I cannot being to thank Eric Poutous, Steve Foster, and their incredible team at Professional Restoration enough for the professional job they did under very stressful conditions. Half of my home was devastated by water damage. The team, along with an amazing support crew took great care in handing all details from mold remediation to reconstruction. My home is like a brand home thanks to this team and that quite a feat considering we are still dealing with the lasting effects of this pandemic. Thank you all very much for everything you did to save my home and restore it professionally.

We had major water damage due to a roof leak, and Professional Restoration was recommended to us by a friend. They were great.The remediation team really went above and beyond: The team was super responsive, showed up on time (or often early), and provided excellent updates. As an example, Nikki (sp?) would call us every night to tell us what would happen the next day, who we should expect to see, and what they would do. Everyone that came to our house from the restoration team was respectful of our house and family.The restoration team was also great to work with, but they relied on third-party contractors; those third-party contractors were also timely, talented, and respectful.I hope I never have to call Professional Restoration again, but - if I need a company like theirs - Ill call them in a heartbeat.

The mitigation crew showed up promptly and did an exceptional job of taking out the water damage and putting up an enclosure. After the roof was repaired (by Modern Roofing who did a great job) the restoration/repair team got to work and the crew of three supervised by Matt did an excellent job and instead of 5 days finished in 3 days with as little inconvenience to us as possible. Thanks guys you did a great job.

Konas team did a great job of cleaning and getting rid of the smoke damage done by the fire. The basement, where most of the cleanup needed to happen, looks and smells fabulous. The odor is gone and we are so happy to be home!

They over charged me and my insurance company. I proved it to them and they were forced to lower my bill. I paid it immediately and they still turned me into the credit companies. I totally agree with your response, Occasionally, discrepancies in billing can happen when we are unable to reach customers and communicate in a timely and productive manner. This after the very day they were done I left a message with the project manager to contact me about the bill knowing I have a winter home in Arizona. The next contact from the company was FIVE months later in a threatening email from the accounting department to pay up now.

From the very first moment Professional Restoration was just that, professional. They kept me in the loop with regular updates and pictures. Rocky answered all of my questions and was able to get the job to completion ahead of schedule. I will absolutely use Professional Restoration again and will recommend them to my friends and family in the Denver area.

I would not use this company. While they responded quickly to the damage caused by a leaking hot water heater in December 2020, the flooring that was damaged had to be replaced. This was done in January 2020. however, the flooring buckled and started peeling because it was not properly installed. The month of March 2020 the pandemic caused a 4 week delay but the flooring was still not installed. I finally hired a certified flooring inspector In July 2020, who said the flooring was not Installed properly and they agreed to redo the floors and reimburse me for the inspection. They finished the floors on September 3rd But have not scheduled a final walk through and have not reimbursed me for the flooring inspection. It is unbelievable that this process has taken 8 months to finish

They were initially very professional and responsive. But once work was underway, they tried to cheat the quality of work on everything and tried to overcharge everything or charge for work they didn’t do. Afterwards we had workers calling us to get paid because they weren’t paying their subcontractors! Miserable experience all the way through and I’d never recommend them.

We had a sewer backup into our home. Professional Restoration Services came out quickly to remediate the contamination, remove damaged drywall, trim and hardwood flooring, and make sure that everything was dry. The workers spent the first half day installing tarps and barriers to ensure that all materials and dust would be completely contained. They were thorough, considerate and made sure to keep me informed every step of the way. When they were done, they vacuumed the carpet and mopped the floor to make sure that the home was left as clean as possible until the repairs get started.They were assigned by my insurance company, but I would not hesitate to use them directly if I ever need such services again in the future (please no!).

I would highly recommend Professional Restoration for any restoration work. We had found mold in the back corner of a closet and received quotes from three different companies. Professional Restoration had the lowest quote and was the only company we dealt with that did the complete job of mold remediation and reconstruction. Other companies contracted out the reconstruction or had said they could recommend others to perform that work. I preferred to deal with one company for everything. Pro Restoration was very fast. Within a few days of signing the contract, Pro Restoration was on-site and removed the mold and affected areas in just a few hours. The closet was sealed up during the process and everything was very professional. Luckily for us the mold was only on the surface and not in the walls. A week later they were back on site to perform the reconstruction and they were done in less than a day. Not only was the job completed much faster than I expected, but was cheaper than expected as well. Thank you Professional Restoration!

Two wonderful guys showed up to help us clean up a hot water heater flood in a carpeted room in our basement, on a Friday night at 10:30pm. They both had great attitudes and got right to work. By midnight they had removed the mildewed carpet and pad, taken care of the water and set up equipment to dry out the room. Hired these people for an addition to home. 90 days later, construction has not even started, and I am over budget.They may be good for an emergency, but run if you are wanting anything else.Also project estimator Kevin Ramirez, in 6 weeks has been unable to tell me what the cost of switching from siding to brick on one outside wall.My 8x10 addition is not rocket science, but it seems to be a monumental task for these people.Update-98 days after original contract signed,This is NOT acceptable. Original, plans, and what I contracted for, are for interior stairs, down into the room, and walk out patio door. I did not ask for, nor authorize this change. Waiting 98 days, to get the WRONG plans is unacceptable.This room will be USELESS to me. I wont even get into the over budget and construction hasnt even started. It seems these people low ball their estimates to rope you into a contract.RUN RUN RUN from these guys.

They came right away and took care of our emergency very professionally. They did frequent follow ups on the moisture to make sure our flood dried out properly and didnt cause any mold issues. They protected our walls and furniture that wasnt damaged very carefully. Communication was great and they even changed some schedules to accommodate my schedule. These guys are awesome! If you need help - dont hesitate - get them on their way to your home! Our sump pump stopped working and filled our entire crawlspace with 2 feet of water. Our insurance company recommended we call Professional Restoration and they were there within the hour removing all the water and assessing the damage. Their crew got in every corner of our crawlspace to make sure we had drying equipment where it needed to be. We didnt have a vapor barrier installed so they had to remove all the debris down there and the wet insulation. It was such a mess!! And they did it all with a smile, and such professionalism - we are so grateful for their help! Everyone at Pro Restoration was courteous and knowledgeable. The project manager and crew were prompt in their return visits to check the progress, always asking what questions we had. We were scared of mold from the standing water since we have a baby in the house, but their quick response was the piece of mind we needed and there was no time for mold to grow. After the crawlspace was dry, they installed a vapor barrier and it looks so nice down there now! Its amazing to see the difference! Thank you for being here when we needed you! We hope we never have another disaster, but if we do, youre the only one we will call.

We called Professional Restoration as our Insurance company recommended them for the water damage claim we had. We had nothing but problems, over and over again.The mitigation group was good - they came out quickly and ripped up our flooring and got the area dried up and I stopped the leak (garbage disposal).The group that handled the repairs, estimates etc were terrible. We had the Project Manager come out and give us our estimate to start work. They were a couple weeks out before they could start work. Well 2/3 days before the work began, he tells us that we needed be in a hotel for week or so for work. Not a big deal but more than 2/3 days notice would have been much appreciated as we needed to arrange housing for our pets.When the movers came to move our appliances/furniture from the kitchen, the real problems started: 1. They damaged my stove moving it into the garage. 2. They attempted to move my fridge into the garage but could not get it through the front door (after taking the door off the hinges). The fridge was so badly dented and scratched, they had to replace 3 of the 4 drawers/doors. 3. I caught them on camera making comments about my husband and I being gay and the pictures we have on our fridge/walls. Incredibly UNPROFESSIONAL.As the refinishing of the hardwood floors was over, the subcontractor they used ended up staining my carpets.. so those had to be professional cleaned. Some of the bottom cabinet kick-boards that had to be replaced did not match so the Project Manager came and stained those himself, in a hurry, and got mismatched stain on the kitchen floors. I spoke to a manager and let him know all the problems wed been having and that wed never use PR again. He was professional and courteous.A few days after the work had been completed, we noticed there was ANOTHER leak under the kitchen sink from the fridge water line. When the movers ripped the fridge out they pulled too hard on the water line and caused a leak. This caused new damage to the flooring that was just replaced. Well the manager sent a mitigation crew out, free of charge, to dry the area and get the boards back into place. Unfortunately the boards are still coming up. So I am back to square one. The manager was nice but did not follow through w/ the discount he said wed get due to all of the problems we have faced during the repairs of our floors.*my review didnt include the professional subcontractor who attempted to repair my fridge after he caused more damage. Another NIGHTMARE*

After a leaking toilet caused water damage along my wood floors, I contacted Pro Restoration to get an estimate. Everyone I worked with through the process was eager to help and they made sure the floors were restored to even better than they were originally. I also used them to move my personal items out of the way and they were even able to put most everything back exactly how it was before they started. It just made the process easier to deal with.

Professional Restoration couldnt have been better. Our finished basement flooded as a result of a broken pipe. PR came recommended by our insurance provider - was immediately on site, removed water, opened everything up, aired all out with industrial fans, put down anti-microbial agents, conducted moisture and infrared tests, and then restored our finished basement to its original state. They provided dozens of pages of plans and pictures, covering every detail of their work - and then they executed it. We had a couple minor items, and they were on them. Immediate responsiveness, outstanding documentation and execution...what more can I say?

Water damage to my basement rental unit left me with no option but to have Professional Restoration (the company my Landlord picked) pack out almost everything I own to storage and become the company in charge of repairing or hiring out the repairs for my solid wood furniture damaged in the flood. For several weeks I had to deal with Justin, a very disrespectful, untimely, and rude man who was a no show to a meeting he had confirmed to assess the damaged furniture with my insurance agent. I was luckily reassigned to Jay McDonald after Justin refused to replace my mini fridge, which was stored for three weeks and moved into my place completely upside down. Jay is much better at communication and updated me when requested as well as quickly replaced the mini fridge. Unfortunately, 10 weeks post flood my furniture has been delivered to my new location in a worse condition than before. My dresser tops were painted and the edges are now torn as if scraped through doorways with no covering to protect the wood. The buffet table was repaired but the paint doesnt match and the drawer pulls are completely scratched up. The chest of drawers now wobbles with just two fingers pushing on it. On top of all the extra damage, the dressers still have water lines on the legs- the entire reason they were being fixed in the first place. I am extremely disappointed with the amount of time it took to have my furniture fixed as well as the final product. If they make it right, I will absolutely update this review, until then my recommendation is to go somewhere else!

Referred to professional restoration by my insurance company. The structure estimator came out immediately and worked with me to provide evidence to the insurance company that there was more damage than the independent adjustor had caught. He was great, fought for me to get more repairs, and ultimately won my business. The good experiences stopped there. I was assigned a project manager who had no semblance of customer service. He was curt with me on the phone and made it fairly obvious that he was annoyed by my questions. When work performed was unsatisfactory and I asked for it to be fixed, the PM usually shrugged it off and told me that I didnt know what I was talking about. Only on two occasions did he actually fix shoddy workmanship and once he accused me of causing damage and trying to pawn it off on his team. He eventually stopped answering my calls and would only respond to me via text or email. The icing on the cake is that he was also responsible for the billing. Despite receiving invoices from vendors suggesting that the cost of repair was lower than the estimate, the bill did not change to reflect actual costs. When asked about this, the PM chalked it up to we win some, we lose some. He also left line items in the bill for work that was not performed. It became pretty obvious that he just sent me the estimate as the bill because it was easier than tracking down the actual invoices. Horrible experience with this company. I would not recommend to anyone.

Professional Restoration has handled all of the vapor barriers, mitigation and mold remediation for my clients, and they have always done an outstanding job. I have very high standards for the work done in my company, and they meet and surpass these standards every time. Saved my basement and my wife!Water exploded into the walls and ceilings of my basement, probably because it was pissed that I wasted too much of its kind on a long shower or it froze the pipe; definitely one of those two.Professional Restoration was there within the hour on a Saturday night showing the dumb water whos boss. Professional Restoration was hired to clean out the food in a refrigerator/freezer (June 2018). Two women were sent to throw the items in the trash and take a picture of each item for insurance purposes. The charge was $711.99 as Cody said they were there for 4 hours. The 2 women only threw the items in the trash not clean the refrigerator/freezer. I was there most of the time with them. They were almost done when I left. Not even close to the 4 hours charged. Ive tried contacting Cody numerous times for the pictures with no return call back. This company overcharged and didnt complete the job. Definitely would not recommend!

Hello Im writing this review to give a heads up to all the consumers out there who might be needing restoration services. This company is not a very good company to do business with in my opinion. I was referred to them when I had a water line break in the attic. They came out and the project manager implied that they would give an overestimate of the work (hint hint) 🙁 The explained that I needed to have a work done which they did. This included Sectioning off the area to dry it out. They then had a subcontractor guy come in and to do a repaint retexture on areas that they tested for mold. They ripped up the baseboard around the sinks initially when they were having to dry it out but they never bothered to rebuild that. Luckily they didnt have to do a total tear down and rebuild but the work that they did do was subpar in my opinion. And thats not the worst of it, weve had fraudulent credit activity for work thats never been done In the spring of 2017. I eventually just paid the bill and even though I put it onto my card($873) Im disputing the charge. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this headache 🤕

At a very crazy time in my life when I wasn’t communicating effectively they clarified and followed through on each item!The experts contacted me promptly and professionally to ensure they were proceeding as requested. A number of people were involved in the immediate remediation and as well as renovation / repairs. As the project moved from one stage to the next management would contact me with the appropriate names, specific job and how to reach the responsible party.It was a pleasure to work with ProRestoration despite the damage to my home! They put it all back together. I couldn’t be a happier customer :)

We used Professional Restoration to clean up a mold issue that was found prior to purchasing our house. I asked them to recommend an inspection and testing company and they told me about BuildSafe Environmental. I used BuildSafe for testing and Professional Restoration for the clean up and I was very impressed with Professional Restorations honest estimate for the work and their professionalism during the process. I worked with Cody on my project and he was great. He took care of following BuildSafes plan for remediation and promptly followed up on a small punch list post final inspection. I would use both companies in the future. I called a number of places before finding Buildsafe and found some questionable people, practices and estimates. I was relieved to find Professional Restoration and their willingness to recommend a licensed and professional testing and inspection company speaks volumes of their integrity.
