What impresses me the most about Restoration Logistic Property Repair is that they first provide you the estimated cost for the service you want so that you can decide to choose them or not and also you do not have to face any financial trouble. I have taken sewage damage restoration service from them and they completed the task within the estimated budget that was decided for that task. All my work was done very smoothly. All thanks to the Restoration Logistic Property Repair team.!

My water heater had a leak a couple weeks ago. I called Restoration Logistics and was more than pleasantly surprised. Not only were they punctual, but professional and VERY proficient in what they do. Nick and Dave walked me through the process step by step. They answered all my questions with accuracy. They were very straight forward with me which I very much appreciated. I want to send a HUGE shout out to not only to Restoration Logistics but more so Nick and Dave. Should something like this ever happen again, I want them on my side.THANK YOU SOOOOOOOOOO much!!!!!

When we had a major flood due to a broken plumbing pipe last November, Restoration Logistics responded very quickly. We live rather far from their headquarters, but within 45 minutes from our initial phone call, a crew was at our door and began work to minimize damage and begin the drying out process. The technician who was in charge of the job, Herman, was extremely professional and meticulous in making sure that all affected areas were attended to and dried out. He took the time to explain to us the process and reasoning behind their actions and we feel 100% confident that further damage and possible mold development was avoided due to Herman and his crew. They did an outstanding job and we were very grateful that they were available to help us. So much so, that we had Restoration Logistics and their sub-contractors make all of our needed repairs. They did outstanding work with drywall repair (Moses), painting (Sally and Olga), floor repair (Valentine), and trim work (Alec). The supervisor for our project, Chris Ross, visited our house daily to check on progress and answer any questions that we might have had. Chris was very good about scheduling the repair work around our own personal schedules, as best as he could. Id also like to thank Michael Griggs who handled our interactions with our insurance company. He did a great job of ensuring that all aspects of the damage were attended to and covered by insurance. There werent any questions that we had concerning the process of mitigation, repair, or the insurance coverage process that Michael didnt have the answers to. He was extremely valuable to have on our side! Overall, the project took about 4 1/2 months and I could see how it could have taken much, much longer with a lesser company. Were very thankful that they were able to help us in a very difficult time!

We are renting this house and had a leak in the basement. Our landlord sent Restoration Logisitics and so far has been a great experience. Nick Kinsella came and took care of drying out the place, removing drywall and carpeting and checking for moisture. He was so nice, thorough and knowledgeable and patient with explaining the process to us. And the two guys that worked with him were nice and polite as well. Very efficient process. They came exactly when they said they would, got in and out quickly and kept everyone updated on the process. I would definitely use for our own house.

Hired this company through Angies List and was very pleased. The owner Dan, gave us an estimate the same day and the technician Jeffrey, came the next day. Jeffrey was wonderful. He was a hard worker, professional, and very polite. He took before and after pictures of the crawlspace so we would know exactly what was going on under our house. The price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company and also the Tech, Jeffrey.

From start to finish, Dan and his crew were professional, caring, and efficient. We had a flood in our bathroom that leaked down one of the vents to the downstairs area-disaster! Dan responded to my email request within an hour and was onsite in twenty minutes! He had a crew out later that day and they worked nonstop for the next week. Jeff and Herman were excellent, working quickly and still taking time to keep us informed of what they were doing. Jeff was especially kind to my son, who was nervous about the situation. Jeff made him feel involved and important! Shane also did a fantastic job doing final touches to our floor, which had to have all its staples removed. There was also absolutely no pressure to pay anything upfront, just guidance on how to proceed with the insurance company and very good follow up communication. This has been quite stressful for our family, but I want to thank Restoration Logistics for all of their help. I am so glad we found them!!

I highly recommend Restoration Logistics. Dan and his team were very responsive and thorough. We had extensive damage. They not only did their work well, they had awareness for what was to be expected of some of the other trades/on-site contractors; that extra advice was a huge plus. I hired these guys to come repair some severe water damage to my condos kitchen. They had everything mitigated within 48 hours. Troubles with the various insurance companies involved meant that it took several months before I had the money to fully repair the unit, and they were very patient with me during this process, offering a ton of helpful advice to help me through it. When I finally did get the funds for repairs through insurance, I invited these guys to come back out an refinish the kitchen. It was all done very promptly without much fuss on my side, and I wound up with a fantastic kitchen by the time we were all done. For whatever repairs you need, these guys can and will do it, and do it well. Michael Griggs was very helpful throughout and deserves a special shout-out.

My basement just flooded due to ground water. When the team arrived they kept asking me what I wanted done. I responded each time saying I’d called professionals because I didn’t know what to do!So, the charged me $750 to set up a few fans for a day. But they should have cut up the wall that’s still soaking wet and removed the carpet. When I realized this I called the owner who said he’d have to charge me more. When though the workers later told me that was a standard thing they do.When they came to pick up the equipment one worker said “I feel like we didn’t do anything for you.” When they asked for payment he again said “I’m so sorry about all this.” Yet no one was willing to make it right. As a business owner, I’m repulsed that during such a hard time of pandemic, and this on top of it, this company would take advantage of a single woman with three kids and not do what’s right.

They did a wonderful job of getting our basement back to (if not better) than the condition it was in before having a burst pipe. Dan came over to check in routinely and was always very pleasant. Hector oversaw the majority of the job and was the best, extremely hard working, friendly, and reliable. Sergio also oversaw parts and was equally professional and hard working. Were very pleased with the way our basement looks now!My one criticism would be the communication. We werent always sure of when they would show, or who it would be. They work with several other sub-contractors (always ensuing quality), but that lead to a large amount of different people coming through at different times in the day, which got a little frustrating at points. Upon request, they did make sure that either Hector or Sergio were there any time there was a sub-contractor, just to ensure we felt secure leaving the house while the workers were here.Overall, I am very pleased with the work they did, would just suggest setting up as clear of a schedule as possible at the beginning so the people in the house know when to expect who.Thank you!

Stay away! We had water damage and received an initial estimate from them to remove the water, repair the walls and install new floors. The quote seemed fair and was very comparable to our insurance quote so I started working with them. However, after we paid the first installment for the water removal and had the floors picked out, no one would return a phone call. I finally talked to Chris who told me they could no longer install the floors for the price he quoted me at because they were too busy. It was shocking and disappointing since we were already half way through the process and had already paid for part of the lump sum estimate. We are obviously no longer working with them. What stings is that we trusted these guys and went with them because their estimate seemed reasonable. However, once they profited from the water removal (where their best margins are), they did everything they could to get rid of us and increased the price.Ive never been more disappointed and frustrated with a service provider. They are horrible.

A horrible experience. Overcharges you and then places liens on your property when you dispute the bill. Avoid these guys!A few years ago had a pipe burst that flooded a basement bedroom. DRI came out pulled up the carpet padding, set out a few room fans and left saying theyd be back in a couple of days. More than a week passed with no communication and they didnt come to pick up their equipment. All together did possibly one hours worth of work removing the padding. I had already shop-vacced most of the water so there was very little else for them to do.Next thing I know we get a bill for several thousand dollars over the insurance estimates and charges for the additional equipment time when they failed to come get it. We disputed the charges and withheld payment. Could never get anybody on the phone to discuss it. Started getting collection calls and found out they put a lien on our house. Took almost 3 years to settle. Never received a call back or communication the entire time. Very unprofessional.

Michael and his team saved our house on February 4, 2011. This was the day that temperatures in Denver rose to a balmy 50 degrees after three previous days with high temperatures of negative ten degrees or so. The pipes in our laundry room (to the washing machine) had frozen and burst and then started flooding our house that Friday as the temperatures warmed back up. My husband and I came home from work and dinner out around 7pm to find the main floor of our house flooded. The water was cascading down the basement stairs as well as running through the floor and down the walls into the flooding basement. I still remember vividly all the toys, shoes and books my four children had left on the floors that were floating around the main floor.I called our homeowners insurance company to report the disaster immediately and was told that hundreds of other people in the Denver area had the same problem that day, burst pipes. It was such a significant disaster in Denver, that my mother in Georgia saw a story that night on the evening news regarding burst pipes throughout Denver that day.The insurer stated that the earliest they could send someone out to help would be two weeks. My husband and I shut the water off to our house and stood horrified for at least ten minutes that no one was going to help us.Desperate for help, we called Michael: neighbor, friend and owner of Disaster Restoration Inc. Michael came to our house within thirty minutes and immediately started both emptying the house and calling his recovery teams. Michaels company had many other water disaster jobs going that weekend, including Fairview High School. Michael juggled schedules, resources and equipment and had two employees at our house by 10pm. Michael and his employees, along with my husband, worked through the night at our house to box up and remove our possessions (saving all photographs, including wedding, which were wet) as well as to vacuum up the water, rip out the carpet and pad and pull down drywall. Michael had fans running in our house and specialized equipment on the wood floors to extract the moisture by Saturday. Ultimately, our final claim with our insurer was in the range of $40,000 - $50,000. If it had not been for Michael personally, our claim would have been significantly larger and we would have had to wait up to two weeks to get any assistance pumping the water out of our house. We likely would have had significant mold issues if it was not for DRI.Michael (and his team at DRI) was the only person and/or company to help us when we needed assistance. Michael could not have slept more than six hours that weekend as the demand for his time was so great. Michael personally stopped in every night for a week and took readings of the walls to check the moisture levels and make sure the house was drying out. This generally happened between and 8 and 10 pm after he returned home from all of the other jobs happening at the time. Michael could have and probably should have turned down our hysterical request for help. It came at great personal cost to Michael that week as his company truly had more jobs than they could handle. Yet through it all, everyone involved from DRI was friendly, professional and most importantly caring that Ken and I were holding up with everything happening. As you can see, our experience was truly a five star experience with this company.
