I have been coming here for months now and I love it. Everyone is always so nice and they have great customer service. Plenty of colors to choose from and more.

Worst experience ever, I paid $78 for a gel manicure, regular pedicure they did a French pedi that I did not asked for and charged for that. I left $12 tip even when I was disappointed and worst if after 24 hours the gel peel off.

This place does not have experienced in doing Acrylic nails or daily designs. The end result was upside down on my toes and my nails looked completely embarrassing. I cried after I left because I was so upset. Never going back here. Very rude and unprofessional. They even got nasty with me and body shamed me saying that my body is the reason they cant preform their services correctly

Came to treat a bride to gel mani/pedis before her wedding & was disappointed.The 3woman working were NOT inviting or welcoming. They were talking & laughing amongst themselves loudly (to the point I couldn’t here my friend sitting next to me). Service was LOW quality, & rushed. I paid $185 & still left a $10 tip although we BOTH were unsatisfied. Update- a day later the gel is peeling on two of my nails.Save yourself the unpleasant experience & give your money to another business who is happy to provide a quality service.

Let me start by saying that i get my nails done every 2-3 weeks. Shellac for mani and regular pedi. Very glad to find Diva Nails after a year searching and trying different places. Diva Nails is clean, good color collection, and skillful technicians. I walked in yesterday and they were able to take me in. The place got busy so quickly and the 3 staff managed everyones expectation. Diva Nails is the kind of place i am used to from nyc.

Worse experience ever!! Just moved to Denver thought I would try a nail salon near me so I decided to go to Diva Nails. I called ahead to make sure they do Acrylic Nails but said they can do Gels so i agreed but once i got there i decided to go for the Dip Powder instead. Nice people but once my nails were done they were not coffin shaped like I asked there were bumps all over my nail. Not the length I wanted. she didnt bother to file my nails down or shape it. I had to go to the store buy a nail filer so I can somehow fix the mess. Definitely not worth $60!!!

I love Diva Nails! The staff is so friendly and does an amazing job. There is never a wait for walk-ins and you can get in and out quickly. The facility is clean and comfy. I will be frequenting Diva Nails for all my mani/pedi needs in the future, its the best option in Cherry Creek!

Wonderful salon. They know me by name and Im always warmly greeted with a smile. Service is great and atmosphere is relaxing. There is free parking in the back (a much welcome convenience). There is also a rewards program - their way of saying thank you. Ive been to other nail salons in Denver but Ive affectionately named Diva Nails my place.

After trying several nail salons in Denver, diva nails in my favorite!! The staff is so friendly! After going regularly for 2+ years I’ve always had a quality result. Gel nails last over 2 weeks.

What an awesome place. So happy they were open alittle before 10 so I could get my manicure and brow wax done before work. The best wax I’ve had in Denver and was very happy with my manicure as well. Definitely will be coming back every couple weeks!

False advertisement when offering free parking but get a $5 parking fee charge the next day. Don’t tip your tech then! Horrible!

I was looking for the perfect place to get my nails done over the new year and, this place was just the place! The staff is very generous towards their customers and the quality is just amazing. It is a little bit expensive compared to where Im originally from but the quality and the service is definitely worth it. I recommend anyone who is looking for a good nail place around here to try diva nails. I will most definitely be coming back again.

Ive had lots of pedicures, and the one I had at Diva Nails tonight was easily the best one yet! The massage was fantastic, and they did a great job painting my toenails! I only wish I lived here so I could make Diva Nails my regular nail spot. Great atmosphere, and very friendly staff. The price seemed fair as well. Highly recommend!!

Not happy. Only went to this salon because my normal go-to salon didn’t have availability and I’m traveling for work all week. Went in with my long natural nails that I meticulously care for. The person doing my nails asked if I wanted them cut half way down. I agreed. She then cut them all the way down and filed them. With next to no white showing. I told her that was way too short, she then asked if I wanted the other hand to match or not. Completely ridiculous. Just left and the gel polish still feels tacky. This is what I get from deviating from my original salon. Next time I’ll wait.

I had a great pedicure at Diva Nails. I was at the mall and was looking for a place nearby at the last minute, and they squeezed me in before closing. The salon is well decorated and very clean & inviting. My technician was very detailed and careful with my nails. The pedicure includes hot stones, hot towels, and I appreciated that they used three different kinds of lotion - a basic one for the massage, jergens after the hot towels, and a richer cream on the heels. Helps to beat the Denver dryness! They also do a quick shoulder massage when you’re at the dry station. The only downside is that it was much more expensive than I am accustomed to paying - $37 for the pedicure. You get a lot of special details for the price, so I would consider it a treat rather than a regular stop.

What a horrific experience - twice in a row. My bestie and I went here soon after COVID and had regular pedicures and gel mani’s.BOTH sets of our nails popped or peeled off within 48 hours.So we went back the next week - and the same thing happened. Brutal. Waste or time and resources.

I love everyone at Diva. They all do a great job, are friendly and flexible. They also have fun ideas for gel polish. There’s also free parking behind the building, so it’s all around easy! I highly recommend Diva Nails.

This is a great little nail salon in Cherry Creek North. My experience found the facility to be immaculate and the staff highly skilled. Although they have a Milwaukee Street address, the entrance is on 2nd avenue . They offer a variety of services other than manicures. Highly recommend!

Great service here at Diva! Been going since I arrived in Denver two years ago. They do a great job with pedicures.

We unknowingly walked in 20 min after they closed, and instead of politely correcting our mistake, they graciously provided service to myself and three friends and stayed open for an hour and a half after they normally would. Service was still great and not rushed. Massage was an added bonus too!! I enjoyed the service and speaking with the nail technician very much. Everyone was polite, and had a smile on their face, and made my night!!!

I was in from out of town and needed a manicure before an event. Diva Nails was around the corner form my hotel so I decided to try it. I am so sad I don’t live closer! BEST. MANICURE. EVER.

I came to Denver on a last minute trip for some job interviews and didnt have time to do my nails in Miami so I had to find a place. I ran into this place online and wow. Im so lucky I did. The service was phenomenal! The owner is so sweet and attentive and the lady that did my nails, I believe her name was Norka(I apologize if it wasnt) is a sweetheart as well. Ill definitely be back when I move here. The place is clean and well kept and pretty easy access to it as well.

Just moved to Cherry Creek area and I found my new nail salon. My mother and I walked into the salon without an appointment and all the staffs kindly welcomed us. Their service was fantastic. They offered us water and took care of us so that we can pleasantly enjoy the service as best as we can. I got gel manicure which I am very satisfied with the quality. My mother also enjoyed her pedicure. I will definitely come back to this place for my pedi

My daughter & I had our nails done with no chip polish last month on a short trip to Denver. They did a good job and the polish stayed on for almost 2 weeks. The service was good and the price was reasonable. We would recommend this place!

One of my favorite nail salons in Cherry Creek. If youre looking for an $80 spa pedicure, this place is not for you. But, if youre looking for a clean salon with nice staff and affordable prices, look no further. They offer more than just nails - eyelash extensions and microblading are also available. I have never had a problem walking in, but they do get busy on weekends, so make sure to call ahead for an appointment. The staff recognizes me every time I visit and always goes out of their way to greet customers. I have had terrible experiences at other Cherry Creek salons with a pricier menu of services, but I am never disappointed here.

First time customer and didnt even get service. Won’t be back. After greeted and asked what service my daughter wanted they said yes please wait a few minutes after waiting for over 10min we were asked by another employee what we wanted rudely I told her the other gal was helping us she then said I need to know what you are here for, then says no we don’t do acrylics. I replied the other girl said you do and also pointed out another guest getting acrylics in front of me. She then replied we are to busy very rude in front of her customers. I don’t think some of them will be returning either after she acted like that

I agree with all the reviews of manis being poorly done and chipping next day - has happened to me every time I come here! I come sometimes out of convenience but it’s not worth it - nails always chip right away and I don’t have that problem other places. It’s also more expensive than other places I go.

I just love the women who work here... they do an outstanding job and they are just so sweet! It may not be the fanciest atmosphere in Cherry Creek, but I think they do the best job for manicures, gel manicures, pedicures!!

We tried all sorts of nail places around the Denver area and once we found this place we knew we had a favorite! The atmosphere is beautiful and the staff are super friendly. They did a flawless job for both my daughter and I even though we came in close to closing time.

I got a mani pedi and have to say the poor job apalled me for the price and location.During both my pedicure and manicure the process of the pushing back my cuticles was the most painful process Ive ever experienced. I get my nails done every 2-3 weeks and have never had this issue.The reason I went here was because my best friend is moving and I wanted to treat her to a fancy place in Cherry Creek. We had just had hair done by Denvers best hairstylist Michael Eatmon and headed to get our manor pedis after eating at delicious Sol. Expecting fancy we walked into anything but fancy. ◇ ×1. Sadly my nails look terrible and are already chipped with cuticles that are forming hang nails. This is because my cuticles and nails were not properly prepared. As a result my nails look like 3 week nail outgrowth would look, but after 1 week. I had acrylics prior to this gel and have a distinct line. They did not prep the surface of the nail to smooth this and the gel nail looks horrible as the result as well. Im hiding my hands at work. Its embarrassing. Definitely wont be back.

Got a french gel manicure on Sun; one nail was peeling by Tues night. Went back on Wed to have them correct it...and she fixed 5 nails, even though I was only there for the one (no charge of course). She was very fast and apologized several times that I even had to come back. I am very pleased w/ not only my manicure; but their customer service and commitment to quality work (even for something so insignificant as nails). I will stick w/ them. My nails look fabulous, btw.

I dont understand why its so hard to find a good nail salon in Denver, I went here and got a gel manicure that is supposed to last two weeks and fell off in two days.... not only that but a woman came in with the same problem while I was there.

I wasnt thrilled about this place. The shop was nice but the girl MADE me tip her. She didnt do anything special and she didnt even speak to me. I felt the price I paid was fair for the service I received so I didnt feel Like I should leave a tip. I wont be going back.

I do not typically write reviews on nail salons. But I feel this is necessary. The nail salon is by far the nicest one I have been to. And the staff is extremely friendly, and their customer service is great. However, I am not happy with the actual service and product I received. I asked the lady doing my pedicure to relieve some pressure on my big toe as I get ingrown toenails often, and she had no idea what to do, or what I was even talking about. I still have the pressure on my toe, as she did not even attempt to fix it. I get shellac on my toes and fingers. The shellac is not all the way to my cuticle and already looks grown out. And they did not take the shellac all the way to the tip of my nail, so it is already chipping. And on top of it, none of my nails are smooth. The staff seemed to have a very hard time painting them too. As if they had no idea what they were doing. The price for this service is what I expected for Cherry Creek. However, the service itself was lacking in itself. I will not revist this salon, and I advise you to spend your money elsewhere.

Rude workers, understaffed, overpriced, and terrible service. If I could give negative stars I would. I called to make an appointment for an acrylic fill and once I got to the salon they finally told me that they dont offer acrylic services. They had a very limited color supply and the workers argued with each other in front of customers. The workers dont even try to hide that theyre talking about the customers. the website doesnt show prices, which are completely overrated for the terrible service you receive. My women left me without doing my polish to take care of another customer that came in after me.

Terrible. Dont even deserve 1 star...I got shellac, and it chipped 3 days later because the lady insisted i only hold my hand under the uv for 30 seconds, usually 90 everywhere else i have been... they have very limited color options, it was outrageously expensive for the crappy service i got. Very disappointed! Staff was rude, she got up and left me for another client of hers, and told her friend to finish my massage when she was done working with a different client. I would never go back, never would recommend. Terrible, terrible, terrible
