned about that. The manicure was quick and done very well, I had the same technician which is nice, so often you have many different people working with you. Overall I’m pleased, it was close to where my fiancé works and was convenient and quick. I paid $60 with tip and walked out feeling relaxed and ready for my staycation.Edited to add a photo, I did color 120!

Went in to get a shellac manicure and after the first day the damn nail polish fell off from 3 fingers 😡 not worth to spend your money!!

There was a little bit of a wait but only because this place is poppin you have a lot of business and they did such a great job buddy has something that they want done and the nail technicians follow through Im very happy with the service that I got even though it was long extremely happy with our nails look awesome service

This place is highly unprofessional. I had an appointment at 10am just for them to make me wait 40 minutes because they weren’t ready. I kept being told some one would come get me when they were ready. Once I got in there I seen 3 other customers had already been inside? But I was told they were not open or ready @ my scheduled appointment time. Then once I finally got in there I showed them a picture of what I wanted. Instead of listening or paying attention to the photo at all I got the complete opposite of everything I asked. My nails are not only what I didn’t want but they are uneven there was glue all over each of the side of my fingers. Please if you can’t make your appointment time as a business don’t set appointments. An of you can’t listen to what your client wants. Don’t bother asking! Thank you!

Theyre wonderful. My mother went through chemo, and in that process she had no immune system. She informed the nail techs that it was important they didnt cut her accidentally or anything like that and they were very cautious.

So new customer alert.. I went to this place 2 weeks ago had a very pleasant experience with the nail Tech came back today for a repair of a broken nail and a Fillin.. Was greeted by a short round man with a nasty condescending attitude I guess he was trying to impress the few customers they had at open of business but he only turned this customer off and lost money went to another shop more than pleased never going back

I started going here about a year ago. At first my experience was amazing! TC did my nails and not once did I ever leave unhappy. He always managed to do whatever he needed to do to make my nails look exactly like the picture or what I described! After he left, Lilly was my saving grace! She was amazing and did everything in her power to make me the happiest customer! Now after Lilly left I was at a loss because I never had anyone else do my nails except for those two. I made the very very BIG mistake of letting the remaining technitions do my nails but I figured since TC and Lilly did an amazing job I had high expectations. Bruce pried my nails off with another acrylic nail and hen proceeded to cut me with the electric file. Amy wouldn’t do my nails the coffin shape and insisted on them being almond. The prices consistently change and I’m happy to say I’ve found a new nail salon that has steady prices

I’ve gone here twice trying to give them the benefit of the doubt as I get my nails done biweekly. The first time I notice it was a bit dirty from the floor having nail clips to even the counter having nail clippings and dust due to the drilling from previous appointments. The file they use is extremely used and unsanitary. They rounded my nails without even asking what I wanted. The second time I went for a fill and trim with a different worker. I usually go in with my cuticles already cut and the worker drilled aggressively away the old color which was regular polish and harshly on my cuticles. He drill off the excess nail without asking how short I wanted them and left a few to where you can see the tip of my fingers and started to fill without removing the dust from drilling. When he started to paint them (again with regular polish) it was with an Essie polish he only did two coat that were uneven, didn’t paint the front of the nail, and you can see all the ridges from the drilling. The whole time I was getting this done there was dust on the desk and some goo that I kept touch and again he used a very used file. Don’t think I’ll be returning here.

Went in on my birthday told them I just wanted a French pedicure next thing he comes out with paraffin I didnt ask 4 or afford thinking he was throwing it in 4 bday was charged anyhow.well theres closer salons 2 get ripped off at. Parking is kinda tricky also. They didnt even offer me a water....hum

I totally loved this style.. I broke one of my nails so it was to short to do my normal style.. So she came up with this.. Which originally is done with clear powder then your color powder but I think it looks way cute with the pink powder..!! I dont know why I didnt get her name but she works at table 7. I am like annoyingly picky ( but I tip really well) which most techs hate but she was so nice about it the whole time making it perfect!! Very clean, courteous, and they are great about making you feel like your the most important one in the room!!! ( which we all love to feel important even if its just getting our nails done!!

They are definitely worth the money. Not only are their nail services on point and great quality but every one of the staff are fun and full of cool personalities. I highly recommend them. I do not know a lot about getting my nails done and they were amazing and patient and explained everything as I asked.

Got a mani just a few days ago my nails were already pretty long, and they already broke! I got some shiny stuff on two and the charged me 10 extra for them and those two broke! Also an other nail already broke! Paid 60 and just 2 days later they were already broken!

I have been coming to this place for over 2 years now and I absolutely love Amy! She sits at table 1 and her hands are just magic. The way she does my nails they turn out more then perfect every single time. She cares about her work and puts in major effort to make them beautiful! When she does my nails they never lift break or chip! I only let Amy touch my nails. I recomend her and her only here. She is very wanted so I do recommend making an appointment to get her!

I have been going here for almost two years and it has always been decent, but lately seems it has gone downhill. I always call to make an appointment, but am still having to wait 20-30 minutes. Seems they take any walk-in without taking those who make appointments first.This last appointment was the worst. I went in for a full set. The technician aggressively took off my shellac polish and kept hitting my skin and cuticles. I am left with many little cuts on my fingers and they are extremely sore. I also had dried acrylic all over my fingers. Won’t be returning.

Absolutely the best salon I have come across. The staff is amazing. They are artist in this field. They can do absolutely anything you want. Very reasonable pricing. Very sanitary and clean. Love love this salon. My home salon proud to say.

This place is clean, professional & the staff is friendly. They do a good job with pedicures & manicures. They also do waxing which is a plus. They also sell the brand Hemp lotions and their prices are comprable to other nail shops. I would recommend.

I got a gel manicure with design and loved the way it looked. Unfortunately it didnt last 3 days without peeling back. The color was so thick I am not even surprised. I should have known also when they had me wash my hands with soap and didnt use alcohol to clean my nails before applying the gel, it wouldnt last at all. I was so happy when I left its too bad the job was done poorly. I waited to make a review until its been almost 2 weeks and I am once again searching for a new place and new nail tech. They should last longer than 3 days, get it together.

If you want super basic nails, they are great. I brought in a design I wanted last time and they told me no problem. got my fill then told they could not do this design. ok fine. got a different design picked out, it was attempted, but didnt look even good. nails were super uneven and had THICK coats of nail polish. whatever....I then go to pay ($25 for fill) and was charged $40. that was the shellac price... was there over an hour an they were hardly friendly this time. just spoke to each other and ignored me. again, whatever. now my nails are a week old and peeling so bad that I have to get them redone earlier than expected. they look horrific. even showed my daughter after I left as i usually do, as her first words were trash After TC left, so did their friendliness and pricing. now they charge whatever they want. very sporadic. 1 week it is $25 then $40. then back to $25 and then $40 for a cpl of weeks. will be finding a new nail place.Again, if you need super basic nails, this will be fine. just fine expect much with designs....

The girl who works here says shes the hook up and the best at nails😂 she really charged me 40 for a REBASE and even made me pay before even touching my Nails. After, they were supposed to be coffin shaped but looked way to square, wished to at least get something nice for an overpriced set. Also she charges way too much for regular sets to. She adds money for length shape and design I got a full set with stilleto nails and a acsent design and payed 80$! Dont come here cause youll just waste your money🤣🤣🤣

I’ve always enjoyed going here to see Bella, but considering she moved to Colorado Springs, I was willing to let another person there do my nails... such a mistake.I kept telling the lady doing my nails that my nails weren’t the right shape and on the last time telling her she says “your nails ARE square.” They looked fine as I wasn’t going to spend more time telling her, but then the polish came on and the shape was ruined again. I hate my nails so much right now. I’m so disappointed and I won’t be coming back here.I wouldn’t have even paid if I knew I wouldn’t get in trouble with the law. They stopped caring about the quality of their service, and most of their polish is oily to where there’s bubbles when applied.

My experience this evening was pretty upsetting 🙄😒. Its never a good feeling when you feel youve wasted your money. I had read reviews and even spoken with a few clients of my own who referred me to see Bruce. I called the later of the afternoon around 3 and asked if Bruce had any availability, they scheduled me for 6:30. Since their closing hour is 7pm I felt a little guilty, but needless to say I was in desperate need since I broke a nail and my usual girl was off today 🤷🏽‍♀️, so I made sure to show up about 10 mins early being considerate in case he would be available sooner, and could get finished sooner not having to work too late over closing. However, from the moment I walked in I felt unwelcome. I stated I had an appt for 6:30 with Bruce. He had me sit and wait for another gentleman to start on my nails while he complained to his previous client about how tired he was etc... Then half way through my session he called over to me if its ok to have his brother finish since he was running behind. Literally 2mins later another lady walks in and asks for a full set he said he would do it. 🤔.. of course I had no choice at that point. The guy did ok, shape wasnt too bad but polish job looks a little sloppy. I will now have to go see my girl tomorrow to have her fix and clean up. And I still left the guy a 20% tip, yet I will never return.. its too bad its much closer to me than my girl, and I get my nails done every 2 weeks like clock work. But I get it hes got his own clients that he takes care of. The point of all of this, what made me most upset is the fact that had the guy have not scheduled the appointment to begin with I wouldnt have been an inconvenience to him, which is exactly what I felt like. Who wants to go and blow their money on horrible experiences?!👎😝

I am a local guide and used to write reviews all the time before getting an IPhone and switching to Yelp. But what I experienced here was so surreal, I felt the need to download google maps on my new phone for the sole purpose of warning others.I came here with an old friend of mine to catch up and get 2 deluxe pedicures with shellac and a full set for my nails. As the male technician was working on my nails, I heard him let out a big sigh.My friend and I had been laughing, talking to each other, just trying to have a good time while I was accruing a bill that, had they finished my nails, would have totaled over $150. I asked him jokingly if we were driving him crazy. I was smiling, obviously thinking he would say no. To my surprise he said, “Yes, a little bit.”I couldn’t believe it so I kept looking back and forth between my friend and him, still smiling, waiting for him to say, “Just kidding.” But instead, he started getting rougher with the prying off of my old acrylics. I complained saying “Are we going to have a problem?” He literally dropped his tool (another acrylic nail he was using) and got some sort of gangster look like he wanted to fight and said very aggressively, “I don’t know! Are we?!”I told him I didn’t want him to do my nails anymore and asked him, “Can I have another nail tech, please?” To which he replied, “Yeah whatever, ain’t nobody wanna do your nails anyways!!” And stormed off.After a couple minutes of me sitting there looking around completely shocked, the manager came over to me. To my surprise he started defending the employee that berated me, a well-paying customer. He said he was frustrated because my nails were on there good and they needed to be soaked off- not pryed off, to which I replied I had never objected to! In fact, I told the lady working on my nails prior to meth mouth beginning his torture session on me, that she could soak them if they needed to! Guess she didn’t speak English. The manager (who also revealed he was the owner) defended his employee treating me the way he did with this final statement before walking away, “Well, you need to understand people get aggravated.”I told him I was going to write a bad review. He said, “And so what?! You’ll just be one of many!” LOL clearly the Owner of this establishment does not care about his customers or his reputation in the slightest. So here I am to tell the people!If you want to pay good money to be berated for laughing and having conversations and given the excuse that it’s your fault because they have a miscommunication because somebody didn’t know how to speak to English, and have a technician completely lose it on you, then have the OWNER accuse YOU of being the difficult one, by all means come here. And if you have any self respect, stay far away from this place.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! And very PAINFUL! for a full set. My fingers are still throbbing from earlier, and bleeding. She filed the edges, got my skin not the acrylic. Really bad quality job if you ask me, my nails look HORRIBLE! She seemed bossy and didnt care that I told him it hurts! She said dont be scared look away. The nails end up being 2 different leighnt as you see on the pictures.

I called a hour a head of time and asked the price for a mani & pedi with a French tip and was told it was $45, I get there and was asked to pay before they even painted my nails and they changed the price to $51 and the water is cold for pedi and the woman who did my nails, filed my nails crooked and when I asked her to even out my French tip, she just added another coat of polish... would not recommend this place
