I was referred to these guys after my neighbor’s fire almost burned down my adjacent townhome. Project X got the job done and worked seamlessly with my insurance company (State Farm).I had no idea a house could be this clean. It’s unbelievable. The communication is top notch as well. I highly recommend these folks.Almost losing my home and being unable to live in it for a time is stressful enough. Luckily this company did not add to that stress.100% A+ Company in my opinion.

We had some water damage to our hardwood floors 2 weeks ago due to a faulty fridge automatically dispensing water on a house we recently purchased but are not living in yet due to a post occupancy agreement. I called project x restoration and they had Danny come out within 2 hours of my call. He was extremely knowledgeable and didn’t push his services on me. In fact, he recommended that it would make more sense to not spend the money on him since the damage had occurred 2 weeks ago and paying for a dehumidifier was not likely going to provide a whole lot of benefit. Instead, he recommended that we use our hardwood flooring contractor to remove the damaged wood panels and replace them with new ones and that he’d gladly come back out to assess for mold once the panels were removed. Would highly recommend Project X Restoration.

Rick and his team stepped in after a previous restoration company did a not so great job. He navigated COVID related supply shortages and was able to get everything done while we were on vacation. Project X made our renovations/clean up process run so smoothly! I am incredibly happy with everything Sam did to get our trailer updated and ready for move in! Project X is the real deal. I had a pipe break in my home recently that soaked the downstairs entirely. It was on a Saturday, and my insurance company referred Project X. They called me immediately, gave me suggestions to lessen my damage, and were out within a couple hours. Sam, the project manager communicated everything they were going to do, and what to expect, and it actually went exactly as he said it would. The office staff was very helpful with my question about my insurance, and it was all around a very positive experience. I would recommend them over and over.

I was having a hard time getting a hold of another company and I happened to stumble upon this one. They were very responsive and gave me all of the information I needed. My roof was leaking which caused a lot of mold and water damage. They had it all done and cleaned up. Looks like new!!!!!!!! Thank you 😊 I recommend these guys for sure.

David and Cesar came to do a pickup today of all the old cabinets, boxes, trash etc. They were friendly, nice, professional and made sure to get clear communication of what they could and could not take which I really appreciated. I was a lil overwhelmed they caught me off guard but they were patient with me and were even flexible enough to offer to stop by another day. They even swept my garage lol which I told them they did not have to do but I did very much appreciate it!
