Poor project management and communication. They were offered to me as a preferred contractor by my insurance company after some substantial water damage. After they got their bid approved by the insurance company, their communication dropped off. They said they would be ready to start in four weeks from the award. Didnt hear from them in those 4 weeks so I called them and they said it would be another 2 weeks. On the morning they were supposed to start, they called and said they werent able to start. I asked to get updated schedule. Didnt hear for another 4 days. I had to have the insurance company cancel the contract and bid.
Disgustingly inept. They advertise for services they do not perform. They have an after hours emergency response phone number. The morons that answer they phone will take tour info and tell you theyre going to connect you to exactly the person you need. Then the new operation says I know its an emergency but we cant get there until tomorrow. what kind of after hours emergency company plays games with people like that? Rescon is who. Unprofessional jackasses.
***UPDATE 11/15/17. The work has finally been done and I have to admit the subcontractors have been a breath of fresh air. Weve really appreciated their attention to detail. Ive improved my initial review to reflect that the quality of work, once done, has been good. ***Ugh. We are another unhappy customer. We too were given ResCon as a preferred contractor through insurance. What a total disaster. No project management. No timeline. No communication. Weve been waiting since JULY to get someone to start work on our roof and painting. Weve had people show up unannounced to take measurements. This has happened 4 TIMES. Weve been asked to pick out shingles at least 4 TIMES. Ive called the insurance company to complain. Ive called the company to complain. Ive sent emails to complain. All to no avail.
A real Restoration company from start to finish
Horrible company.
