I love this place they done great work

Just moved to denver and i was dreading having to go to a new nail salon. went it as it was only a few mins walk from my place. i called ahead to get an appointment. super friendly. and Julie did my nails exactly how i love it.i’m happy to have found someone who does it well first try. :)

This place is a GEM in Cap Hill. The loveliest people. They make you feel so relaxed and taken care of. Go experience it and support them, even the men!

Very very very rude and unprofessional! I have been getting my nails done for over 10 years and by far the worst experience. I will never come back. Listen to the reviews that say they are rude and unprofessional! I got there early and had to wait past my appointment time because they weren’t ready. I showed the lady (I believe her name is Kim) the style I wanted and color, but she picked the wrong color. Luckily I spoke up. She messed up my nails so badly, and when I told her, she kept telling me that the nails didn’t have an issue. She was very rude and unprofessional and kept making me uncomfortable with rude remarks throughout the nail session. The gel is very off, the shape is off, and you can see a huge portion of my real nail, but she refused to fix it and said “you pay me”. When I called them, assuming that they’d make it right, the lady who answered the phone said that I had to come back and show them, and if they thought there was a problem the SAME lady who messed it up and kept insisting it was fine had to fix it, or I had to pay extra to get someone else to fix THEIR mistake. I will take my money elsewhere and hope someone professional can help. Do yourself a favor and save your money! My nails look horrific and nothing like the style I asked for.

This is the shop my wife LOVE to go to. My wife LOVES this shop.

Highly recommend. The spa itself isn’t the most updated but it’s cheap the ladies are great. I love that they always fit me in and my nails are indestructible. It should be noted I’m the toughest of tough on my nails and have had no problem with the excellent job Hannah does ❤️

If I could give zero stars I would.My nail tech began removing a past dip like any other removal, but then had me soak my nails in a bowl of straight acetone. She used a drill to get the dip off a little at a time, returning my nails to the acetone. While this was happening she also PEELED off two nails of dip and completely destroyed those nails. She ran her nail between the dip and my nail and then used an acrylic nail to get under the dip and peel it off. This is the worst thing you can do to remove nails AND painful. I asked her to please soak off the rest, but those two nails are very weak now.Then she moved onto the gel manicure, and did a terrible job. I have bumps on several nails and the ends are rough and jagged.Completely dissatisfied and will never be back.

Friendly professional staff! We are from Nebraska and hoped to find a salon that does quality manicures and pedicures. This is the place! Me and my two daughters got manicures/acrylics and pedicures and we all LOVE the results! Thank you for spoiling us Huskers! We will definitely be back next time were in Denver!

Wanted to give 5 stars but honestly the salon is very dirty and outdated. The chairs have holes in them, the walls are dirty. I wish they would put some money into the place so it feels more hygienic and clean.Hannah, however, keeps me coming back. She does this amazing gel dip application that stays on for WEEKS without so much as a chip or lifted edge. Easily the longest my natural nails have ever been since I started seeing her. She has always been extra nice, fun to talk to, I don’t see how anyone has ever reviewed her as rude. I can’t speak for the other ladies in the reviews, but Hannah is great!! Cannot say enough nice things about her truly and my nails look great!!!

I went in to have stiletto nails put onto my very short nails and I was so pleased with the results. While I waited I watched one beautiful set after the other being created before my eyes. I had a great experience and would recommend you try them out too.

I am shocked to see such bad reviews. I have never had a bad experience here. They always take care of me. Super sweet ladies. This is the only salon that I found that they really take care of your nails and make sure they don’t break within 2 weeks. Other places I found my nails always broke. I highly recommend and would disregard any negative reviews written.

The ladies do a great job! The shop itself is outdated and “dirty”. They could use more shellac colors. As for Hannah and Amy, they are sweet and gentle spirited. They are reserved, which may come off as rude to some.

Horrible job. I gave them one star because I did like the shape (oval) of my nails and the pedicure was nice (though it lasts literally 10 minutes). The nail tech put way too much acrylic on my nails and didn’t even smooth it out. My nails are so clumpy and the nail polish I chose was very light and needed a few coats which I had to politely ask her to add a few more coats. I’m not sure if she was upset afterwards because then she just got really sloppy! I will NOT be going back and would definitely recommend you go else where!

I cant stand to have a half ass pedicure. I work 2 jobs and run a childcare....and when its time for my feet to be taken care of, I need just that. These ladies need more experience on how to care for feet. The owner on the other hand, did my nails perfectly.

Been going here for nearly ten years, I sometimes go somewhere else and then remember that other places dont do it like them hahaha one day Ill remember that before I get waxed somewhere that has no clue what they are doing! Also deluxe pedicures are the only way to go, and they are so competitive with their pricing! I LOVE famous nails!

This is my favorite nail shop. Hana the owner is awesome friendly and super sweet woman. As for amy whom sits im the back last chair on the right had side is very rude at times u have to be on her about painting your nails all the way at the base she will have it looking like you have had the paint job two weeks. Amy is very very lazy when you want a detailed design. I do not recommend going to her.

I was in Denver for a couple hours so I Went for a rebase, the nail tech didn’t ask if I wanted my nails shortened or reshaped. The shape of my nails don’t match each other and the paint job is sloppy! So disappointed. I want to find a different salon to change the color! They did not have good color choice either.

This is one of the best shops to get your nails 💅 done. Hanna is awesome so is Amy every other worker in here is also awesome. They care about your nails and how they look its not just about taking your money. They just not to long ago updated the shop it looks spectacular 😍 They do the cat eye nails coffin etc there is not one nail they cannot do. Also if you bring in a picture they can get that design on your nails 95 percent of the time if not close to it. Zero stars! Hannah the owner argued with me about getting full set because shes lazy and didnt want to take them off. Amy is being lead by example she sent me to the owner because she couldnt didnt want to do the design I asked for. No one should go here.

If I could give no stars I would. I came here to get my feet done and they did a decent job so I came back again to get my nails done. That was the worst mistake ever, I supposedly got gel nails & I had 3 nails break / chip off within a week, I went to go get them fixed & after that 2 more nails fell off. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN, CHEAP PRODUCT !

Me and the lady in th first chair always have a debate, but she does a good job. First time my daughter and I went, we both took pictures. She wanted candy cane nails, got a younger lady (no longer there) who worked on one nail until she got it right, and they were great!!! I was told by 1st chair, that my pic was professional 🤔, it was a french tip w/a silver polish at one tip...ok... I left with a french tip. Went yesterday, 1st chair took me 20mins before her next appointment. I just needed a basic refill, she did a great job, in the allotted time, but was a little rough. Lol... I may find another salon, but the girl who does my daughter still has a client.
