This place does a great job every time Ive been there. Ive used four or five different techs and they are all great. My only issue is the pricing. Its never consistent, they charge for something extra but charge for something different and still do what I got charged for last time. They need to be more honest about pricing but otherwise they are great.

I went after work on Friday with my coworker my experience was so horrible and very over priced! The lady that did my toes messed them up, cut me really bad. I told her I would take off my nails, she ignored me and laughed at me which was so unprofessional. All together the total was $175 with a $10 tip which is extremely over priced!!!!! The full set was simple . We only got one fullset and 2 pedicures for one was $23 and the other was $50 but was suppose to be less than $50. $175 that’s ridiculous!!! I would never go back. Don’t waste your time!

This was my second time at this nail salon. I normally get shellac and this time I wanted a French manicure. I like them from far away but I’m not super thrilled with the results. I had to ask 5-6 times for the lines to be cleaner or to fill in the corners more. She went back over the areas I pointed out but you can still see some issues in my pictures. I think the lady was in a bit of a hurry since they were busy so she paid less attention to detail. Bottom line is they’re affordable, quick, and conveniently located for me but I will only go back for full paint. Anything that requires more detail, I’d suggest going elsewhere.

I like these nail shop so much I tried other but these is the best. You pay for what you get and they take care of you and give u exactly what your asking for . I also like to get my eyebrows only done here because they listen. To what I want and don’t do nun more then I want . When I get my nails done I love them I get gel polish since it last longer

Stay away!!! I went in on Sunday for a pedicure and manicure with my friends. We received an appointment same day, which was nice. However, the actual pedicure and manicure experience was the worst I’ve ever had. I did not see a sterile packet of tools used. I saw a plastic bin labeled sterilized tools, but it was not in the sterile, autoclaved package. My technician was extremely rough. She PEELED/RIPPED off my entire inner cuticle on both my big toes. One of which is now INFECTED and painful. I have to see the doctor tomorrow and will most likely need antibiotics. My technician also used the drill very aggressively to smooth my fingernails and cuticle area. She ran it over the skin around my nail several times, which HURT. I told her and she did it several more times. My gel manicure was just ok and is already starting to crack on the tops. Do not waste your money here. There are better, cleaner options.Update 09/27/21: I had to get a doctors visit and prescription for my big toe. My right hand nails that were drilled are getting close to grown out. The drilled nail area is incredibly delicate and prone to ripping or cracking easily. There is almost a millimeter of difference between the nail that was drilled and my new healthy nails growing in. When I had the gel polish removed at another salon the technician told me that my nails were BURNT by the drill and the only thing to do was let them grow out.

I just visited this beauty spot. it was great, although the wait was a bit long because I didnt have an appointment. this place is full of customers, they work slowly even if you have an appointment but you still have to wait because they work slowly and beautifully, everyone says they have an appointment but they cant make it in time, they want to make sure They make customers beautiful and friendly. Overall I love this place

This place did not have good service! I made a appointment ahead of time and I still waited 15 minutes. I thought that it wouldve been worth the wait but it wasnt. I doubt I will ever come back here again

I love this nails shop. Staffs are friendly. The language is barrier.They don’t speak English well but they work very hard. I love people here. They treat you like family

My experience here was horrible. I don’t know why it has such a high rating. They discriminate against people! They sat me down and I waited for half an hour even though they said it would be a 10 minute wait. Then they were able to get me in and sat me down. Their attitude with me was rude and very unfriendly the entire time! They seemed to have a friendly and welcoming attitude with others around me, but I was treated very different. The service was very awful! Never coming back and would not recommend!

I have been coming to this Salon since it opened. It’s run by a two sister team and it’s definitely run well. I always get the dipping powder manicure and and I love nails to look clean and natural. They always do a great job and really like to make sure you’re satisfied with your nails before leaving.

I asked for a coffin look but got something else, i paid quit alot for what I got .

Visit this for the first time the girl that I got was very nice and went beyond her way to make sure I was happy with the service, only thing I didn’t like was that they don’t clean after people there a virus still, and when they working on you usually a girl tells them to go help other people and she finishes you fast ..

My nails broke within days of going here. They were pretty but they were not sturdy. I paid them like $80 close to $100 with tip for a full set with some glitter. Just crazy. When I went back to get discount because my nails were broke within a week. They did not give me a discount and told me w could not get a rebate because too many nails were broken. I would have to get a full set again. Because I was pressed for time I did it but believe me when I say I will not be back. I didnt like the shape of my names this time. 2 of them were crooked when I told the girl to fix it she didnot. I cant waste money messing around with this shop......I suggest you dont either.

Update August 2021. I used to go here all the time when I lived in the area. They always did a good job. I moved away from the area and go to a new nail shop now, but they were busy and I needed a rebase and pedicure. So I called up park hill nails. They took me right away- but the lady that did my pedicure cut my big toe which is now infected- they also took 3 hrs for a rebase and pedicure- 3 hours!!!! Then when I said I had to go to pick my kids up they rushed my rebase and cut my finger too. On top of all this, my two services came to almost 100$ I got regular polish people- I could understand if it was shellac or dip but no. Regular polish rebase and pedicure should not cost that much money.My nails are a good shape but I will never go back there I want my money back for my pedicure too. Its been a week and my toe is not better. I will be livid if I have to go to the Drs because of it!!!

Convenient location but I am revising my review because every time I come here I receive subpar, below quality service. The techs are not attentive and do not ask details for nail designs and paint choices. Too many times I have been hopeful but end up disappointed in my overall experience. Probably wont be coming back.

Great service, fast and willing to work through language barriers. A mess up on my color because I feel asleep and 3 women stayed an extra 45 min after closing to make sure I left happy about my pedicure. Highly recommended

Worse service ever! They are very rude especially if you’re a person of color! I have been a couple times and got to witness the difference in how they treat people. Also my cousin had nail fungus from a different nail shop and when she went to Parkhill nails she didn’t know and the nail tech went ahead and did her rebase like it wasn’t there. She goes back to tell them after she finds out and the lady admits to her she knew it was fungus and still did her nails on top of the fungus! They are so unprofessional and most of the techs don’t speak or understand the slightest bit of English! Run!! Don’t go here!!

Over all I think they did a good job I think that the person painting my nails could it get a little better job of painting them over all they look really great a lamb OK with what I got it is about $60 for the full set For the gel set not acrylic.

My friend went here and she told me what a horrible experience she had! She came to me and explained everything in TEARS! They discriminated against her! They were very rude and unprofessional ONLY towards her. She explained that the employees were patient and very welcoming towards other customers, however, they were rude and hasty with her! Even though I didn’t go here myself, I would never go here and would not recommend to others.

I paid 92 dollars for a new full set and i had them cut down to my finger nail.. which is supper short … like to my nail bed… and i got gel on my toes… with no special… 92 …

I thought they were going to do a great job but I got there and told them I wanted powder and I knew they were going to have to take off my old set that was fine. So they started the powder oh my gosh the most awful nails ever and at this time I’ve been there 2 going on 3 hours but the lady told me I had to wait til the guy who was doing my powder was done because we is like the owner. She tried to fix the powder but it didn’t work so we took them all off and did a different set and shape and just shellac. I had really high hopes.

I like certain nail techs here but depending on who you go to, the pricing is not consistent at all. Also they could use work on nail design. The pedicures are really good.Ive been going for a while because it is close to home and they are clean and friendly. But wait times get long and the prices seem to climb each time I go.

This place is great, everyone was so nice and inviting, there’s a clear community of regulars and Lynn did such an amazing job making me feel comfortable and I got exactly what I wanted out of a fresh acrylic set! I highly suggest them if you’re in the look out for a new salon!

The worst experience Ive ever had getting nails done. 3 people different people did my nails. Customer service is horrible. They make you wash your hands before they sit you down but dont clean the table in betwe customers. I would not recommend

The staff were very rude and unprofessional. Their attitude towards us were disrespectful. They werent just rude to us, but it seemed like the employees dont even get along! They were bickering back and fourth which made the wait even longer, and when I finally got my chance to sit down, I still had to wait because they were still yelling at each other. This is a very unfriendly place and I will not be going to a place where I am not respected, much less be taken care of by people who do not have a professional nor friendly attitude.

This is my second time back. 1st time, the quality of my gel manicure wasnt so great. This time around, I walked out feeling like a hand model! They have a new ombre glow-in-the-dark gel polish by Kiara. I got the turquoise/cream color. Cant wait to watch them change and glow!

I have no clue what other reviews are taking about this salon being expensive. I guess they havent been to other nail salons in Denver.This is THE PLACE to get your hands and feet done. I have searched high and low for years for a good salon and finally found it. Always friendly and nice. Always offered something to drink.Their work is impeccable! I get pink and whites and always get compliments. Never a chipped nail. Never any lifting. When you get compliments with 3 weeks of growth you know you have a good job done. I work in customer service and have had people of all ages compliment my hands. I have gotten pedicures and also great job.

This is my first time going there but Lynn helped me completely fix my nails. I had gone to a different place the night before and they had done a really bad job so I wanted to find a new place and I was extremely happy with how well they fixed my nails tonight and did such a great job Very diligent I will definitely be going back again!!

I agree with pricing comments about who you have as a tech determines your price. They did an ok with a Dip manicure but charged extra $10 to have the cuticles taken care of and put lotion on your hands. 🤷🏽‍♀️ The major reason for a low rating was that when they were busy, their COVID precautions were loose, not keeping people 6 ft. apart and multiple staff members entering without a mask on or wearing it below their nose. Yikes!

Don’t usually get my nails done since it’s so hard to go somewhere where it is done nice. My mother in law comes all this time to this location so I decided to come and try it out. I’m glad I came! I love my nails!

I honestly do not understand why this place has so much stars... I came in with almond shaped nails and wanted to KEEP the shape just a tad shorter. They look nothing like almond shape in fact all 10 look very different from each other.She also managed to completely dig into my skin TWICE with a nail file!! When pulling back my fingers in pain she just kept going and the nail file now has blood stains from meNever coming back

He always supports each of the nail specialists who work there. I returned with them after all this confinement due to a pandemic and I was pleasantly surprised at the care they take at each station, taking care of the sanitation protocol. Typical nail salon... however i was turned off by the constant attempts to up sale me at every point... I paid $50 for a mediocre pedi.... then the male tech that did my nails rushed through and didnt even bother to buff the excess acrylic off my nails.... Paid $40 for a full acrylic set that I had to fix when I got home... I wont be coming back.. If im spending close to $100, i expect a good job or at least some type of diligence.

This place is great! This nail salon seems to be my favorite out of all of the ones I saw. They done a awesome job on manicure s and pedicures. The nail salon seems very clean. The nail technicians are very friendly and talented. I have to give props to them for the great work. I recommend this place.

The ladies are friendly. Li did a rebase for me and was quick and neat. The nails lasted over a month. I didnt have an appointment, they took me as soon as they had time.

Park hill is such a amazing place to get your nails done. Very friendly from the min you walk in the door. When my daughter and mom come with me all nail techs acknowledge her when she walks to each one. My favorite person to go to is linh she does an amazing job I always do dip nails and they come out perfect.

I absolutely love this place!!! I made a last minute appointment and the customer service was amazing, I arrived about 10 mins early and waited about 20 minutes which I was expecting worse since I was such a last minute customer and they apologized and thanked me for my patience multiple times. Everyone was so friendly and nice to me and my nails turned out beautiful. 100% recommend

They do a good job on nails. Need more practice with design....pixie nails and placing diamonds but not a bad place to go.

I’d give it zero stars if that were an option. Took over two hours to get a fill, none of my nails are straight and my left hand looks nothing like my right. I had to tell her AT LEAST 5 times that there were bumps in the acrylic, she tried to polish my nails when the acrylic gel wasn’t even straight. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

A tech Kay did a clients feet then decided to come do my hands directly after without cleaning her hands when asked to clean her hands tech got upset and decided she did not want to complete my nails which were not even half finish . Very unprofessional she stop working on my hands on first place to do the other clients feet for about 6-8 minutes. Will not be going back!

Very clean - they use new tools for each client and line the pedicure basins with liners for every new service. They do a great job! It’s average price for the area, but they have a full menu of different options. Emmy is the best!

My nails came out amazing. Been coming here a few months and they havent let me down.

1st time here & doubt Id be back. Had an appointment but still had to wait over 20 minutes. The nail tech wasnt very friendly, she talked to her co-workers most of the time in a different language. They dont post a price list anywhere, you have to ask for it but they do have a sign with all their rules (interesting and odd to me) The nail tech did do my nails how I asked, however the polish was so old, even after having my nails under the dryer for 20 minutes, still not dry but gummy. And be aware of the smell of feet and pee by the dryers, had to breath through my mouth. After dealing with that smell, I just wanted to get outta there. Half my nails paint job is nicked up so Ill go somewhere else to fix them. Good luck if you go here

There is always a wait here–even with an appointment you will wait upwards of thirty minutes. My last time visiting I got a really terrible nail technician. My acrylic nails looked so wonky when I left but rather than confront the issue I left. I am giving two stars because they do have a few nail techs who do a great job. But I wont be returning because its not consistent work :(

This is a place that we always loved coming too until today.. I mean they’ve always took time to get nails done and sit you. But we still loved the way the nails came from a couple of the workers. The first time we came in around three today. They took my daughter to a seat and acting like they were going to start working on her because I was there. I let them know I would be back in a half an hour to check up on her. They had my daughter wait for thirty minutes pretending to have someone work on her while I was there. But when I came back they didn’t even start. So we left called and made an appointment for six thirty. Came back at six and they sat her down. Worker after worker worked on her..They didn’t have a steady person work on her and now two hours later we’re still waiting for them to get her finished up. They are supposed to close at seven so I just assumed they would be no later then that. But two and a half hours just to get your nails done is total bs. I love the way a couple of the workers do the nails, but this incident that happened today has changed my view. I will not be coming back to this place.

Ive had the hardest time finding a good nail salon in the area. I went here on a Saturday, only waited a few minutes, and got a really nice Mani and pedi. I had a different girl for each service and both did a great job. I have found my nail salon!

So last week I had an appointment with Kay. When I get in she is doing a set. I sit and wait for 10 minutes dont forget I have an appointment. She yells out 5 more minutes I wait its now 15 after, I made an appointment because I have things to do. I leave and all while still doing the ladies nails yelling Im done. I call to make another appointment they tell me Sunday ok but today is Wednesday. Now today I call after church are you busy? No come now. I walk in everyone is busy with two people waiting. I ask how long is the wait, she says 30 minutes 😡Ive been a customer since they opened and they will never get another penny from me....lost a customer Kay...
