First time coming here, had such a nice woman. I was indecisive on a color so she painted some options on for me to decide. Patient, polite, and I love a smooth cuticle cut - they gave it to me. I will be coming back.

I was very happy with how my nails came out! The ladies there are very nice and gentle with i love because my hands are sensitive. The shop is very clean and pretty! So many top product nail polishes to choose from so picking a color is a breeze! And the price is great 👍 high recommend this nail salon!

Ive been looking for a nail place since moving to Denver with a great staff, not over priced and that knows how to do coffin shaped nails. Well I beleive Ive finally found a place. I will update when I see how long my nails last and hold up.

I came here about 6-7 months back with my boyfriend. We both had high hopes, as it was our first time here and it is close to our apartment. We were excited for this to become our place, however this was not a good experience at all. I got a regular mani/pedi and he got a regular pedicure (no polish). Price was decent, but the experience was awful. The water my feet were in was cold, Luke warm at best. Everything was rushed. Not the cleanest salon either. Its hard to relax when half of the other room ( to the right of the massage chairs if you are sitting in them) looks like a broom closet. The massage chairs were very worn (not a big deal), but the utensils were not clean. The tools were not wrapped or sanitized. They were just pulled out of a drawer. The pumice stone was obviously very worn and used MANY times before as it was dirty. The paint job was okay. What I expected at that price. I will be looking elsewhere for my pedicures.

I made an appointment and walked in in time, and I still had to wait. Spent less than 15 minutes doing a pedicure on me. The pedicure was shorter than how long I waited! I was shocked when she was finished. I could have done a better job myself. The price is cheaper than other salons, but you miss out greatly on the quality. Its not worth it. I went to Cindys Nails up the road on Colfax and they fixed everything and did an INCREDIBLE job!

Excellent pedicures and manicures.Ive only had the pedicures, which are very good for my feet.They offer shellac (sp?) for manicures and my wife really likes all of the ladies who work there.Family run and very friendly. Walk-ins are accepted but best to make a reservation as they can get busy.Parking lot behind if there is nothing available on the street.

I really wanted to like this place because my mom loves to get pedicures here. However the service I went in for was not satisfactory. I got a rebase from them mind you the nails I already had on were on for about a month and I could have went another week or two with them on if I wanted to. Anyways I got the rebase from them less than a week ago and they have already grown out and need to be redone again.... I should have been able to enjoy these nails for at least two weeks. Another thing is the basic quality of nails they made me leave with. They honestly looked terrible, I told the technicians how I felt about the nails shape during her shaping them and I asked her to NOT do three coats because it started making my nails look obviously fake/bulky. She just kept saying “that’s how we do them, it the best way. Etc etc” completely disregarding what I said. I brought it up to her before my payment and contemplated asking her to take them off and letting her know I won’t be paying but then I realized the acrylics I came in with cost more than the rebase itself so I’d really be losing money. Anyways I personally will only go her for pedicures from now on. I really need to find a professional acrylic nail shop. This place and many other have very very outdated nail techniques.

Went here this morning to get my acrylic nails. I was very hopeful being they are less than a mile from my home. Everything was going fine until it came time to apply my chillac. The paint job was the worst I’ve ever received on my nails (and I am not picky at all when it comes to my nails). She put a rhinestone on my ring finger and then proceeded to put a MATTE clear coat over the top of my nail and rhinestone..which made the entire thing look awful. They were tacky and already looked like the chillac was not going to last a day or so. I instantly drove somewhere else and had them repainted.

Service quality depends on your skin color. My money is the same color as anyone elses

I get dip nails done and they always do well! Im a server and do CrossFit and these nails have lasted me 4 weeks! And for only $40! And for anyone that has issues, a little advice: tip well! I always get in right away, never with an appointment, and they do a great job with my nails.

Ive been going here since I moved to Denver 2 years ago. Its not the greatest spot, but they have good prices, work is decent and Ive always had an easy enough time getting in.Today I walk in, 3 girls giving pedicures looked at me saying nothing, so I ask would I be able to get in for a pedicure?, all 3 still looking at me blankley, then look at each other, and then go back to the pedicures they were doing. I asked is that a yes or a no?. The customers laugh and then one of the girls says very tiredly.. yes. I decide to leave and will never return. The girls here have no idea what the meaning of customer service is. I dont expect a lot, but a hello or just some recognition when I ask a question would be nice.

Ive been coming to this place on and off for a couple of years, and the service is definitely on the decline... What they should inform customers about their $30 mani and pedi is that theyre going to have to go home and finish the job. My feet were barely scrubbed, cuticles are sloppily clipped and left sharp rough, and Im really perplexed about how they rub lotion on your hands for the mani and then make you go wash it off, leaving your hands dryer than when you walked in.Not to mention the fact that they use the same nail file on everyone, the layer of dust on things that havent been touched in a while is atrocious, and customer service serverely lacks.Needless to say, Ill be finding a new nail salon.

They are very rude they only like to serve white people they discriminate against Mexicans and blacks they don’t know how to shape nails right they don’t know how to put them on right there always cricket and they fall off not even two days later I wouldn’t recommend a snail shop to anybody

The girls here are great! Have been going for over a year now - low prices compared to most other nail salons.

This place is HORRIBLE! 1st off they didnt arrive until 915 although theyre supposed to open at 9. I was already behind so I couldnt go anywhere else. I had shellac and the lady immediately started scratching the polish off with w her fingernails and you could literally see the scratch marks on my nail bed. I asked her if she could soak them or use cotton she told me they didnt have cotton as I LOOKED RIGHT AT IT! When I pointed it out she said oh well that will take more time which cost more money. TF she then called her sister Holly to finish soaking my nails. Holly had thee WORST attidue EVER. Customer service is definitely not an interest of theirs as she told me you can always go somewhere else, and that my friend is EXACTLY what I will do.

This is the closest nail salon to my house, unfortunately every time I go there Im disappointed. Made an appointment for 4pm this afternoon. When I got there they werent even close to being ready, as they had just started working on others. (I arrived 3 minutes early). I am beyond unsatisfied with this place, and I question their sanitation.
