We worked with several companies and contractors during a fire restoration for our home in Fort Collins. The owner is incredibly responsive and definitely takes pride in his work and the work of his employees. He was on site more than any other contact was, though he didn’t necessarily need to be because his crew was superb! Jamie was amazing to work with for our non-savagable items and each person cleaned and reset our belongings with great care! They treated our belongings like it was their own. Lindsay has always been a joy to work with and she takes care of her clients to the highest standard. I have heard nothing but compliments from the clients that I have referred to her.

We hired Phoenix to clean and remove our contents after a fire. They charged an outrageous sum for shoddy work. The contaminated contents were left in the house which means the house still wasn’t safe and therefore they wasted our resources and the house restoration work was pointless. We expected to come back to clean contents and see everything that was unsalvageable or asked to be thrown out disposed of and unfortunately we had to remove everything ourselves. The little bit they actually cleaned and claimed took them 160 hours I could have done in a few hours by myself. The house contents are not clean but are giving us all a hard time breathing. We are having to reclean literally everything. Nothing was finished I found a partial job in each room. It looks like they sent a couple of distracted 12 yr olds to clean up and pack. Some rooms hadn’t even been touched. Things were left piled in the middle of the room. I will say 2 rooms out of 12 actually looked like they had work done but nothing was left in the proper places. Nothing was properly or accurately documented save a few grocery items and supplements. Communication was vague and what we thought was being done actually wasn’t. Save yourself the trouble and huge expense and do the work yourself. I’m simply stunned and heartbroken at how horrible this turned out. First victims to a fire and then to a contents restoration company. We would have been better off tossing everything and starting over.
