I really enjoyed my experience here.For a pedicure and manicure spa treatment it was $95; the salon was quiet and relaxing. No one was rushing around, they took their time and did a wonderful job.It is on the smaller side so if you need to call ahead and make a reservation I’d recommend it as some customers who walked in did need to wait quite a while (45 minutes) to be seen.Thanks for the great experience!

I went in and was I told to come back at a later time, which I did. They still made me wait 30 minutes. I got a shellac pedicure and the lady forgot to use the pumice on my right foot. Then checked out... $60!!! I couldve DIYd it better and cheaper. Wont be returning.

Wow. Just WOW. Beautiful nails without the painful drill bits and scraping, wonderful service, a great shoulder/hand&arm massage. They are right by my vet, I happened upon them. I will be there every pay day lol. Much better than shellac or acrylic!! Thank you Kara!!

My mom and I were there today and I can’t begin to explain the disrespect. We payed 130$ for this??? Jennie was very disrespectful I showed her a picture of how I wanted my nails and when I put my phone near her so she could get a reference, she immediately blurted out in the most disrespectful way “I don’t need the picture.” Not only that, but my mom was asking them nicely for their advice but they weren’t being respectful or PROFESSIONAL at all. Kara did my moms nails and Jennie did mine. By the time we got home, my moms and my nails were all ruined. They didn’t even take the time to put the effort into doing this. NEVER AGAIN.

They are always nice. They keep their appointments and during COVID they seem to be trying hard to keep everybody safe. Great job on my nails as usual. They do great with my preteen too.

I will never patronize this establishment again. The staff has the nerve to have bad attitudes and seem prejudice. When I came here and told them what I needed, they acted like I bothered them. It would be nice for them to have conversation in english, because they seemed real ignorant like they had the nerve to talk bad about anyone, because they were all funny looking. My nails didnt even come out great. I would suggest any African American women not come here or any of their establishments. Do your nails yourself or find a black owned salon. These people do not appreciate our business!

Its so hard to find a nail salon that provides such consistently great services, but Olive Nails is it! Joanne, Kara, and all the other girls do a beautiful job every time I go, and I’m never disappointed. They know their nail shapes, have a great color selection of polish and gel, are super detail oriented, the salon is very clean & they have proper sanitary practices, and my nails always last! They got me in same day and did a great job in my nails. I did the silk nails (and I never get false nails) and they were so kind and patient with me. Made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I will be back for all my pampering needs.

The staff was very mind and professional. I arrived early and lost track of time while reading in my car. They went beyond my expectations when one of the ladies came out to my car to let me know that they were open and had a chair waiting for me. The lady who did my pedicure was just as amazing. She was very gentle with my feet, the pedicure looks fantastic, and she gives great massages. She even gave me a shoulder massage while the polish was drying. All of this for an incredibly reasonable price. I will absolutely be back, and recommend this place to everyone.

This place was amazing they took so much care in taking off my nails and bringing me back to short and beautiful. Due to wearing acrylic nails my nails were really bad and they took so much care in helping me same them. My manicure was amazing, this is now my favorite place. Really nice inside and the staff is AMAZING!!!

**I PAID $200 FOR 2 PEDICURES AND MANICURES (tips)!!!!! Ladies are nice... BUT not even 24 hours one nail broke as i was picking up laundry basket. I couldnt go back to get it fixed as i was headed on Vacation early in the morning. 2 days later ANOTHER nail broke. WTF?!? Ohhhh then less than 8 hours ANOTHER nail breaks off. They were not smooth/even.

I wasnt sure what to expect in this shopping center but thought I would give it a try. I love that they put a lining in the tub and didnt use a razor on my heels. The massage on my feet was spa like and finished with hot stones! The staff was kind and friendly. The pedicure looks amazing.

I was very impressed. The lady who did my nails did a thorough job and kept checking my nails to be precise. At the end they use a hot stone for a message on the arms in addition to a neck massage, which both felt really good.

Quiet, clean and friendly environment with amazing staff. They were polite and took their time on our pedicures. The pedicures are well worth the cost as they provide about every treatment under the sun. My feet are so happy and beautiful now! This will be our regular spot from here on out.

My sister and I were told to leave because they only had three staff members on a Saturday afternoon! There were only three other clients there and we were willing to wait. Not a way to run a business. Luckily, we found a more accommodating place nearby. I will not be back here.

The term walk-ins welcome is used very loosely here. I walked in, fully expecting there to be a wait. I was asked what I needed (regular pedi) and then I was told we dont have time right now. No one offered up an appointment. No one told me how long the wait would be, just we dont have time today. I found the response to be rude and embarrassing.

I walked in! and was able to be helped right away. Have been a regular customer for almost 9 years and improvements over the past few years have put this salon into an even better bracket. 💓

Ive been coming here for over 15 years. It has changed hands a few times over the past few years but now seems to be stable. Everyone is awesome at what they do... You cant go wrong. All the ladies here can do a perfect mani pedi. Its a little more expensive than some places, but worth it knowing they will make your hands a feet gorgeous.

Amazing customer service, and really great prices. I went to Olive Nail for the first time today, and can tell you I will be back. The standard pedicure is what most places would call a delux, and the manicure I received was top notch. Very clean, and they use a liner in the foot bath which is amazing. Staff was friendly and professional. All tools and products used on my hands and feet were very high quality and the massage chairs are wonderful and new. Also had some extra work done to smooth out some rough skin on my feet (Im 8 months pregnant and have had a hard time keeping them up myself) which was supposed to be an upcharge but they did not charge me extra. The ladies at Olive Nail make you feel special and welcome, and I would recommend this nail salon to anyone who appreciates a great atmosphere and quality work.

This was a very nice salon and they were thorough and more expensive which I didn’t mind if my shellac manicure would have lasted more than 4 days. Two of the just peeled right off 3-4 days after. Going back to my other place where they last 2weeks minimum.

They are very clean, very kind, and fairly priced. They do a consistently good job and do not rush through your pedicure just to get to someone else.

I have been getting my nails done for 10+ years and this was the absolute WORST customer service I have EVER had. They charged extra for EVERYTHING including the color of nail polish (not shellac REGULAR nail polish) I picked out, and that color was purple.. I ended up spending $115 on my REGULAR pedicure and my 2 daughters finger nails getting polished (not shellac). Not even an hour after I left the salon the color on my big toe chipped and fell off. So I made an appointment to get it fixed 2 days later @ 1:30, I showed up for my appointment 15 min early and was told they didnt have anyone to fix my nail at all that day and I would need 2 wait for 2 more days and make another appointment. Needless to say I ended getting my naiI fixed at a different salon. I would never recommend anyone ever waste your money there.

I got a gel manicure on October 9th, the day before my engagement photos. I work about 30 hours a week as a bartender, so my hands and nails take a beating on a regular basis, and its not uncommon for them to be wet for 50% of my shift. Its been two and a half weeks and there has been NO chipping and extremely minimal peeling (they only stated slightly peeling away from the nail two days ago... not enough to come off, but enough to get stuck under my hair when Im putting it up in the morning). I just took my polish off today, and it took forever, even with acetone, because the manicure was done so well.They shaped my nails exactly to my liking (which never happens since nail techs always seem to get round and oval confused), and gave me a hot stone massage on my arms at the end of my manicure, all for $30, the price youd pay anywhere else for a gel manicure. I will definitely be going back to them before my wedding. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Updated review: I use to feel really special when I went to this salon but today I had a deluxe pedicure that was $15 more than the regular and nothing was different. When I asked why I was paying the extra $15 she said that it was for the callus machine (took 1 min) and the expensive lotion. Not worth it at all. I got a total of 3-4 min of massage for my manicure and pedicure and no longer receieved the special neck rub at the end. If you do try this place, stick to the regular pedicure but youre still paying more than other salons.Old review: I have tried many nail salons but this is my new favorite. Affordable priced, great service and you get a brief neck massage while your pedi dries. Bonus!!

This place is horrible. Gell started coming off next day. Unreasonable prices. Very bad customer service. Rude technicians. I paid $80 for nails that already look horrible in only 5 days. I spend 3 hr there because they simply cant manage time. I made an appointment one day in advance but they still made me wait 40 minutes when i came. If you dont have time and dont want to waste your money-dont go there.

I walked in and it looked like a really nice place. Very clean and more upscale then normal shopping center nail salons. I came in and told them that i wanted a full set and pedicure. First she said that full sets are 60 dollars....like i wouldnt be able to afford it.I told her that was fine. Then she told me it would be 20 minutes. That was fine for me too . I just picked out my color and sat. Another woman walked in 10 minutes after me and asked if they had time for 2 manis and pedis. They said of course and sat them immediately. So i just got up and left. It was apparent that i didnt fit the normal clientele so they didnt bother with me. Which sucks because i had such high hopes from previous reviews.

Best nail spa in town. Massage chairs are amazing, clean, impeccable mani pedi, and u get a short message after mani. Brow wax was perfect. Plus they have me a small gift for the holidays, a jar of 100% organic shea butter. Wish I found this place sooner!
